Covid rules were well kept. Staff were very nice. We took the garden rooms which were spacious with new marble bathrooms and the location is ideal with water sports close by and access to the waterfront. Breakfast was lovely.Pleasantly surprised.

Rooms: Make sure to clean and tidy. You can be more flexible, even if there are guests in the room (in exceptional cases). It would be better if staff and maintenance personnel went through the rooms before handing them over and replaced burnt or flickering light bulbs.
Face towels should be in the room and not let the guest chase after them.
Elevators: small and few. The wait is nerve-racking for those on the upper floors.
Dining room: Reasonable food. There are very tasty dishes and there are also some that are much less so. There is a feeling that the lunches are recycled leftovers from the previous dinner. It's a shame that at lunchtimes, you have to ask for children's meals and comment on it. Should be in the first place.
Pool: No smoking around the pool. It is a law with appropriate signage. Too bad there is no enforcement. It's a shame that the lifeguard himself smokes around the pool and certainly the guests. The towel machine in the pool is slow and doesn't always work, as well as the guest key cards don't always turn it on. The pool is very small for the number of guests. It is advisable to think about shuttles for Hami Tiberias. On hot days and disabled elderly people find it very difficult to get there on foot.

We have been coming to this hotel under different managements and ownerships for forty years. It is very well placed next to the Sea of Galilee. The food is good and our room was clean and modern. The hotel has a pool but the guests can use the hot springs nearby which also have pools and the Nammos beach on the lake which is across the road although there is a footbridge. The beach is a privately run business which caters to organized groups as well as the hotel guests. The guard at the entrance was very aggressive and prided himself on not letting hotel guests in until they could prove that they were really guests. My wife and I are in our late 60s so we are not used to being questioned in this manner. When he finally found our name (his reading ability was not great) he told us with great pride that he had delayed a family of 10 for 40 minutes until the hotel sent over a new list of guests for the day. I am sure that really added to their holiday experience. This is a criticism of Nammos beach and not the hotel but does affect the hotel guests.

Pretty lackluster hotel from a lot of perspectives. While the pool is nice and you have access to the beach across the street, and a mineral pool facility there, there is a lot to be desired in the hotel itself. The rooms are falling apart a bit, the furniture, the fixtures, flickering lights, loud windows (was very windy at night). The service at breakfast is not great, but the food is mostly fine. Most of the machines serving coffee or drinks were not operational. It was an adequate stay but just not worth the money we spent on it, which was substantial. Also, we asked someone to come fix the bed and it took forever, then we cancelled it because the kids were going to sleep, and a bit later someone came and knocked anyway. Then they came again and even entered the room (it must have been >11pm at night). We had asked them to cancel but the message didn't get through.

From the moment we arrived to the property I knew I made a mistake booking at this hotel. This is maybe a 2 star hotel parading as 4 star hotel. Parking was free but the sand lots were packed to the point that it took us 35min to find a spot to park. Than we headed towards the hotel entry where we had to ask the bellman to help us with our bags. He left us at the lobby and told us he had to go because it was time for his break. Check in was terrible as well and than we had to push our own carts to the room as the bellmen were no where to be found. We asked for help booking day excursions just to be told they don’t do that and it was our own responsibility to find and book our own activities which proved to be difficult. I booked 2 suites expecting a beautiful room only to also get disappointed even more. The suites are run down, furniture torn, scratched, broken. The room was filthy and Feces in the toilet. The bathroom is tiny, mildew everywhere and a stench of sewage even in the hallways. Unkempt grounds with litter everywhere. Cleanliness is non existent. Dirty windows, cigarette buts all over the grounds and balconies, dust on furniture. No coffee machines, no outdoor bar, and the food is tasteless and cold. All in all, an overpriced nightmare of a weekend.

I don't even know where to start because this 'hotel' is a horror😡😡😡. Just don't come close, look for another hotel.
😡I was charged twice upon checking out of this hotel, they charged me 250 NIS for staying overnight even though I claimed that I did pay. I believed them on the receipt and paid cash again. When I got home, I saw in the credit statement that I had dropped 250, so I paid twice.
I wrote to them, talked to them and there was no response.
😡Another claim that really angered me is that I was charged 250 while another guest was charged 150 for staying until midnight. I understand that the price for rooms can be different but staying until midnight should be the same. Also, I ordered with Lite Checkout online ahead of time when there was a 25% Sukkot weekend discount. According to this, I was supposed to pay 125 and not 250 (and I was charged twice)

😡Besides that, the service at the hotel was horrible. Everything was run sloppily and the room was old and resembled a hostel room not worth the expensive price I paid, dirty and with spiders and scratches on the floor and not similar to the internet pictures of the room I chose. We came for a holiday and it was tough, we were very disappointed and paid quite a lot for it over 3000 a night.

🫡I agree with previous reviews, a nice dinner and there is parking (although a bit far and in the heat of the sun in Tiberias)

Horrible weekend, unclean room, small and crowded elevators. The Shabbat elevator is full of garbage during the entire Shabbat. And there was a shocking trance party that lasted from ten at night until half past nine in the morning, the feeling was that the party took place in our room, we couldn't sleep for a minute, a lot of guests came down to the lobby in the middle of the night and in the morning we complained about the nightmare they experienced only that the hotel decided it was not their problem. The hotel was aware of the two-day Purim party that took place throughout the night, but they decided that there was no need to inform the guests who pay the best of their money to rest and in practice find themselves in a continuous nightmare without being able to rest or enjoy their stay at the hotel and the absurdity is that we still had to pay close to NIS 2000 for a nightmare night and a vacation Terrible. On the part of the hotel, we received a complete refusal, simply delusional.
A senior manager decided that the hotel has nothing to do with the terrible and terrible noise and when we asked why the hotel does not update on the website about this type of event, we received an answer that the hotel is located near the beach and there is always noise and parties, so what do you think we should update about everything? Crazy, a place that doesn't respect itself and of course not its guests. They disrespected us when we complained and dragged us from morning until late afternoon to address the claims we made. don't come near!!!!!!

The beach is small with motorboats around and only open from 10am to 5pm. It is also across the road with a pedestrian bridge crossing. Very small pool. About 15 meters by 8. Balcony in the room with room for one chair - 1 square meter. 2 small elevators above 3 people is very crowded and with 4 it is full. Waiting times for the elevator are unreasonable, we walked all the time on the stairs. The hotel overlooks the Sea of Galilee with a road in the middle, unbearable car noises, including at night. Acoustic insulation in the rooms does not exist. Turn off a light in one of the rooms on the floor and you hear it as if it were yours. The hotel is located in a neighborhood of the city that reminds of the old central station of Tel Aviv. Just a terrible shot!!! Guest parking on a dirt lot that stands on a strong slope with a lot of gravel, stones and dust. I recommended not to approach even though it is cheap.

We arrived on a Friday and ordered 2 suits, sorry to say non of them looked like suits but a room with a corner... The sofa beds were filled with stains of unknown substance, we had to ask for sheets since there were none when we arrived ... A bit disappointing.

I can say this is my worst experience ever at a hotel.
We went their for our first anniversary, but it wasn’t as expected at all. The lobby was dirty and unorganized. The receptionist wasn’t helpful at all. The corridors were super dirt. We even took pictures of everything!
The room was fine but not the best. The sheets didn’t feel fresh.
The next day we went to the pool to spend the day, it was so dirty and full of hair and plastic straws. The water of the pool felt so oily because of how dirty it is.
Most importantly the dining room!! We couldn’t stay there for more than 5 minutes! It smelled like eggs there; dishes weren’t clean, bad smell, bad food.
Unfortunately it was the worst experience ever!

Me and my spouse both work at big tourism companies in Jerusalem.. we were both shocked!
