It's new. It's right next to Busan staion. There is Toyoko inn 1 hotel on the same road. Take Exit 1 from KTX (high speed rail) busan station and turn left. Their sign is a little hard to see, but I don't think you get lost. City tour bus starts from here too. (If you have a KTX receipt they will give you 20% off for tour bus ticket.) Their room is very nice. I got the cheapest one ($60) and it's pretty big. It's very modern and their TV is huge, but can't figure out how to operate their remote control. They do have english channels though. There are seperate bathtub, refrigerator and big computer you can use for free. People who are working at front desk do not speak english, but they're very nice. They give you free bottle of water and there is water dispenser & microwave downstairs also. If you like coffee you have to go get it outside. You see cafes and restaurants everywhere. They do have instant coffee, but pretty sweet. I think maybe this is a love hotel. They give you toothbrush at check in counter and also a condom. It's a nice boutique hotel though. If you want to find a place to stay around busan staion I highly recommend Almond hotel. It's affordable, new & spotless. We had 2 big bags and took a high speed train from seoul and didn't feel like carrying them all over town, so this place was perfect. If you take a tour bus which is good for both blue and red tour, you can see nice beaches anyway. I know there are no reviews it's because it's brand new. I'm so glad I took a chance. You can't beat this price.

About 100 metres from Busan Station. Small reception area with secured hold luggage room. Upon given the room card, toothbrush/ paste, shower cap and a condom(?...) were given in a pack. My first thought was ....is this place popular with lovers?

The rooms have several mirrored walls and ensuite ( choice of spa or large tubs ) are very generous indeed. My room temp ( unfortunately)was 27c when I walked in. Heat was overwhelming and can’t be controlled. No choice but had to open a window and left open during night, just bringing down temp to 23c. Toiletries were generous and a firm bed .

I’ll return but only if they fix that room temp ,,

Hotel is clean, good size with a HUGE bathtub. It is just next to the train station, which make it so easy if you are travelling with luggage. I have breakfast inclusive in my rate so every morning I enjoyed the simple home cooked breakfast that was prepared on the spot from the kitchen for you.

Upon arrival, I found discrepancy of room type I booked. I went to the reception to clarify and it was resolved immediately by the friendly and helpful staff.

The mattress was a bit hard for me but this depends on personal preference. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but such a shame that I don't have time to soak in the bathtub that was calling me everytime when I entered the room. : )

My winter red wings boots and partner scarf went missing when we left them in the room. When we asked the house keeper she didn't know anything but when brought this up to the front desk and viewing their CCTV footage, the cleaner said she suddenly found my partner scarf when it was left in the room. My winter red wings boots, the cleaner said she thought was trash and threw it away. The manager said he was in no position to compensate for thrown away winter red wings boots and asked us to write to his management. Wrote in to them on 7 Jan and still no reply yet. Would highly not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We checked in on 31/3/2018 night. 1.After a day's sightseeing, when I came back on 1/4 night , I found our own toothbrushes had disappeared. When I went to bed, I found my earplugs for sleeping had gone too.
2.When I made a complaint at the reception, the receptionist just stayed silence and did nothing !
3. The next morning, when I made a complaint to the manager, he said I
lost them ourselves and this was not their fault. he even pointed at me and shouted at me!

This was ridiculous and unacceptable. I really really dun recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel with very good standards in a very convenient location to explore Busan.
Next door to Busan KTX station. You will find Almond Hotel on the right of Busan station when facing the front of the station on a quiet street just off the main station square behind Tokyo Inn hotel.

it is within walking distance from the train platform.
We stayed in a premium room which came with a round jacuzzi next to the bed. A bit surreal but it looks fancy and it makes for a quirky and unusual hotel room.
There was also a shower in the bathroom.

The bathroom was a decent size but with frosted glass doors at the corner of the room: it didn't bother me but some people may not like that, especially if you are very private about your toilet business.

The sink was just opposite the bathroom door inside the actual bedroom.

They provided nice soft cotton towels (it is not a given in South Korea, in some hotels you only get small rough face towels!).

The location is great for exploring Seoul as quite central to reach easily both the beaches and other points of interest. There are many buses, taxis and metro station just on the doorstep. I would use it again and definitely recommend it.

We did not use the breaksfast facilities as there are many breakfast options outside with coffee places such as Paris Baguette, Coffee Bean and tea Leaf and other cafes and restaurants around the station.

It is just opposite Busan station for Ktx, about less than 5 minutes walk.

I reached at about 11plus in the morning & was allowed to check in early.

Not all hotel staff can speak English but they will use their handphone to google & try to provide with information.

There's a microwave oven & a hot & cold water cooler at level 1.

Room is heated, it gets abit hot after some time, so we open up the window to let cold air comes in. There's a big Jacuzzi bath tub, separate shower & toilet area.

Will stay again if in Busan.

Situated right next to Busan KTX station what’s not to like. It’s clam between Tokoyo-inn and Ramada Hotel. Walk right into the street once u see a Dunkin Donut shop. On the same street as this hotel are Some coin motel, pubs and drinking establishments. So at night can be noisy. Food area aplenty. Right outside tokoyo-inn is the hop on and hop off city Sightseeing bus terminal ( u get discount when u present almond Hotel receipt if taking this bus). Absolute convenience. Taxi stand are there too. 3 mins walk with luggage’s will see u inside busan KTx station. Oops busan station is the only Chinatown in Korea together with shanghai town and Texas town. Very busy area. Not too keen with the black interior of room we are given. Mirror all over! Wet toilets cos it’s together with shower with frosted glass panel. Pathetic breakfast spread. We opt out of it totally on 2nd day onwards. Staff speak limited English but are always willing to help. Overall will try them again but will ask for white furnish rooms instead.

I min walk to Busan Station for KTX train and subway. Next to Tokyoku Inn which is very obvious from the station. Cross the road is Chinatown, eateries, convenient stores, underground shopping and a local supermarket. Many road-side food tents after 8pm behind the hotel. Check-in with English-speaking Reception staff was fast, easy and smooth. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Very big TV with all channels in Korean. Bath-tub looks nice but steep for elderly guests to climb in. What is lacking is accessible power supply points for charging electronic devices and an in-room safe...something the hotel management could look into for improvement. For its excellent location, bigger rooms and friendly and helpful service, this hotel can be considered.

Stayed 2 nights as 3rd full. Spacious room with all the amenities including tea and coffee sachets. Room even has its own Jacuzzi. 2 min from Busan KTX station exit 1. There are also some street stalls across from hotel. Subway just few mins away. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, can't advise on this question. We arrived to Busan from Seoul by KTX railway, and chose hotel Almond just because of its close location to the KTX station.
