Personel behind reception desk surely not service orientated capable workers We were with group of business people. We booked with use of parkingplace which was confirmed at first day. When we arrived back to the hotel the next day we asked to open the gate so that we can park our cars. The reception desk workwd Chai said we werd not allowed in a very rude manner. He even did not want ro listen to the fact that we asked parking on forehand. When we askee to check with the manager he said he did but clearly he didn’t. Hexbegan to insult the guests (with me) that they were drunk He even did not want to listen when the tour guide wanted to solve the problem. The business people (4 couples in their 50s )were very insulted and never want to go back to this place. They did not understand that the management does not hire capable personel for their front desk…

This place had holes on the wall and the blankets weren't wash . I didn't feel safe to shower also and we plan to leave in the morning. Please think twice before booking here to avoid the trouble of leaving.

My husband and I and my in-laws stayed at the Jacob Hotel de Tiberias last weekend and we had a very pleasant experience. Clean hotel and good-smelling, excellent service, comfortable room and amazing breakfast. For sure, when we go to Tiberias again, we will come back to the Jacob Hotel.

We arrived in Tiberias for a weekend to travel in the area, didn't look for something fancy therefore we were very impressed with what we got. The hotel lobby is very nice, with clean rooms and excellent food. Lovely staff. We had a lot of fun!

Hi! I just want to tell you my experience at the Jacob hotel establishment. First of all, the staff is veri friendly. If you need any help, they are there for you. Next, the beds were very comfy, especially in the room we stayed at. The rooms are in a good shape, the breakfast is very tasty, and its an overall great time. It's not an all inclusive, but for people who need a place to sleep for tomorrow's travel adventures, this is definetly the place to go, especially for the decent price.

Stayed here for three days with my husband and baby 8 month old, rooms were clean and service were excellent. Liked the kitchen, food was delicious especially their soups, I will miss it! Liked the place very much , will definitely return. Thank you to the stuff and the chefs, everything was great!

I am a licensed tour guide in Israel... we are in Tiberias!! Sea of Galilee!!! I love neighborhoods and Jacob Hotel is located above downtown Tiberias. Loved the kindness of reception staff👍🏼 A huge shout out to Felix, the Chef of Jacob Hotel Tiberias... Felix prepared an amazing Lentil Soup just for us!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you Felix... Excellent!! And thank you Olga, visiting from the sister hotel in Haifa ...👍🏼👍🏼The wine service was excellent!! 👍🏼👍🏼 It was a great honor to meet Hagai, the owner!!

We had no expectations but were pleasanlty surprized. We stayed two nights and had a delightful stay. Comfortable beds, great food, and safe. Staff was very helpful. We are news junkies an glad fbey had American television. I would recommend.
