The place is very quiet, the view is great and the Jacuzzi is wow. Minus: Not much to do in the area without a car and the food was eatible but not tasty thus fresh. We really enjoyed one night on the way to Hamat Gader springs. A very clean and cozy room and the lady that is taking care of the location is very polite and helpful.
We came to rest the weekend and we found a great warm cozy Zimmer. Big, clean with a great view to the sea of Galilee. The host is great. Smiling and very kind. The bathroom is big. We came during winter so the pool was closed but we will definitely come back during summer as well.
I spend weeks trying to find the perfect place to stay NEAR the Kinneret but not in Tiberias. It was a major challenge, as most of the places offered in and around the city are absolute dumps. By pure chance, I happened upon Kinneret Zimmer's (otherwise known as Zimmer La Kinneret). The rooms were adorable. Each room was sweeter than the next. Our suite included two bedrooms and a dining room. Just outside our room was a pool with a swing and lounge chairs. All of this overlooked the Sea of Galilee. It was so tempting to spend all our time there. We brought our own breakfast, but Ilana, the owner, came over with one treat after another. It was fantastic1 In short, Kinneret Zimmer is a true fine. Immaculate, stylish and comfortable. A gem!
An amazing place to have a rest!!! Our room was big, luxury (with a jaccuzzi!!!) , confortable, the place is also quiet, romantic, and the view so wanderfull!!! I would recommand it to everyone, a small piece of paradise between the sea and the mountain. Ilana our host was so gentil, when we arrived, evrything around was closed so she came with a great homemade strudel, she cooked us a delicious dinner, and we had also a big breakfast!! A lovely person and alovely place
They’re 3 parts that make up a great holiday, location, weather and accommodation. Well, Kinneret is the perfect location for a base to explore northern Israel. The weather as you would expect is beautifully warm. That leaves only the accommodation. We stayed at the “Kinneret Zimmers” for 14 days. We picked this accommodation because we wanted somewhere that was lavished with beautiful scenery and free of children. We were not disappointed. It is true the signs are in Hebrew from the main road but if you like me familiarise yourself using the street scene from Google Earth, finding the Kinneret Zimmers is not that difficult. On arrival Ilana and her son Niv greeted us. They showed us the room, which we thought was magnificent. It was spotlessly clean and included every conceivable device you would want ensuring complete luxury. The view through the window and the balcony outside was breathtaking. Ilana also took the time to ensure there was milk in the fridge, wine, fruit, flowers and pastries when we arrived. The swimming pool although small was inviting and invigorating. It’s surrounded by a Lime tree and Date palm. Ample sun loungers and chairs are available I have never in my life ever come across a host that eats, sleeps and breathes hospitality. Ilana, and her family could not do enough for us. If we wanted some extra towels or needed something it was done with the speed of an express train. Nothing but nothing was too much trouble for them. When we asked about restaurants or a place to see, at the speed of sound they offered to take us there. They gave us complimentary breakfast, snacks, drinks every few days. On our last night they even invited us into their home for a Sabbath dinner. Its this kind of hospitality that leaves you feeling numb. If I could give 25 out of 10 I would, if I could give 10 stars I would. This holiday and especially the hospitality have ensured that anywhere else I may visit in the world they will be a poor second to that of “Kinneret Zimmers”.…
