The Westin Busan lobby cafe had a fantastic view of the big beach. Great location for afternoon tea. The beach is supposed to be packed in the summer but was pretty open when I was there. Good location and friendly staff.

The room was a "family suite" which meant the room was a little bigger to have a double and a twin size bed. It was comfortable for us and our teenage son. Service was quite good and responsive. being in the APEC park was a nice place to stroll

Was reading back my review from 2013 and have to say the staff in this hotel and service really made 1000 steps forward compared to last time in 2013! Please keep on going this way. The rooms however already in those days and now even more desperately need a make over.... All functional including a lovely nespresso machine in the...

Nice comfortable hotel in Busan. Helpful and accommodating staff, even more so on exec floor. Nice, comfortable, clean and functional rooms. Gym is fairly good, but well short of the Westin in Seoul. Nice view of the water, and right on the beach. Great breakfast layout in the main restaurant, but the lounge seems to lack much variety in the...

Got a chance to spend some work and play time in Seoul South Korea this month. A lifetime platinum SPG member I want to be comfortable while trying best to control my expenses. The Westin in Chosun Section of Seoul is a great place for family, friends and Business. By far the one of the best happy hour lounge offerings...

While the location is amazing, the hotels itself is beautiful and staff was INCREDIBLE, spoke perfect English and quickly tended to any and all requests we had, we were quite disappointed with the room and prices. Even in the off season, the price for the most basic room was three times the price of the top suites at other hotels...

I visited for work for a conference. The conference facilities themselves were great, well equipped and rooms with lovely views over the beach. However the rooms themselves felt quite dated and walls were a bit thin (I was unfortunate to have kids staying next door) The worst part though is the extortionate prices for food and drink on the premises....

The rooms weren't as good as the reviews... and everything was so high priced there.... Its not close to a lot of restaurants or subway... so we always had to use the taxi... and when driving up the hill by taxi, tge traffic was so bad :(

I liked the hotel for the are right in the beach that must be lovely during the summer time. Was first assigned executive grand room based on my SPG Platinum status. Had a look at the room and what was available for sale. Was soon moved to a family suite (not sure why they call it family one) that had...

We brought my in-laws and booked two rooms with ocean view. When we got there, they upgraded our rooms to the Club level. Wonderful views of the ocean and beach. The rooms were very nicely maintained and equipped. N'espresso machine, plenty of space, windows that open so you can listen to the waves. The staff were wonderful - from the...
