When you think about this place, please have in mind the following points: - In the western definition, resort normally have entertainment for the guests and seems in Korea resort and condominium are the same - they have limited english speakers in their staff - the place is basically for koreans only - the forrest is 20-30 minutes from the... This review is about the Therapy Center and not the hotel as a whole. I was thrilled to discover a truly unique way to relax after a planned Hallasan hike. According to their official website the Resort's Therapy Center offers a 4 step health program including Aquatonic, Aerosol Course, Hay Bath and Herb Garden. The price, 45,000₩. Awesome. I called... I am here with my mom as part of the tour group we joined, it look more of a apartments for rents than a resort or a hotel, no room service, no cleaning (except change of towel if you leave them on the floor), asked for a room with 2 beds, but got a queen size bed instead, so I... More

Its not like a resort its just an appartment on rent with no basic amenities except the towels which they give. There will be no one to clean your room till u stay there. Beds are of queen size. Breakfast had limited options though it was ok. It is good for those who just want to stay independently like in... More

It's located close to the airport. There are few attractions there. Really loved how the mountain was surrounded by it and hotel was very calm and nice. I like the breakfast and rooms were pretty clean. We were five people and we slept comfortable.

We only stayed for a night. I'm Korean living overseas so in Korea I'm a tourist. I don't recommend This resort to foreign tourists. It's aimed for large groups domestic tours. The staff doesn't speak English and are not friendly at all. There are NO basic amenities such as water bottles or shampoo in the bathroom. Rooms are spacious and... More

We come to the hotel for spa treatment. The Aqua's spa was nice then we're having a full body cover with straws and hot stone. Really relaxing and we feel refresh after having the treatment. Lucky the visitor not that crowded so our group can enjoy the treatment nicley...

This resort is 100% focussed on Korean domestic tourists. However, as an English speaking overseas visitor, it was DIRE. Plusses - the rooms are well sized and warm (in winter, the warmth was a huge plus, we might have checked out pretty much on arrival otherwise). Minuses - the staff speak no English. One man on reception had spent time... More

A decent resort consisting of several blocks of guest room and depending on which room you are assigned the distance can be near or far away from the main lobby. The rooms are clean and all amenities are very standard and besides the tiny towel and hair dryer you will need to supply your own body wash and shampoo. No... More
