Nofesh Harimon is located one street above the Promenade. The place looks great from the outside, much like a mansion. Inside, however, the 2 communicating rooms we received were tiny, not clean, with no place to hang clothes. There was no TV and one toilet was broken (we had one in each room). The bed was broken and I actually fell when I first climbed on it as some slats we missing. But the lowest point was that there were massive damp patches covering the entire wall behind our bed. It was appalling! Nobody was in the office when we arrived and the staff showed up after we called them on the phone. They were kind and helpful. We needed a hotplate for Shabbat and they bought one for us. They also arranged for an upgrade free of charge because the triplex we had ordered was very small. Altogether the place has great potential because of the location and the house itself is beautiful. It is a major disappointment. As for the price it is clearly a rip-off.…

Lacks comfort, cleanliness, facilities & service. Location is it's only strength. Very very very expensive for what it is. Property is like a rubbish dump. Could not access wifi. Communal facilities very run down. A huge disappointment .

Although this place has potential it has not been fulfilled. It's a dump and poorly managed. When we arrived no manager onsite and rang for ages before they answered and then had to wait considerable time for them to come and let us in. Room pretty bad, falling apart, not clean above eye level, fridge not working, blankets too small, filthy and torn. I got locked in toilet due to broken lock . No wifi in our rooms.grounds full of junk and rubbish. Skip this place !
