do note when u book in agoda that the hotel has only reviews up till july 2019. my review to agoda was not updated, i stayed in this hotel from 2nd to 4th Jan 2020 when travelling to busan from seoul as part of my korea trip, when i checked in i realised i made a wrong booking of date, but agoda was really nice and the hotel was nice to refund my wrong booking too, but i should have took it as a sign to leave, anyways i rebooked a twin ocean view on the spot and left my luggage at the reception and left for my day, we returned to the hotel at close to 10pm at night and checked in to a 15th floor room, ocean view was not promised, its was merely a harbourview from far, i believe building pop up infront of them maybe, its alright, but the corridor was badly lit, and the sensor by the in room door was malfunction at times, the room comes with old designed furnitures, basic amenities is ok though, housekeeping is fine too, towels and sheets were clean enough, halfway through the night the main white light in the room start flickering, its ok, i got up to try and fix it by trying to see if it dims, but no, sometimes i felt it does but sometimes it doesnt, all lights are controlled on the same panel, beside the tv, u had to get up and do it, and den u the room doesnt really feel so comfortable up till now, the showering area lights are sensor too, and they too off by itslf and u have to keep moving to get them on, also this room has an AC unlike our rooms i got for this winter in seoul, this is busan though, i figured, so first night went by, and we slept through it as we were too tired to be bothered, on the 2nd night we too returned to the hotel at around 11 to midnight, the corridor is even scarier, its not really lit, and the door to this hotel was also automated locked with no latch, felt unsafe for this, the lift also doesn't require access card, even for the higher floor of 15th we lived, we come to think that that level only has one occupant and is us, kind of freak both of us out, but we did not say to each other, but i couldnt sleep on the 2nd night and kept the lights on with tv for the rest of the night, actually we kept lights on for both nights throughout, since i am checking out the next day i just stayed on, nothing scary or bad happened to both of us on our stay, its just that this is not a hotel that gives you comfortable feeling throughout, and not welcoming enough, the lobby has a flight of stairs up and nobody was there to help with the luggages, and also its near an exit of Nampo with no lift up to ground level, the street below the hotel is a quiet street and with weird ppl hanging around early and late at night, as i say the hotel is not safe proof from strangers so cant help but felt unsafe, also the address given by agoda doesnt match the real address.the recept guy isnt that friendly, only on checkout did i met a smiley lady recept. i would say i will not stay in this hotel again.we both were at seoul before we start saying our feelings for this hotel so i guess its not just one of us that feels this way

The hotel is located in Nampo area which has everything you need. It's walkable to the mall (Lotte department) and Nampo market (so many shops and street food). It's near the fish market and just 10 minutes away from KTX station by taxi. There is a convenient store near the hotel (need to walk 3 min.) The room is very spacious (room for 3 persons). The hotel is more like an apartment. The hotel has only 1 staff (I saw 1 staff at time) but the staff was really nice. He introduced us about hotel area and sightseeings in Busan. He also helped us plan a one day trip from the hotel. I was very appreciated. Con : The bathroom is too bare and the floor of the bathroom has the same level with the bedroom. If you need more towels, you need to come to the lobby by yourself. If you don't mind about this, there's no problem staying here.

Location was good. A short taxi ride from Busan Station KTX. Around the hotel, there is: - subway station nearby - Lotte Department store - Money changers - Shopping street - Restaurants - Convenience stores Rooms had modern bathroom amenities. Toilets were separate from the showers. We booked several rooms - Which i believe were deluxe twin rooms. No problem fitting four people but there would be a problem fitting four medium/large suitcases are these isnt enough space for large suitcases. Only thing I didnt like were the bed mattresses felt a little too hard for my liking.

The rooms were big enough and the location was great. We didn't have breakfast there, but the place is surrounded by coffee shops and places for breakfast. We went during the cold, and the rooms were warm enough. They had shut the air-con completely, so if it got too hot, we used to open the window. As for the bathroom, the pot area and shower area were separate, but privacy was poor, they were separated by glass. The privacy between the room and bathroom is also poor, unless it doesn't matter. Overall, the hotel was good. If I go to Busan again, will definitely stay there. The best thing about the hotel was the location.

The room for 4 people is relatively small, with a one-person walkway between the bed and TV. And there was not enough space to open up all 4 luggages, and we had to rearrange the furniture to be able to do so. The location is relatively good, with easy access to a few bus stops that could get us to where we wanted to.

This is a difficult hotel to review since it has such strong good and weak points. To start with the good; - Fantastic location! Steps away from metro line 1, Gukje Market, Jagalchi Market, Book Alley, BIF shopping district etc etc. The hotel is on a quiet side street, right across from a small police station so very safe. - Lovely new and clean hotel, nice staff and beautiful rooms - Comfortable down duvets The bad; - These must have been the hardest mattresses I have ever slept on. Absolutely no give, even for my husband who is a big guy. The same went for the bed in our travel companions room - High tech light, where all lamps are controlled by a non-intuitive display on the wall. No matter ho hard we tried we could not get the lights to stay on in the toilet/shower, they turned themselves off before we were finished. The strong lamp by the door, on the other hand, was controlled by a sensor and turned itself on whenever you moved close to the bathroom. Not very practical when one guest wants to go to the bathroom at night without lighting up the room. Would we stay there again? The lights were forgivable but the uncomfortable beds are a dealbreaker.

easy check in. it's between two subway stations, but we used to get there via exit no. 7 of Nampo. cozy and hair dryer's awesome. the lights at shower room and above the basin didn't work well. would visit again for its price & location.
