We had an amazing experience! Great service with kind and accommodating staff. Beautiful hotel, wonderful pool and in an amazing location. The food was incredible , though we would love for wider selection of dishes. Highly recommend for relaxing or romantic vacation.

Hotel is stylish and comfortable with many indoor and outdoor seating areas. We liked the private beach and enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and lunch Breakfast was delicious with many interesting options in the buffet The views are glorious from all the windows in the hotel Two problems- there should be wait staff circulating at the beach to get beverages for guests Second, There was a line for the machines. Gym was an afterthought in such a well designed hotel. Gave. 5/5 because despite these issues we would come back

High end hotel with an amazing breakfast and great service. We took the jacuzzi room which was an excellent choice, with lovely view of the lake. Pilates or yoga classes are also offered early in the morning.

stayed here for 4 days. Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms. We had a room on the 6th floor suite with a beautiful view of the lake. Some remarks very noisy in the week at the pool ... reservation of the loungers at the pool is no longer of this time people lay towels early in the morning and then block everything. Breakfast is disorder and unhygienic Nespresso coffee machine did not look like nespresso would see this 😬machine for hot water terrible…😳very loud music at breakfast….I had reported this but no visible improvement sorry because the location is beautiful…I suspect the European level has different standards 😉

The cabin was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. There was so much light coming through the windows, it really brightened up the room and the mornings! The view from the cabin and the entire property is stunning to say the least. Absolutely breath taking. It's in a great location where many activities are accessible, but still has a the nice aspect of isolation and serenity. Overall this was a 5 star experience. Very lovely!

We have just been told that there is no space at the restaurant for which we came. , nobody told us that we need to book the restaurant in advance. Ashame but worth a very low rating. Its really unacceptable behaviour.

The spa is so-so but, the food and restaurant staff excellent. The rooms are clean and well kept. The hot tub needs cleaning and there is no soap or shampoo in the locker rooms. Otherwise- nice hotel!

The hotel is nicely laid out with an impressive view of the Kinneret. The outside area is very comfortable and newly refurbished with white seating and the pool chairs are comfortable. BUT it is impossible to relax because the hotel insist on playing pumping music through speakers which are placed all over the outside area. There is no escape. After some protests I managed to get them to turn down the volume to an acceptable level only to hear it get louder a little later. The hotel management clearly are not interested in having a peaceful area to sit by the pool and feel that it encourages people to buy more drinks if they make it more like a night club. Money of course talks. We had a lovely room called Kinneret Room with balcony on floor three . Views over the Kinneret were great and the room is nicely done, quite large with a large comfortable bed, large wardrobes, air con and ceiling fan. Beautiful BUT…. You cannot sit out on the balcony because the noise of the music coming from the beach area to the left of the hotel is sometimes just outrageous. We can even hear it in the room with the doors closed. The hotel, of course, have no authority over this area outside the hotel ground so you have to shrug your shoulders and say “welcome to Israel”. The shower is nice BUT the temperature keeps changing so it makes it a little harder to fully enjoy. We did not eat in the restaurant at night. It was no doubt lovely food BUT not only is it very very expensive, it is also very very noisy. We did however enjoy a very well prepared breakfast with lots to enjoy. You won’t leave hungry. They try to make it feel exclusive BUT in true Israel style they managed to screw it up when this morning they had people running back and forth taking things out and bringing things in through the restaurant for a conference they were putting on. We just laughed. You have to really. I could name other small things like the magnetic keys to open the bedroom door not working half the time so off we trudge to reception to get the keys remade. Three times yesterday we did that. You would think that they would send an engineer to check what is wrong BUT a shoulder shrug will do. We tried to overlook the issues and we did enjoy ourselves and for Israel it is a nice hotel BUT not equal overall to a European 5 star. I doubt we will return mainly because there is no way to relax in peace and quiet around the pool area. By the way, I have Apple noise cancelling earphones but they were unable to cancel out their pumping “music”. Oh well, you live and learn. You could do a lot worse than to come here but if you want something peaceful and restful then this is not the place for you.
