Our day started with manager Marie saying that too many of us arrived at the same time and made our check in confusing for them. After a very confusing check-in, we left for dinner. Upon our return, we walked into a room that was already occupied. Spent the next couple hours trying to resolve the issue. Manager blamed us for the hotels mistakes. We eventually walked away tired, hungry, and frustrated. I asked for a complimentary dinner for the one person in our group that had spent 3.5 hours trying to figure it out. Manager refused. If you’re traveling with a group or with a schedule to keep, try another hotel that won’t take up your valuable family time and cause you a ton of frustration. Customer service is definitely not their strength.

We came with a large party of 18 and had 6 reservations and Dana at the front desk was confused from the beginning. Now I understand there was a language barrier (we only spoke English), but what she did was give two people in our party the same room even though they paid for two rooms. Dana, and then her manager, Maria kept insisting we were the ones who had made a mistake, so in order to prove we had paid for 6 rooms, we had to wake people up in our party to get everyone’s receipts to show we had indeed paid for 6 rooms even though we only got 5 rooms. We spent over 3 hours of our time dealing with this. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they continued to blame us. They would not even rectify their mistake by giving us anything like, say, free dinner. Oh, and then they wouldn’t abide by the “free breakfast” that was promised through Expedia. Do NOT book at this hotel. They have terrible customer service. Look somewhere else. We should not have had to spend 3.5 hours dealing with someone who can’t count to six.

We booked six rooms on expedia and when we arrived at 5 pm paid for the six rooms. Dana gave us the six keys, but mistakenly gave us two keys for the same room #811. We asked for our 6th room. Dana said that we only booked 5 rooms. We showed her 6 confirmation numbers. She then said that we only paid for six rooms. We then showed her six paid receipts. She still refused to give us our sixth room. Dana then called her manager Maria told Dana that if we had six paid receipts that that Dana should give us the 6th room. It is now 845 pm and we finally got our sixth key after a 3 hour and 45 minute ordeal.

Customer service was terrible and made an inconvenience for my whole group of people we traveled with. Wasted 3 hours of my night trying to solve the problem, and ruined my night we had planned with my family and group. Manager and front desk staff did not know how to do their jobs and failed to accept fault on the issue when it was their fault. Will never travel here again. And recommend everyone to look elsewhere before booking here.

Dana (the front desk lady) could not check us in properly. She made a mistake charging us for an extra room and gave two different parties the same room. That was trouble, also wasted 3 hours of our time by arguing about it instead of owning up to the mistake and couldn’t give us accommodations after the fact.

Friendly staff, good food, rooms old not updated. Superlative attention by staff, particularly manager Shuki! Front desk multilingual and helpful. Restaurant is huge and food is good but take long in groups makes it difficult to move around. Although the lobby is airy and spacious, rooms are old, furniture not updated, bathrooms ok

We were only at this hotel for less than 12 hours (arrived late at night, left early morning) on our Holy Land tour (50 group members), and it had nice views of the sea of Galilee, but the elevator system was totally confusing and they should have given us coaching before just saying "go to your rooms"! From the lobby, we had to take an elevator one floor down. Then walk down a hall and take another elevator six floors up (or was that down too?)! Then the hallways showed some doors with two or three room numbers on it. After opening up one door, there would be another short hall with two or three other doors with the actual room number assigned to us. Otherwise, the rooms and service was fine and our stay was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel itself is old, which wouldn't bother us, unless the rooms weren't so fusty and dirty. The hotel hosted an event on the 7th floor, and very loud music prevented us from getting some sleep until 2 am. I spoke to one member of the staff , but of course they did nothing but saying: it is the weekend. The food wasn't impressing either. Unfortunately it was either cold, overcooked, or dry. For the price of additional 170 shekels for supper, per person, we expected something else. Better go eat at a restaurant, 7 minutes away by walk. The way the hotel made is also uncomfortable. You will have to prepare walking around a lot and take two elevators until you find your room. I would like to add that security wise the hotel isn't safe neither. No one checks you at the entry as the other hotels do, and no COVID protective measurements are in place. I am very sorry these factors ruined my family's vacation, and if they will ruin yours too.

This is a dirty and filthy, disgusting place far from the water. Staff is rude and somehow they manage to lose ALL THE COFFEE at breakfast every day. They haven’t a slightest idea of what hospitality is or means. Just let this place bankrupt as it should.
