The Spa Village charged a lot as it is advertised as a boutique hotel. However after spending a night at the village I must say it is better to spend a little more and get to a 5 star hotel of a higher standard. The positive aspects: 1. Room was roomy and comfortable 2 The thermal baths were great 3. The upkeep is good and clean The negative aspects: 1. The place is isolated so to have to travel half an hour for a meal on Friday is absurd. 2. The next day coffee was served in disposable cups and the food, like the scrambled eggs was not tasty. For a hotel which claims to be a boutique hotel to have no cake in the morning with your coffee is not up to standard. 3. The signs in the complex are inadequate and at times difficult to find things like the spa. 4. There was no where to buy a decent cup of coffee at a café even on Friday early afternoon. . So I would recommend that you stay in a better "boutique" hotel for much the same price and just visit the thermal baths.

Great place, suitable for couples without children. The place is completely separated from the general population that comes to the site, the management of the place creates a complete separation between the hotel guests and the other guests, which ensures a calm and quiet vacation. The room is properly equipped, there is a Jacuzzi in the room coffee corner, refrigerator, safe, TV. The hotel staff is service and nice..in general the atmosphere here is calm and quiet. Highly recommended we will definitely come again. thanks a lot for everything.

Terrible place. Unclean , old and dirty furniture, no value for money. There is a great potential to this place but it’s ruined, no maintenance at all. Really really not recommend. The rooms are just terrible, the pool is over crowded with many outside guests. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!

Fresh water pool and spa are not in service and there is no notification of such on their website. Closed at 4:30 Pm although website states 7:30 pm. Employees are rude. Definitely not worth the expensive entrance fee. I would definitely try the hot springs of Tiberias next time instead.

The hotel received a gift from nature, hot springs of mineral water. Everything about bathing in the hot water is nice and cozy. The hotel rooms (in wooden huts) are ok , furnished with very ! simple basic furniture. The employees are very !! Unprofessional, even though they try ... The food is simple . but "okay." The simple room was quiet clean , but not! perfect. The hotel needs more customer care professionalism.

The place is: Expensive, unclean, neglected and definitely not worth the expense! There is no ongoing maintenance of the pool area, nor is the shower /locker area, either. This truly impacts your enjoyment from the place I shall never go again!!

We wnt on a familly trip to the north of Israel and decided to take the grandchildren to Hamat Gader. The entrance price is very high and the park itself is very disappointing. The petting section had only one animal for petting and the only thing the kids enjoyed was running through the fountians. I would never reccomend this site to anyone.

This is my third time at the hotel and surely not the last.. You feel like in the savannah .. Beautiful spa resort with tropical atmosphere and helpful staff. The spa hotel is only for adults and has it'sown thermal pool an massage rooms ,you can use also the open large pools free of charge ,entering the zoo area with the crocodiles and more.
