The Spa Village charged a lot as it is advertised as a boutique hotel. However after spending a night at the village I must say it is better to spend a little more and get to a 5 star hotel of a higher standard.
The positive aspects:
1. Room was roomy and comfortable
2 The thermal baths were great
3. The upkeep is good and clean
The negative aspects:
1. The place is isolated so to have to travel half an hour for a meal on Friday is absurd.
2. The next day coffee was served in disposable cups and the food, like the scrambled eggs was not tasty. For a hotel which claims to be a boutique hotel to have no cake in the morning with your coffee is not up to standard.
3. The signs in the complex are inadequate and at times difficult to find things like the spa.
4. There was no where to buy a decent cup of coffee at a café even on Friday early afternoon.
.
So I would recommend that you stay in a better "boutique" hotel for much the same price and just visit the thermal baths.

Well, overall the place is fine, still. We've been there many times and have to say that what was impressive years ago, look a bit tarnished now - this place needs a thorough face lift and serious maintenance check. All facilities work fine, but they look and feel a bit dated. Same need for the thermal pool - a bit of paint here and there, some work on the deck and so on are now essential.

With some attention to details this place could be a relaxation magnet. In the current state, it's only a matter of time it will become an also-run...

The hot water pools are great and well maintained.
In the "regular" compound people are smoking freely, even in the water. The men's shower rooms were dirty.

In the other compound, AKA Spa Village, the atmosphere is better, but again people are smoking freely though signs are forbidding this.
The food at the Blue bar is below average.
The shower rooms are very comfortable, with private cabins.

A hotel that should give a good experience disappointed us. Although the pool is good and the attitude of the employees is good, the room is not pleasant to stay in, there is no instruction page for operating the devices in the room or dialing instructions. The ceiling of the room with visible fire hoses. The paths to the rooms are dirty. I don't think we will return to the hotel on another occasion.

Fresh water pool and spa are not in service and there is no notification of such on their website.
Closed at 4:30 Pm although website states 7:30 pm. Employees are rude. Definitely not worth the expensive entrance fee. I would definitely try the hot springs of Tiberias next time instead.

Great place, suitable for couples without children. The place is completely separated from the general population that comes to the site, the management of the place creates a complete separation between the hotel guests and the other guests, which ensures a calm and quiet vacation. The room is properly equipped, there is a Jacuzzi in the room coffee corner, refrigerator, safe, TV. The hotel staff is service and nice..in general the atmosphere here is calm and quiet. Highly recommended we will definitely come again. thanks a lot for everything.

A place with unrealized potential. And neglected feeling that no one cares. We thought of celebrating Rosh Hashanah here, we felt like refugees, they took 200 NIS for a meal, no tablecloths, shock. Less than a casual cafeteria. There is no towel rack in the bathroom, rusty, no desire to go into the hot tub because there is no sense of cleanliness. Shame and disgrace!!!

The place is special due to the hot springs and pleasant climate in the winter and spring. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with a large selection and great service. The room was big and had a Nespresso machine but a little outdated. The hot spring pools are wonderful and the area around green, clean and quiet.

Terrible place.
Unclean , old and dirty furniture, no value for money.
There is a great potential to this place but it’s ruined, no maintenance at all.
Really really not recommend.
The rooms are just terrible, the pool is over crowded with many outside guests.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!

The hotel received a gift from nature, hot springs of mineral water. Everything about bathing in the hot water is nice and cozy.
The hotel rooms (in wooden huts) are ok , furnished with very ! simple basic furniture. The employees are very !! Unprofessional, even though they try ...
The food is simple . but "okay." The simple room was quiet clean , but not! perfect.
The hotel needs more customer care professionalism.

Try to look in hotels combined. But as I saw there are no rooms free. You can take rooms in the area & stay there as VIP all the day long. Hope I helped you Nurit
