We stayed here for 3 nights with a tour group. Got to the room, safe was beeping and locked. Half the towels were missing. Mold on the shower door, top of door frame missing. Bathroom sink leaked, asked twice for a repair. Each day it was a guessing game as to which towels we would get from housekeeping. Food was either over cooked and bland or over cooked and greasy. WiFi only works in lobby, inconvenient to have to go downstairs to send an email or text. They get one star for having electricity and a clean bed.
We came all the way from Miami and To our surprise The manager Yaron Spoke fluent English. We were a big group and they were so nice to accommodate us with everything that we needed. The food was delicious and the Shabbat meal was particularly good. It really felt cozy and wonderful to me my family and my friends that came along. I would highly recommend this Hotel.
We stayed at the hotel last weekend with friends. The rooms are good but the public areas are not clean. As we entered to the parking it was very dirty. We come to the reception and told the guy who was there, it’s seemed that it’s not so important. The lobby, the dining room and specially the coffee area wasn’t clean. The breakfast buffet was very diverse but the food quality is not so good. The staff was kind. Sorry, it’s can’t be rated more than maximum 3 stars
This is a relatively new hotel, with 5 floors, 10-20 rooms at each. It's located in the center of Tiberias, a couple of minutes walking distance from the Sea of Galilee. There is also free parking under the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights, and had a beautiful view of the Sea of Galilee directly from our bed :) The hotel was practically empty due to the COVID effect, but there were still a few occasional guests. Floor #1 is the dining room. Breakfast was quite rich (though kosher-only as in many Israeli hotels). The small fridge in the room was at times a little noisy during the night. Tiberias itself is a "dead" city - nothing meaningful to do or eat (especially in weekends). Still it's a very good base for traveling in the north of Israel, if you have a car and want to tour both the Galilee and the Golan Heights.…
Nice new hotel. Nice staff. It is located near sea of Galilee. It has great price as well. Nice breakfast. Totally recommended for family and friends. It is a fairly new boutique hotel. It is well maintained.
We stopped here for three nights as part of our trip to the holy land. It was perfectly average. First the good. The food was great. Buffet. Excellent selection, particularly salads. Hot food options ok, nothing “exciting”, but always something to choose from. Coffee at one of the coffee machines was ABYSMAL, but very good at the machine that grinds fresh. Lack of fresh fruit. Now for the not so good.... the front desk area is so lacklustre. As is the bar area. There’s not much to do in Tiberias, so it would have been nice if the front area of the hotel had a bit more atmosphere. The hotel lacks cleanliness. The windows around the elevator were absolutely filthy, and they are one of the first things you see as you’re checking into your room. Common bathrooms also not the cleanest. For the three days, there was no hand paper in the bathroom by the main lobby. Rooms are pretty good. Pretty clean, decent amenities. Shower heads were clogged so they sprayed everywhere. All in all, just an ok stop. People are really lovely, one of the girls in the restaurant was particularly sweet. Emily’s hotel “did the job”, but did not leave a lasting impression.…
We've got a double-bed room with a heavy smell of cigarettes, broken light lamp and the view promised was the view to the cemetery next to the hotel. Unfriendly front-desk representative - whom we've asked for his assistance, just sent us a house-keeping person who came with a smelly spray to change the cigarettes' smell to a smelly spray smell. Not what we've expected from this hotel.
Our tour bus took us to this hotel near the Sea of Galilee. Cleanliness it was ok. The location was nice since it had restaurants nearby and small stores. The thing is, the place was dead on a Saturday til Sunday except for this hotel. Anyway, the buffet spread was very good. I had a good time trying out their array of salads. if you can walk around, there's a ruins in front of the hotel that you might want to discover. It is located near a cemetery that I didnt know how to get access to; A kosher mcdonalds nearby, shawarma, supermarket about 3 blocks going into the waterfront. Plus a fancy jewelry (GIA certified) store called Caprice nearby- ask hotel to call them up for a fee hotel pick up. Overall, nice city to stay in to explore nearby sites.
This is 4th stay here with my group. The cleanliness of aspect of this amazing hotel is par excellence. Courteous staff ever obliging and always smiling. The food is plentiful and tasty and and a great variety. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone or group. So close to the Sea of Galilee. Waking up each morning and overlooking the sea of Galilee is simply the best.
Hotel has nice check in staff on week days. Weird, unresponsive guy working the front desk on Shabbat. Room was large with a King bed and a single bed. Nice view of the Sea of Galilee. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Easy parking on site. Breakfast was good, large and delicious. Good location, but all in all Tiberius was a disappointment. But that has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel was a decent choice.
