The Room average clean (found some hairs), good view and quiet for the most. The price a bit stiff for the amenities the room has, but I can overcome this. The Staff at the reception placed us in a room where there was a construction and renovation going on. The staff tried to be accommodation to a point, but the staff does not speak English AT ALL. It was very frustrating to ask for directions, assistance of any kind and later when we showed our frustration the staff started to act weird around us. I find incredible that in South Korea's second biggest city, the staff at an International Hotel CANNOT Speak English. Additionally the hotel is placed in a building with several other hotels each one overtaking 2 or 3 floors. Therefore the waiting time in front of the elevators was exhausting. All in all a very bad experience and on top of that this hotel has no restaurant and hotel free private parking just does not exist. Highly disappointed as the staff neither said goodbye, no sorry, as if we were never there or our business was irrelevant.

I have to admit my review is slightly biased due to my love of Busan, but regardless, MS Hotel still warrants receiving 5 stars for several reasons. Location is superb; the hotel is just an 8 minute walk from the metro station, and the limousine bus from/to Gimhae International Airport also stops just a few metres from the hotel. You are also situated directly across the road from the beach, and surrounded by a plethora of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. But despite being so central I was not disturbed by any external noise. My room was huge and extremely comfortable. I also had a gorgeous view of the beach from my room. A basic breakfast of toast, jam, yogurt, juice and coffee was provided. There’s no seating, so you collect your breakfast and take it back to your room. It’s perfectly adequate, but if you’re looking for something more substantial there is plenty of choice outside. Check-in was efficient, and I was allowed to access my room a few hours early. I had an early start on the day of my departure, and again checkout was seamless. I absolutely loved Busan, and I sincerely hope to return one day. Haeundae Beach is often overlooked as it’s not necessarily close to most of the major attractions, but the area was recommended to me by a friend, and although you do spend a fair bit of time travelling whilst exploring (which is the same for anywhere in South Korea) Haeundae Beach really is a fantastic area to stay. If ever I am lucky enough to return to Busan, I will most certainly be booking MS Hotel again.

I liked this hotel a lot. It was a little bit hard for me to find at first, because the lobby is not on the ground floor, so I walked past the entrance a few times trying to find it. You go in through another building and up an escalator to get to the lobby. But once I arrived, all was good. The front desk staff spoke English well enough and were super friendly and helpful. My room was really pretty and comfortable. I had a big, big window, which opened out onto the beach front (Haeundae Beach) across the street. The location was very nice and I loved being so close to the water. For a clean and comfortable hotel right on the water, I think the price was a very good deal. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it.

Our room looked out over the Bay. It was a long skinny room so that the view was maximised. I could see the sea from the shower. When you go down to breakfast you set on stools at one long breakfast bar looking out at the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. It is definitely on my plans to go back one day

My 86-year-old mother and I had a wonderful stay at the MS Hotel, a small, reasonably priced and yet ideal hotel in Haeundae, Busan. The staff were very accommodating, kind, courteous and smiling, especially to my mother. They spoke basic English so communication was not a problem. They also gave directions as to how to go to places via the subway which was located nearby. The location was perfect: just a stone-throw away from the famous Haeundae Beach which could be seen with breathtaking views through the hotel room window. We got to see the spectacular fireworks festival from the Diamond Bridge in the comfort of our hotel room. There were numerous Korean restaurants, convenience stores and Korean cosmetics stores in the neighborhood. The Haeundae market and Starbucks Reserve were also nearby. Just across the hotel was the Busan Aquarium. The hotel could be easily accessed via taxi from the airport (30 minutes away, approximately KRW 30,000). The subway train was located a leisurely 5-10-minute walk away. Our room was very clean, with functioning air conditioning system, hot shower, fridge, and free wifi. The room had just enough space for movement. The bed, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary: just the basic... bread, egg, fruits, milk, etc, but with overflowing, 24-hour hot coffee. The MS Hotel gets our approval and recommendation. My mother and I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Period of stay: 04 to 09 Nov 2019 Busan has a slower pace as compared to Seoul and people are relatively warmer and kinder in busan. I chose MS hotel because you have a full view of the beach when you wake up and get greeted by the rising sun. Besides that, they serve breakfast as well, simple one, where you have bread, butter, jam, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea and hard boil eggs. Breakfast is between 7 to 9am and you take them to your room to eat. They also have a self service laundry at level 5, hours at between 9 to 5pm. The location is easy to locate at haeundae station line 2. Just take the elevator between exit 5 and 7, walk straight towards to beach direction, turn right, and you will see the building. Do note that MS hotel and Nuri hotel share the same building. There are 3 Starbucks at haeundae area so you can get your caffein fix easily. There are plenty of choices to eat at the hotel even if it’s at 10pm. There’s also airport limousine bus going to Gimhae airport, exit the building, turn left and walk towards the Starbucks. The bus stop is in front of the Starbucks, parallel to the beachfront. The staff are very warm and nice, and they helped me with the queries I have and helped to book me a cab. They speak simple English and mandarin. Cab is about 25000 to 27000 won to Gimhae airport and I took the cab at around 5am. I accidentally broke a mug and offered to pay but the staff decline and readily gave me another mug instead to use. I’m very touched by their service and I highly recommend this hotel, simply because it’s right by the beach and feels like a true holiday, waking up each day to a sea view. Thumbs up to the crew managing this hotel.

What a bargain price for such a suite with wonderful view of Haeundae beach and Guan-an bridge!! Room is clean and comfy, location is great cuz it’s right next to the main street and right across the beach, we can hear the ocean waves when we open the window. You need to bring the breakfast back to room but i really enjoy. Totally worth it!

Great location, reasonable price, perfect for family and vacation stay. It might not be too appropriate for business stay. Hotel lobby is at 7th floor and it is not that friendly to make Taxi arrangement etc. Nice bed, great pillows, simple and modern room, finishing. Simple free continental breakfast but not too bad. Only small area for dine in but you are allowed to pickup up the breakfast and have it in your room. Isn’t that great? Free tea and coffee anytime at the lobby from the coffee machine is a plus point. The korean bidet toilet seat is another plus point. You would appreciate this more during winter with warm seat. The Korean lady at the front desk is extremely friendly and warm. Despite a little bit of language barrier, she definitely make you feel like at home. Just a little note for improvement, they should make up the bed, replenish of coffee and toiletries too.

In July 2019, we spent 2 nights at MS Hotel in Haeundae beach in Busan and it was an awesome stay. The location of the hotel is on the beach and the view was spectacular. Our room faced the Ocean and was on the 10th floor, so the view of the ocean and the beach was stunning. The staff at the reception desk were really friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. On the second day, our AC was not working properly so we were moved to another room that had both the city and the ocean view. We had no complaints as the room was equally great and maybe a little larger too. Like I mentioned earlier, the staff were really helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach, restaurants and markets are few steps away and yet being on the top floor, we did not get any noise from the outside. Overall, our stay was perfect and i would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Busan.

Stayed 2 nights with my family and had a great time. Had ocean view room with large window where you could see Haeundae Beach, which is literally across the street. Room was spacious and easily sleeps 4 people with plenty of space left. Hotel is on middle floors of a building so you have to take elevator up to the reception. Would definitely stay again. There is also free breakfast offered on the reception floor.
