Situated right next to Busan KTX station what’s not to like. It’s clam between Tokoyo-inn and Ramada Hotel. Walk right into the street once u see a Dunkin Donut shop. On the same street as this hotel are Some coin motel, pubs and drinking establishments. So at night can be noisy. Food area aplenty. Right outside tokoyo-inn is the hop on and hop off city Sightseeing bus terminal ( u get discount when u present almond Hotel receipt if taking this bus). Absolute convenience. Taxi stand are there too. 3 mins walk with luggage’s will see u inside busan KTx station. Oops busan station is the only Chinatown in Korea together with shanghai town and Texas town. Very busy area. Not too keen with the black interior of room we are given. Mirror all over! Wet toilets cos it’s together with shower with frosted glass panel. Pathetic breakfast spread. We opt out of it totally on 2nd day onwards. Staff speak limited English but are always willing to help. Overall will try them again but will ask for white furnish rooms instead.

I min walk to Busan Station for KTX train and subway. Next to Tokyoku Inn which is very obvious from the station. Cross the road is Chinatown, eateries, convenient stores, underground shopping and a local supermarket. Many road-side food tents after 8pm behind the hotel. Check-in with English-speaking Reception staff was fast, easy and smooth. Room is spacious, comfortable and clean. Very big TV with all channels in Korean. Bath-tub looks nice but steep for elderly guests to climb in. What is lacking is accessible power supply points for charging electronic devices and an in-room safe...something the hotel management could look into for improvement. For its excellent location, bigger rooms and friendly and helpful service, this hotel can be considered.

This small hotel is very conveniently located near the train station, metro station and downtown area on a side street.. Room is comfortably sized, breakfast is OK, but price/value is good. Staff is friendly, although English is limited among some.

Location is good. 1 minute walk from the KTX station, and 2 minutes walk to the metro. The room and toilet is spacious. They provide shampoo, conditioner and bath form - which was amazingly good! Recommended

Stayed 2 nights as 3rd full. Spacious room with all the amenities including tea and coffee sachets. Room even has its own Jacuzzi. 2 min from Busan KTX station exit 1. There are also some street stalls across from hotel. Subway just few mins away. Highly recommended

It is the only accommodation I've stayed in (including hostels and other budget hotels) where they actually give you a can of insect spray in your room. Do you need it? Yes. I think that says it all. The only plus is that it is next to the Busan train station so it makes it accessible.

Stayed here for just one night in March. While the hotel appears to have gone through a recent renovation, with the rooms and corridor being quite modern, the levels of cleanliness in our room were unacceptable. The room was dusty, the bedsheets looked stained and dirty, and in general, it looked like it needed a proper clean. Even small details were missed. For example, the half-used toiletries from the previous guest had not been removed or replaced. The hotel lobby staff are also quite rude, although I’m not sure whether this is because the level of English was generally poor or whether they are just rude. While the hotel is clearly trying to present itself as a more upmarket option, the poor attention to detail and cleanliness really set it back.

Almond Hotel is conveniently located next to the KTX Station and has a nearby train station. We stayed in the VIP Double Room for 2 nights and enjoyed our time there. The room is very much modern and clean although it is a small budget hotel. Will definitely recommend it to other travellers!

+++ It’s right next to 1) Busan KTX station (for you to catch your intercity train ride with your luggage, a favourite pick-up stop for local day trips), 2) a stone’s throw from the Busan Station (Subway) to transfer to the various precincts in Busan for food, shopping & eating, 3) opposite Chinatown & Texas Street. +++ The VIP TWIN room is spacious and is great for 3 persons. The room is well maintained. It’s design is modern like that of boutique hotels nowadays so don’t expect to have cupboards/wardrobe. It has good, clean-lined open table top & shelves, cloak hanging stand and wall hooks for your clothes. +++ if you love to eat at the ‘pochang macha’, there are almost a dozen stalls stationed directly behind Almond Hotel. The warmth of the ajuma & her dishes really helped to chase the chilly winds away on a wintry night💖 - - - Would be great if the jacuzzi bath tub is behind closed doors for a family of 3 but I supposed the room we got is for a couple. Could only book the through online hotel booking platforms like Agoda, there was no contact available to ask for more specific request. No safe is provided. Be ready with your Google Translate for Reception Staff to fully understand your questions.

Positives: -Excellent location - next to Busan Station. - Clean, modern and spacious room. - They allow baggage storage after check out. Negatives: - The area around Busan station (or maybe in some parts of Busan) could smell pretty awful from the city sewage system. The smell actually also lingered into the lobby of the hotel. It also stank when I was using the bathtub. - The staff were rather cold and not friendly. - The room was cold, inadequate heating in the room. I had to ask the front desk staff to actually adjust the temperature in the room. You can't adjust it from your own room.
