On arrival the public rooms are very impressive and the selection, variety and quality of the food was excellent. However, the staff were moody and unhelpful. The bedrooms were shabby in the extreme which in itself wouldn't be too bad if a refurbishment was in progress and if the rooms were clean unfortunately this was not the case. Luckily I...

I stayed in the old building... really old. My room was in the first floor, a very smelly and bad keeped one. Dirty carpet, dirty windows, and a very very very dirty bathroom (see the pics.). Rude staff, absolutely non friendly, poor and bad quality food. Poor wi fi, off-on frequently. If you can choose another hotel, do yourself a...

Filthy and run down. Staff unhelpful and disinterested. The air-conditioning unit was broken so either it had to be off or on 'full gale force' causing the curtains to blow right up and eyes and nose to run with the dust. There was a big hole in the middle of the bathroom floor with a lose cover over a filthy...

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. It seems as though the staff have absolutely no interest in maintaining this awful trap. The rooms smell stale and are stuffy. The air conditioner knobs were broken off. Dirty bed sheets, dirty carpet. You are basically staying in the previous guests filth. Even...

Stayed in the Suite on the 3rd floor with a sea view and a balcony. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom could do with some renovation as there were some stains in the corners. Did the breakfast and dinner buffet at the hotel which was quite good and elaborate, but the place was crowded both times. There were many groups...

This hotel was the third we stayed in during our trip to Israel. I got the impression throughout the trip that one of the great weaknesses of tourism was the fact that there was poor customer care. It seemed that they did not really care about tourists. The hotel was adequate. We had three single rooms between us and we...

We had one night in Tiberias whilst we were on a 10 day trip to Israel. We wanted somewhere 'budget', which this hotel certainly was. The room was spacious but the whole hotel felt like it could really do with a lick of paint and a little bit of love and attention. It is not in an ideal location for...
