This hotel was the worst "hotel" I've ever seen. After one day here you realize that it, like the phoenix, must be burnt to the ground so that a new hotel can be built out of it's ashes. No A/C, sticky floors, stains on walls and in showers, smelly rooms, old everything, and to compensate for no A/C they give...

The title and the other reviews pretty much say it all - this hotel is mainly about the location, and that's it. It's a very old and sketchy hotel, lacking amenities. You will find a lot of people staying in it though, mostly Japanese tourists. My boyfriend and I booked a standard room at Hotel Phoenix for our last night...

We picked this hotel cause it was given a fair rating in a review and we were stuck for somewhere. Big mistake. Spent 3 night there (and the only reason we didnt leave straight away was cause we couldnt afford another place after paying for this). The place was dirty and run down. There was a mouse trap or something...

We spent one night here. Location was great, close to the fish markets, other shops/markets and Pusan Tower. Hotel was old and a bit shabby but ok generally. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay only.

This hotel is about three metro stops from Busan Central Station or 5000 won by taxi. It is right in the heart of town, close to transport, shopping, fish markets, wharves, cinemas, great restaurants and Busan Tower. Hotel is a little old looking, but the rooms are large. Although on a busy road, the traffic noise was not a problem....

the hotel is very run down, but the room was clean. Excelent location beside PIFF plaza and Gukje market. Front desk can speak english and japanese! A good option for the budget traveler.

I was a bit worried about staying at this hotel after reading reviews online - but it really wasn't bad. Yes it is very outdated, but the rooms were clean and large, the beds comfortable and the staff were friendly. Yes there was a can of insect repellent on the table - but I suspect it was for whacking the...

I must say this hotel is located in a wonderful location, just that it's a bit too far from the actual subway station. The size of the room is what you get for the little amount you paid. The staffs at the reception area were wonderful and they understood english, which is brilliant. But the hotel itself need a little...

A terrible Hotel, and a complete rip off! The service is not great and the rooms are way below standard for Korea. We had electricity cords sticking out of the wall right next to where we slept. The whole hotel needs a paint job, it needs to be recarpeted, modernised the works!!! Dont stay there as there are many other...

The air conditioner is so old that you never feel its effect. Besides the room and corridors are dirty and smells awfully. First thing you can see in the romm is the insect killer spray. I spent one night out of four days booking. The hotel club discounted two night as part of their rib off policy and the hotel...
