Great location, easy to find, very clean and totally remodeled. It was a bit pricey but very convenient. I was overcharged in the end by 15 dollars which I am disputing. I originally booked in December but had to change the dates due to COVID travel issues. They were very accomodating about changing the dates. I'm not sure how or why I was overcharged but I'll get that resolved.

Excellent location - easy walking distance to restaurants, promenade and docks. A little hard to find but Micky was very helpful and provided directions and key information. Room had the essentials - comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and air conditioning. Free parking very close to room. A good value and base for exploring the sites around the Sea of Galilee.

The latest review I read scared me a bit but nope, mongering. This is possibly one of the strangest places you will stay in but it’s great as long as you are planning your time outside the room. It looks like a bunker and interaction with the owner is e-based but at the end of the day you get a good sized clean room in the best possible location. No issues at all with cleanliness, shower and AC working fine plus parking right there. It has no views and nothing outside what is proposed. Walk out turn right and just after the petrol station a nice early morning bar/shop 15 sheckel double espresso and two croissants. Price! Cheap as chips. For a two or three night stay it is ideal. To be honest looking at the other hotels I would question people’s sanity going anywhere else. A tip on beaches, Bora Bora on the north side. 50 sheckel/p but great vibe especially on Shabbat when the town dies. Food wise trust TripAdvisor

Villa Roca name is very deceiving. It’s no vila! It’s a house with 6 bedrooms. The place is in a great location however the property is disgusting. Filthy bathrooms, dust everywhere, fingerprints on walls, smell of sewage. It was one of the most disgusting places we have stayed in. We complained to manager who did nothing and then owner came by with a major attitude not willing to Fix anything and making excuses the filth and stench. The faucets had remnants of previous excrements, mirrors were clouded with some haphazard wiping with a dirty cloth , ancient couches were filled with white dust and filth. I felt gross! Took shower in flip flops. Bathroom floor had not partition for shower so the entire bathroom would completely flood. What a dump! And the owner’s excuse was I don’t see it... you get what you pay for. We paid $300/night. Don’t bother with this place!

The place has good localization. they have kettle in the room for coffee and tea. In the morning you can have breakfast in the bars which are 5 minutes away. The parking was free. The bath could be renovated.

This block of rooms is fine for an economy visit to Tiberias; no frills but much cheaper than the overpriced hotels in the area. Micky was very helpful, sending information and directions via WhatsApp and turning on the air con in plenty of time for our arrival which was much appreciated. There is a car park directly behind the Villa, owned by Micky. Good restaurants are very close by.

This is not really an hotel as such. There is no reception but as long as they know when you are arriving, someone will be available to let you in and show you the ropes. My room was en-suite with a reasonably comfortable bed. Although clean, some rather suspicious looking stains hadn't quite washed out of the sheets and the towels and curtains were a bit threadbare. The floor is advertised on the hotel site as "parquet" but is actually lino with a sort of wood pattern printed on it. Probably easier to keep clean than carpet but not wood, nevertheless. Once you are there, you will find them very friendly a helpful. Even for the one night that I stayed there, there was a bottle of wine, a fruit basket and a couple of large mineral water bottles in the small fridge. There is also a kettle and stuff for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is served at another hotel, about 10 minutes walk away, near the lake (Kineret). I can't comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early so didn't try it. Good fast free wi-fi. Rooms have a/c and satellite TV.

The Villa Roca was clean, friendly, with a great location to boot. It's like an up-graded hostel, with 6 rooms in the whole place, a small shared kitchen, a communal living room with tables and outlets, outdoor patio seating, and wifi/airconditioning all around. The staff was attentive to our calls even over the holidays, and we felt very taken care of during our stay. All around a great place for a great price! We would recommend it to our friends!

This could be tricky to find, but the texted messages and instructions from owner/manager Micky Ochana made it a breeze. His warm welcome and the welcoming fruit and wine made it feel extra special. The "villa" feels homey, and the location is excellent -- just off the main street in Tiberius and a short stroll to the waterfront. Breakfast (provided at a waterfront hotel) was one of the best of our entire trip. We felt like it was a great choice and strongly recommend it.

We made an impulsive decision to change hotels, and loved this charming place. We stayed in 2 rooms, 2 teenage boys in one room, parents in another. Mickey Ohana was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. (He was actually the best hotel staff member we dealt with during our 10 days in Israel.) The place is simple but sweet, free coffee, half bottle of wine, fruit, wifi. Free parking. Easy to walk out for dinner and to the boardwalk. Good running about the Sea of Galilee (head south). Good value for cost. Incredibly clean, too. Would gladly stay again and/or refer friends.
