The hotel is in a rather newer building, a bit far from the main streets or the subway, but still close enough to find places to eat or shop. The problem is the way the hotel is managed. I arrived in the morning 12pm, but with a reply that I can not check in until 4pm, thus having to come back later in the evening only to find out that the room smells like the sewer. Too tired to argue about it knowing that the hotel is full, I stayed one night informing the management and the cleaning lady the next day.. They opened the windows a bit for me, but besides that it really literally the same smell all night again. After two nights there, I came back home with a big headache, tired from not being able to sleep comfortably and also with a bag full of clothes that smelled horrible. All my clothes that was left at the room smelled like the sewers and now I will have to launder and dry clean all of them. Also after sleeping there two nights I have acquired a horrible head ache only to realize if it smells that bad, that room is probably a health hazard to someone sleeping there. I seriously think the hotel, should have informed me upon check-in, also check the room again to make sure it is not a health hazard, and also provide options to address it. (ex. air purifier or booking room in another hotel on behalf) The highlight was when the manager has offered to give three bottled water when I politely asked for the hotel for help. At first thought, I was going to let it pass through, but after realizing it has affected my health and has severely affected all my clothes I write this review in hope that the hotel with do better next time. The hotel should have NOTsold the room if it's at those conditions. No guest should go through the sufferings I did the last two days.

We travelled to Busan twice each year and had stayed in this hotel since 2016. Being a constant custom, I am so disappointed for her declining performance. Problems are as follow: 1. Appalling sanitation: a thick layer of dirt stuck in the bath tub. 2. Poor maintenance: light off during shower... u could imagine how worse that’s! Managers said that’s our issue to tigger the sensor. However, it had never happened in the past few times when I stayed in other rooms of this hotel. By the way, a long crack on the wall to the door of balcony proved that it’s a humid room or a room with leaking water issue. All her social media accounts had been closed since 2017 and hence I wonder if there’s any change fm top management to cause those issues. Anyway, should I put this hotel into blacklist or give her another try?

We really enjoyed our stay in Trinity hotel. Rooms are very modern, beds are huge and comy, bathroom is very nice (with shower and tub). Room was daily cleaned and the supplies changed. The location is awesome, very close to metro and bus stations, all the resturants, clubs and shops are really close. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended!

That's the 2nd time we had been there in 2016. Yes, we returned there again shortly. There're soooooo many good reasons to stay in this hotel, pls refer to my pervious comment, and one of them is the excellent customer service. Especially thanks to Sean, 오의택 and 홍효진, without their thoughtful arrangement and effort, we could not have an such amazing birthday surprise. My heart was truly melted once we saw the birthday cake, it definitely made our trip more memorable. If you wanna try something new instead of those chained-brand hotels, this cozy nice boutique hotel may be a good options for you.

We're so glad to stay in its Terrace room (테라스) after our Jinhae Cherry blossom trip! Good Location: It's near metro Seomyeon Station, so that we didn't need to carry our bulky luggage to walk too much after arrival Busan. Eateries, pubs and convenient stores were everywhere and only 8 mins walk to Lotte Department Store. That's absolutely a credit for exhausted travelers like us. Wonderful environment (pls refer to my photos): The Terrace room was fabulous! We loved to have a cup of tea in terrace with the stunning view of Busan. The interior design was not only simple and elegant but also well functional with high tech amenities, such as the air purifier and the all-in-one controller for lights, TV and air-con. Nevertheless the air-con was unnecessary as we stayed in April. With the powerful air purifier, there's no strong or funny smell at all. Bathroom was equipped with shower head and jacuzzi bathtub. Frankly speaking, the hot water jacuzzi bathing "saved "us. It's the perfect way to unwind after back fm Jinhae or shopping and a simple way to relieve aches and pains. Besides, the location of Terrace room was at the end of corridor, plus the cozy King size bed, we slept very well every night. Aside fm the above mentioned, we could open up our 28" suitcases on the floor instead of bed! Excellent service: I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Sean. He's the hotel staff who gave us helping hand all the time proactively. For example, provided us detail information since booking, guidance of hotel location and 2 days luggages storage ... etc. All in all, we will return this hotel shortly for sure!!

I hope to recommend this hotel to foreigner business travelers. Price is quiet reasonable than 5-Star hotel like Lotte Hotel near Seomyon. Facilities are very clean and new. Some rooms have terrace which you can enjoy night view of Busan City. This hotel is very near to hot places such as Seomyon, and Sasang. It takes around 50 minutes from Gimhae International airport by subway. You can use Seomyon Station and Bumnaegol Station to reach this hotel.

Our check in was quick (only name needed to check in ) and our room was fabulous. It had a gorgeous freestanding bath in the room with a frosted glass sliding door for the shower and toilet. The room was equipped with the highest tech amenities - one remote controlled the tv, lights and the air con. Only problems we encountered were a full blown argument in the room next to us on our first night at 4am (not really the hotel's fault) and a slightly odd smell in the room, which we guess is from it being newly decorated. There was an slight gluey-fishy smell in the room. Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the hotel so we just tended to direct them to Seomyeon and walk from the main road. I would definitely stay there again due to the great location and modern amenities
