This is a great location for a traveler prefering quiet place. If you are in the Seychelles and you want a quiet holiday, come here. We visited in November 2015 and this place had great views. It was the quiet part of the island and you can do whatever you want.

The Takamaka beach is one of the best beaches. There are rocks on one side and you can swim on the other side. The waves are little aggressive compared to Beau Vallon beach. Not much activity anywhere on the island. You can bring your own board and sea sport if you want. It is easy to walk deeper and find lot of colorful fish and shells and corals. You can collect lot of corals from Takamaka beach.

What you get for your money is not worth it.

The rooms need to be brought down and built up again. It is built many many years ago, in a very simple style. If you want to go simple then this is the place.
Everything is kept in brown and depressive similar colours and everything has that "old and used" touch. No hot water.

A small shelf in the bathroom.

Dogs running around everywhere. Don't leave anything on the so-called terrace, as the dogs will take it.

The food: homemade and simple. Don't go near the kitchen, as you might not want to eat afterwards.

You can walk to the beach, but takes 7 minutes ca. You have to pass through a part of land that is made of sump and...
