Checked into this cool hotel for two nights with my husband and two adult children. Located literally steps from Gwangalli beach , this hotel is sparkling new and has a great laid back atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are trendy and well laid out with separate electric toilet (with a multitude of options)and a bathtub and wet room shower next door. Plenty of nice nice toiletries and towels and the cleaning service is amazing.
The beds are super comfy and we had to be woken each morning as we had such a restful sleep. Soundproofing excellent. We had a sliver of a view of beach while the kids had a view of a wall but hey, we WERE paying! Breakfast offers a choir of American omelette or traditional Korean dish served in basement restaurant. Super hotel at a good price.

Good location to beach. Room with no view to beach. Clean, towels are extra small, here improvements are needed.
If there was a pub there no one seemed to be staffing it, as English was lacking with the staff.
View from the roof is nice.

Beautiful view of fancy light show bridge with the bed facing the water. You can even see the ocean while sitting on the toilet. Waking up to the sound of the waves. We went in the winter but there is a beautiful roof top terrace that would be great in summer.

Chose this hotel for the view and we were not disappointed. However, the view comes with a price. Was deciding between Haeundae and Gwangalli, glad we chose to stay at Gwangalli. The area is young and vibrant with many people and dogs on the beach. There were cafes and good restaurants in this area.
We stayed for 2 nights, there is only 1 breakfast sandwich choice included in the breakfast package. The breakfast set cost 8k kw if you buy separately ...we could have explored the many cafes around.
This new hotel tries its best, but its service was not up to hotel standards. The room design is with aesthetics in mind but not functional at all! e.g no hangers in the bathroom. Their website did not say of how get there. I wrote in to hotel to ask and there was no reply! You will need this info if staying here:
Exit Geumnyeonsan station ( green line next to Gwangan station)
The exits are close by, or take the elevator exit. Look for Namcheonbada-ro and walk down a slope towards the beach. You will see a koi pond with a small stream on the road. Walk a little further and the hotel building is on your left. Its entrance is not facing the beach.

I had the opportunity to visit this hotel in a business trip.
I found a new hotel with good design. A bit poor for breakfast without too many options, but at the end nice breakfast.
Good size of rooms and if you are lucky as I was... amazing views to the beach and the bridge.
I would recommend it.

A new small boutique hotel near Gwangan beach. Hotel is new and it is around 10 mins to Metro Station. Luckily, room is ready when I arrived hotel at 11:00 am. However, they give me a low floor room which I request a high floor room. They comment hotel is full and this is the only room we can stayed. The attitude of staff is bad and with poor English. I complain and they give me a high floor room immediately. I was just thinking they only reserve good room for Korean. I found the cleaniness of room is not good and I call for Housekeeping for cleaning. No response for 4 hours after call made.
Lastly, they send me a letter for apologize.
In a conclusion, hotel is new and location is good. It will be a better choice for foreigner if they can improve!

This hotel was right in front of gwangalli beach with a direct view of the bridge from the room and also from the roof top. Room was spacious with modern design and amenities. I booked a deluxe double room with ocean view and it came with a bath tub at the balcony with full view of the bridge.
Lots of shops and restaurants along the stretch and alley adjacent to the beach. The hotel also provide free private parking for those who drive. There are No restaurant within the hotel but a small cafe with coffee/tea. An excellent place to stay in Busan !
