We stayed 2 nights with two kids The rooms need a face lift Food is home made and very tasty The kids had a great time especially as they had a free entrance to the water park which is owned by the hotel The hotel has its own beach on the lake and the water is warm

We were not staying here (and you don't want to, like the whole city the hotel is worn down), but the access to Lake Kinneret through the hotel's giant sea bath is what makes this place a place to visit. The entrance fee is hefty, but we were able to skip it, as we came 1 1/2 hours before closing...

The hygiene is awful. Service is slow and inconvenient!! I went with my family and we were very disappointed with everything! The management is unprofessional. The hotel staff got into a physical fight in front of the guests! We order some drinks for dinner and they spilled all of it on us! Very very awful experience! I don't advise anyone...

Beautiful common areas on the Sea but the rooms are approaching dump status. Barbeque one night with outdoor seating was great. The pool looked great and the downtown area was within walking distance. Wifi was poor.

Gai is situated centrally in a beautiful place. Unfortunately, the hotel facility is very outdated, lacking in room amenities and the service of their staff is at most 2-3 starred. We were glad that we only had 2 nights and nothing more. For the same location and view, I'm sure there are ample choices at similar price.

Beautiful setting on the Sea of Galilee. The rooms were comfortable and a variety of food to eat. A barbecue was arranged one evening and that was superb. The staff were a wee bit dour (Scottish for sullen)

The hotel has a bit outdated rooms, but the location and facilities are great. Pros: A water park adjacent to the hotel is very good, especial for kids. Spa is excellent, including heated pool, sauna, hot-tub. Breakfast and dinner are also very good. 10 minutes walk to city center. Rooms with sea view. Plenty of parking. Low prices at the...

For touring in and around the Sea of Galilee, there probably isn't a better place to stay. Located on the beach of the Sea of Galilee this hotel has a beachside pool with waterslide, dining overlooking the Seas, and very nice personnel. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean and neat. All in all, a good place to spend...

The Gai Beach Hotel in Tiberias is undoubtedly the most beautiful piece of waterfront property in this ancient city. The grounds are spacious, the pool area well equipped and serene. The adjacent water park with slides of various levels and a wave pool makes this a venue for family fun. The hotel itself is very family friendly. The rooms are...

Very nice hotel on the sea, but a good three star, in our opinion. We paid double than what friends paid in hotels within walking distance. Obviously groups get a very special rate. We thought it expensive for what it is. Reception always helpful. Nice lounge area with views over the water to the Golan Heights. Room, so well lit, bright...
