The Kakao app might not be helpful if you are searching the address for this hotel as the local cabbies like to alight people at the back alley instead of the main road leading to the hotel. However the staff were helpful and the room was pretty big so definitely value for money especially for families
checked in at 3pm but given a room that was not done cleaning yet had to wait for housekeeping to clean 1st and she was not aware of the check in room looks modernized. small sized but sufficient and dont feel crampy separate toilet and bathroom there is a small mart st the lobby of the hotel to buy essentials
The good: - Very helpful staff, fluent in English and good attitude towards the guests. - Large size rooms, clean, everything worked well (aircond, hot water, shower pressure, etc.) - WIFI was fast and stable, if you need to work online you will not face any problem. The bad: - Noise from the construction in front and the cars. We were on the 13th floor, even with the window closed you will hear the cars honking. - Location is 7/10. You will find shops, restaurant around, however to go to the main “attraction” of this neighborhood you need to go underground to cross the street. It gets very confusing and annoying to go up/down stairs.
Pros: This hotel is located close to the metro station, the rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom amenities are nice. Breakfast is good but they need to work on refilling juices+food when they run out. Cons: There are a number of small issues with the rooms, which really start to get annoying if you spend more than 1 night (we were there 4 nights). First, it’s impossible to use the sink without spilling water everywhere. The way it’s designed, if you try to wash your face, you will walk away completely covered in water. There is no place to hang your wet towels (0 hooks). We had to fight with the A/C to get it to work because the remote is in Korean, but the staff eventually helped. The toilet is in its own little room, which is ok, but because it’s a heated toilet, it generates so much heat that the room feels like a sauna. Overall, a decent option in Busan.…
The price was very reasonable during the festive seasons and excellent location. Just across the street is the Bujeon market where one could get excellent and very reasonable local Korean food such as noodle soup, snacks like fried chicken, and many others. One could also buy fresh seafood to cook. The vegetables at this market were so fresh that you want to bring them home. Besides food, the market also sells clothes, shoes, etc. at very reasonable prices. You could get a pair of very warm pants for 5000 Korean won. It is only about 5 minutes' walk to the subway... excellent.
We were upgraded to a family suite from a double room for around USD5 extra per nite. The room was spacious fully equipped with fridge. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Place was easy to find and near eateries and supermarts, located at the Seom Yong area. There is a 24 hour outlet at the hotel and staff were fluent in English. The best thing was we were informed by the staff that we could claim vat refund and that made the price of rooms even lower! We had a good stay there
Our group of 4 and 1st time into Busan, we book two triple sharing room which was awesome. Size of room was spacious and there were 1 double bed and 2 single bed. We love the size since there is only 2 person in each room. Reception was friendly, courteous and helpful, we were in early morning after the overnight flight. Regretted that we did not have chance to book and extra day before we arrive, else we will not have to hang around till 3pm before the check in time as they were full house and we had to kill time by going to Lotte cinema to catch the early morning movie. The sweet lady gave us director on how to get to Lotte Cinema and also help us book a taxi back to airport at 5am. And is the 1st time I get a tax rebate from this hotel which came as a surprised too. Unsure how the tax rebate works, but we stayed 6 nights. We like the brightness in the room, although there were only blinds and not full curtain in room. We also appreciate that all the power points were besides each bed thus there is plenty of power points in the triple sharing room. The only downside is the standing shower outside the bathtub can cause the water to overflow to outside the bathroom door. The lobby has a emart where you could buy coffee and instant noddles, snacks etc. Opposite the hotel you can find good bakery which sells delicious bread and walk further down there is a good noodle shop which sells yummy hot sliced knife noodles at very reasonable price. Dont forget to walk further in to explore the local Bujeon market which is huge and interesting sight. Lotte is about 7 minutes walk from hotel, take exit 9 you will enter into underground shopping at Seomyeon. This metro station can take you to anywhere you want to explore in Busan.…
I booked the suite during my stay in August. It was even more spacious than it looks in the photo. The room was clean, modern, spacious and well equipped. I was a bit worry before my stay because there was little review and photos about the hotel. So to be it turns out to be surprisingly great to me! And the price is very reasonable too. But bear in mind to look for the address in Korean in advance. Most taxi driver do not know where is it.
