Everyday same breakfast , which will serve by a person . No Open breakfast
If you need anything/complain, you need to come to front desk each time ,they never come to your room . No maintenance guys after 4pm ,If anything happen to you ,either they will ask to change the room or wait for next day up to 9 am .
Furniture and room appearance is good for king rooms .

The three staff members we interacted with were all extremely friendly, however the place is physically falling apart, smells unappealing, and definitely seems to attract some sketchy activity, which may be due to the location, not sure. We did have the free breakfast the next morning which opened promptly when it said it would the night before and that was decent for a budget hotel. It was a pretty cheap booking and close to the freeway, so worked for what we needed it for (a one-nighter on a road trip to get us closer to our next location).

:( my room smelled like marijuana for my whole stay, to the point where I had to wash all of my clothes after checking out from the hotel because everything in my suitcase smelled like smoke. Holes in the sheets, tattered curtains, stained towels, room had clearly not been swept or vacuumed between guests. Every day when I returned to my room my key card wouldn’t work on the door anymore and I had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The front desk refused to check my valuables and the continental breakfast was weird- two guys with tongs behind a locked gate parceling out untoasted bread and boiled eggs. If I were just looking for a roof over my head, a microwave, and a door that locked I would give this stay five stars, but unfortunately the website and welcome book made promises that the hotel didn’t keep.

Worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Stay away from this place. Our mistake was not checking the reviews first.

The lobby and hallways smelled awful. No elevator to 2F, which is hard for a family with 2 kids and an elderly grandma.

When we first got into our first room, one of the beds looked like it was just slept on by somebody. The room was filthy. Everything was dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned for at least a week.

They transferred us to another room which looked cleaner. But when my 8 yr old had to do number 2, the toilet was clogged and contents wouldn't go down. When we called them, they offered us a declogger and basically said WE had to declog it ouselves (!!). They initially said they didn't have any other room available but when we kept complaining, they came and offered us a king bed room. They looked at our room's toilet to confirm that it was indeed clogged, and by this time the water had spilled over the toilet making the floor flooded with dirty water.

They also offered for us to use the toilet in the next room that was out of order at the time. We said no.

The king bed room they offered next had a working toilet BUT the sink was clogged. They said we could use the connecting room's sink which was working but that room's toilet was not. If we had said yes, this would have been our 3rd room and 2nd transfer. And with 2 young kids and an elderly in tow, this was NOT pleasant at all.

When we tried to talk to the manager and request even for a partial refund, they said he wasn't there. So they couldn't make any refund decision at the time. Told me to call back the next morning where he'll be in by 9am. When I called back by 1130am, they said he had left and to call back again the next day, told me I should've called 9am. Said they couldn't guarantee if he'll be there all day the next day though he's supposed to be in 9-5pm. When I asked for a return call instead, they said they don't do that. It seems they are just avoiding the call and can easily avoid it everytime I call with the line of reasoning she gave me.

I've worked in a hospitality industry and these are absolutely unacceptable. No concern for the guests at all and the place was beyond subpar. Even if they are cheaper than the other places around them, that is no excuse for the service they rendered.

Stay away from this place.

Dilapidated hotel in a disreputable area. It was falling apart. In the hall there was a musty and musty smell, dirty entrance, stains and food residues. The room was dirty, stains on the carpet, cobwebs, broken chair, dirty walls and ceiling with pieces of plaster coming off, air conditioning controls dirty with food, rusty taps and shower drain, toilet paper was missing, sheets now yellowed and dirty , the sheets on one bed had brown stains while the other had gray stains. We asked to change our room but were denied so we asked to clean the room and replace the linen. In one bed the sheets were replaced while for the other they left new sheets placed on the bed. The staff was annoyed by the request.
We had 2 credit cards and a debit card which were not accepted, we had to leave cash as a deposit. They rudely challenged our cards. (used throughout the holiday in various facilities)
A nightmarish night, we didn't wash and spread clean sheets over the bed, we didn't have breakfast because the dining room was visibly dirty. Not recommended.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, which regrettably fell far short of even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the room in a deplorable condition. The bed was broken and visibly sagging in the middle, making it impossible to rest comfortably. The lack of tissues was an inconvenience, but the presence of insects on the bed was absolutely appalling and unacceptable. The washroom facilities were equally disappointing, with dirt and grime present throughout, creating a deeply unsanitary environment.

Due to these intolerable conditions, I made the decision to check out of the hotel early, as it was clear that my stay could not be salvaged. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has tarnished my perception of your establishment.

As a paying guest, I expected a basic level of cleanliness and comfort, which unfortunately was not met during my stay. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues to prevent future guests from experiencing similar discomfort and disappointment.

I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience to discuss how you intend to rectify this situation and ensure that such lapses in hospitality do not recur.

We have stayed at this particular Ramada for many years. This time it was much different, I don’t know if it’s because of covid or not but we were severely disappointed.
We arrived and the checkin was horrid. Essentially I would’ve gotten more conversation from a ventriloquist dummy. The man on duty did not say one word to my girlfriend or myself, even upon getting our room key we had to look inside the booklet to see where our room was. After making our way through many suspicious characters in the lobby we made it up to our room. Upon entering, the smell was very musky like the room hadn’t been used for a while. The plugs on the walls were ripped from the walls themselves exposing whatever lurks behind the walls. Entering the bathroom I noticed right away the toilet was radiating heat like campfire. Upon further inspection our room had no cold water, only hot water. That made taking a shower a chore since I did not want third degree burns and end up looking like a Batman villain. In the end we ended up choosing to change rooms because of the above reasons. Luckily the gentleman working night shift was very polite and was willing to help anyways he could, probably the only bright spot of the stay. We changed rooms and the second room looked a little better but alas the molten hot lava was still coming out of the taps and toilet, we just chose to make due instead of trying to switch rooms again. In the morning we were excited for the continental breakfast because at this location it was always really good. We arrive to notice the breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy that seemed to have been reheated many times. We chose to forgo the breakfast and eat out. During our stay we witness many guests checking in, seeing their rooms and leaving immediately. Very sad to see , considering we used to really like it at this location. To cap off our stay there was a shooting a mere 30 feet away from the hotel.
In closing, we probably will not be staying here again unless things change for the better.

I could tell there were problems when I walked in the door to check in. There was another guest having issues with the front desk. When it was my turn, the check-in experience was fine albeit not particularly professional. When I got to my room, I saw how disgustingly filthy the room was. There were multiple thick, flaky yellow stains all over the carpet - potentially old vomit or spilled milkshake. There were no bath towels. We requested towels from the front desk and the ones that arrived were stained. There were huge water damage stains on the walls. The painting frame above one of the beds had broken glass. I had stayed at this location roughly 7 years ago and it has gone completely downhill. I ended up staying the night, but kept shoes by the bed and refused to shower there, and got up early to get out of there quickly. There is no reasonable explanation for rooms being left that filthy. A bare minimum of vacuuming up the yellow stains would have made it slightly more clean and yet, the room was deemed adequately cleaned. I will warn everyone I know to never stay at Ramada Plaza - it's not worth staying in a filthy room to save a few dollars.

If you like cigarettes, weed and dirty rooms with zero amenities, bugs and questionable breakfast then look no further. If you’re lucky like I am you’ll even get to witness a drug deal and hear gunshots ringing in the night! Also the bathroom was so dirty I cleaned it myself. It smelled so bad of cigarettes, weed and cheap cologne maybe like a wh*** house would smell. I had to rewatch my clean clothes. I paid $100 deposit that I never got back and that’s what my bathroom looked like. Make it make sense. Please don’t bring your children here

Do not stay here!!!! The hotel seems more like a half way house than a hotel. Rooms are disgusting. Rugs are dirty, old food and dirty silverware behind the fridge and dresser. Lamp had no light bulbs and no outlet to plug it in, had to run an extension cord for the one that did have light bulbs. Shower was either boiling or freezing no in between. One of the faucet handles even fell off. No extra toilet paper as a back up and the tissue holder was completely empty. Hallways smelled like a 55 gallon drum of perfume was dumped down the hallways to cover up the smell of weed. Cleaning lady was in the hallway and completely ignored a dirty McDonalds cup that sat there all weekend. Breakfast is not self serve, you need to get a ticket and served like a soup kitchen. I definitely do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel including my own worst enemy.
