Filthy, misleading, fraud

The pictures on site and on booking sites are misleading and not accurate. The owner will try to steal every cent from you and you will not have a pleasant experience. I will have given minus stars if it was possible

Appalling

I was appalled with this hotel. When I booked they declined my booking because they said i did not have enough money on my credit card. Booking.com cancelled the booking but they took $200 Aud from my account any way. I have sent the hotel 3 emails and got one reply in Hebrew I guess I don't speak Hebrew . I rang the hotel and they kept saying ..don't speak English, don't speak English. So they still have not refunded the money and we have no booking. Beware! I have never had any problems booking online before and I have never come across a hotel that takes the money out of your account before arrival. Furthermore this hotel charges an exorbitant amount if you try to cancel. I tried to cancel when my credit card was declined. So I'm not sure if the cancellation fee had been taken out or the booking fee has been taken out. Either way the response from the hotel has been totally unsatisfactory and I no longer have a booking but they have taken $200 from my credit card account and have not refunded it . I would definitely think twice before booking this hotel.…

Great weekend

We arrived on Friday eve to the hotel Great location and amazing sea view Service was amazing Room was sweet We did not like the Saturday noon check out as for a hotel that serves cold breakfast ( hard boiled egg etc) you would expect a later check out
