This is our first night in Busan, we traveled with a group of 55+ marathon runners, it is great to stay at Haeundae coz it is just 5 minutes run to Dongbaekseom.
Our room has a queen size bed, there are mattresses and blankets in the closet to make extra bed for at least 2 person, great for bigger family.
Breakfast at the 2/F is great, however just like most hotels in Busan, the coffee machine has no English instruction, you can only make a wild guess or reply on the mercy of other Korean guest to help you.

Great views, clean room, excellent views of the ocean, very nice location close to Haeundae beach. But the mini fridge didn't work properly, and the room overall just felt a little sterile. Not very decorated. Anyways, it was comfortable and clean and overall not bad.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location close to Haeundae beach. We had a very large apartment with room, kitchenette and a living room, with all required comfort. The best thing is the view towards the bridge, it is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located at the new section of the city of Busan; with nice and clean surrounding area. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The draw back being large bath towels are not provided. There is a hot spring spa close by Full cooking utensils and dishes provided in each room. About 20 to 30 minutes car ride to the city center.

Excellent ocean view from my room was mesmerising! All the staff were welcoming me and they provided great hospital service. Room was generally good. Kitchen equipment and cookers were pretty well-maintained and hygienic. Resort is located close to haewoondae beach so you can walk to there in a minute. Very satisfied with the resort:)

Awesome Breakfast Buffet - that's about it! It's clean, very busy, and location is sort of convenient. Daily buffet breakfast is to die for! Enjoyed the view. Price was on the high-side, wish it was lower. Bed was on the uncomfortable side. Definitely not a luxury hotel, not suitable for couples looking for romance.

We arrived with very high expectations from this hotel and left much disappointed. Front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unorganised all throughout our stay. Attempts of getting any information from staff were often met with uncertain looks and blank faces. More often than not, we would be referred to a tourism information desk that was rarely ever manned. And when there is someone available, would provide incorrect and inadequate information. Our rooms were not properly kept either, with obvious signs of a rushed job.
Oddly though, bins were not regularly emptied and towels (tiny things, by the way) were sometimes not replaced.

I will add however, the sea side location and views of the Gwangan Bridge are outstanding.

Fabulous experience, amazing views, especially at night with the lit bridge, free Wi-Fi that needed sorting out as they gave me the wrong password that was fixed immediately by a staff member coming up to the room
Bed had one side against the wall, which is not uncommon and we had a kitchen/living area
Towels were far to small (needed 2!)
Breakfast room is big, I estimate 300 seats and there is enough choice to satisfy everybody
Worth having as is the Sauna unless you can't handle seeing another naked person of the same gender (Women have there own area)
Not sure about the value for money as this was all paid for us, but I think it is...

It was one of th best hotels I have stayed in. Room on 26th floor had an amazing view to the sea and colorful bridge at night. Loved it so much. Location was excellent. Room was so clean and tidy. Everything was wonderful. Breakfast also was good. Just wanted to have more tea service in open buffet. The kind service stuff privided tea for us. I reccomend this hotel.

Luxury property with great views

We were on the 23rd floor, with a corner room, and had a view of the bridge/water..esp. beautiful when lit up at night

Breakfast buffet was decent..Only complaint would be some of hot dishes weren't hot enough. But this is a problem at most hotels

Also, they have a really nice spa

Walking distance to Haeundae beach, and Nurimaru Apec House
