The room was very spacious and had numerous conveniences; bath, shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, razor, hairdryer, hair straighteners, 2 computers, large tv, 2 mini fridges and a phone charging station. Comfortable bed and lovely friendly staff.
It’s also located in a great area with the interchange Seomyeon station just a short walk away. Would definitely stay again

The hotel has center location, nearby many restaurants, 5-7 minutes to subway. Right from the moment the booking was confirmed, the hotel owner contacted us and provided a lot of useful information such as restaurants, attractions, subway map around the hotel. Not only that, Mr. Son also helped me book capsule train tickets, taxis to the airport and was ready to answer any questions like a private tour guide!
Execellent services!!

Thumbs-up for this hotel, the owner and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr. Son, the owner even gave all information, directions and maps of Busan before we visited Korea (by WhatsApp). The staffs helped us to book the bus tickets to Seoul. The location is close to Lotte Hotel and eateries nearby. Easy to find convenient stores. The room is clean and they will clean up our room after you tap the 'clean up' card on the door. Dining room and drinking water are provided on the 2nd floor. We will stay in this hostel again in the future.

First off, this is one of the best value hotel that I've stayed in. As with any budget lodging, you have to set your expectations right. Once you have your expectations set, you will see that this hotel goes beyond expectations.

It is located on the deeper parts of the city centre. Not too accessible but within 10 mins of walking distance from main roads and subway system.

The room is amazingly spacious and very clean. Besides the expected amenities, there are more than enough electrical sockets all around the room. There is a tub and also a balcony in the room that I stayed in.

Breakfast is included but I am unable to comment as I went out to eat.

The staff are able to converse in simple English and they are very helpful.

Many positive reviews were shared by other guests. Allow me to add further:

- Spacious bathroom & room; has 3 types of cables ready for charging your
mobiles/tablets. Many sockets of both 110v & 220v. A desktop pc was in my room too.
Many free TV channels.

Excellent service:
- Hotel owner Mr Son, man the reception himself with his equally friendly staff Mr Ahn;
Both speaks good English.

- Mr Son knows Busan 50 years so he is better than travel brochures; He advises on
eg in certain routes, bus is better than subway, taxi better than walk, choices of
food/restaurants, best time to visit which place etc - help his guests to save time &
money.

- He gives credit card size paper of places in Korean & English side by side so that
seeking local help for directions is easy.

- Mr Son wants his hotel to be exceptional ; hence implement best practices what he
learnt from other hotels in other countries.

I left the hotel with much appreciation as Mr Ahn helped book a taxi, waited outside to direct the driver to U-turn to the hotel front and carried my luggages.

Mr Son immediately WhatsApp me the Taxi Information like plate no, driver mobile no. incase I leave thing inside the cab.

Mr Son had also suggested to me that if I have 2 hrs waiting time at the Busan station, I can take the free monorail for sightseeing of the city from above ground.

Last but not least, the 3 days weather forecast was sent to my mobile as he knows I will spending the next 4 nights in Seoul.

Thank you Mr Son

I booked the Queens Hotel based on the great reviews on Trip Advisor - especially the great rating of the staff - and now have to add my own. I also had a fantastic experience with the hotel. I emailed the hotel prior to leaving home asking about hiking in Jirisan National Park, and received maps and advice and bus timetables in return. They even sent weather reports in the days before we arrived! So much more than expected. The help offered on arrival was also excellent, with more great tips and maps of Busan and Jirisan. We were able to check in early, and also store luggage at the hotel while we hiked.

The hotel room itself was big, as was the bathroom. Breakfasts were good with Korean and western options. The location also excellent - within easy walk of the subway and many restaurants, markets, and street-food options. Thank you Queens Hotel team for making our stay so seamless!

First of all, the owner Mr Son and his staff always get ready to provide their to notch customer services to their guests. I even received tons of useful information from Mr Son before trip including the route to their hotel, restaurants nearby, and attractions nearby. He always send us the updated weather forecast in the morning.

I stayed at their VIP room type. The room is spacious with balcony and housekeeping is good too. The daily Korean style breakfast buffet is simple and tasty. It is a small hotel so don't expect they offer variety of food selection at their breakfast buffet. They offered few dishes, daily soup, white rice, cereal & milk, bread, and the Great coffee machine.

However, their room had thin wall so is not that sound proofed which I think is the only cons for this hotel. Location is fantastic! 5 to 10 minutes walk radius, you can access to Lotte Departmental Store, Seomyeon Station, Young Street and lots of highly rated restaurants nearby. The owner help me to book a metered taxi one day before my return flight. Overall experience is great and will definitely comeback again.

Friendly and unbelievable helpful reception . But the housekeeping quality was negative at that price level. Once its improved the only way to keep the customer otherwise no way customer will return to this hotel again.

the location was excellent, in about 5 min walk to the nearest underground stations, with certain convenient stores and restaurants nearby. the friendly staff (boss?) provided excellent service: after knowing that it's my first time visiting Busan, he provided a colour-printed custom-made guide to me, suggesting what to eat and where to go. the guide was with detailed maps and was written in my mother tongue (Chinese). the room was spacious and comfy, with all the bathroom necessities provided. the only bad thing might be the window was a bit too small, but honestly, not a big deal.

We picked this place due to price and winning reviews. They aren't wrong about the impeccable service from the front desk to the free (and delicious) home-cooked/authentic Korean breakfast. Good location and laundry on-site are also great.

But I will say the rooms really are average and we did encounter some issues with our stay. In winter in Busan you do NOT want to experience an ice cold shower-- we had two of these over the week. If you have a lot of luggage and plan to go shopping you might not have any space left to walk (no luggage rack or closet either). We did see two rooms, too bc our first one smelled so strongly of bleach we had to ask to be moved. The room and bathroom were incredibly dark, so had to time my makeup application the right time of morning so i can be at the window. Peeling wallpaper, banged up furniture, broken bathroom fixtures (no where to hang towels, broken bar was under the sink). This place has great reviews for the service and amenities which i respect and 100% agree with, but just thought people should know the rooms are a little rough now compared to the photos.

But, to conclude, we've got nothing but love for the entire staff here-- great people =)

1. Go to Express bus terminal in Gyeongju 2. Take a bus there and get off at Busan Central bus terminal in Nopo. 3. It takes about 50 minutes. 4. Take a subway in Nopo to Seomyeon station. 5. It takes 30 minutes. 6. Walk to Queens hotel from Seomyeon station. 7. It takes 5-10 minutes.
