I spent a week in Jeju for a conference. New Crown Hotel is a building from the 80's, that never been updated. The carpet in my room was with stains and the walls were peeliing. The front desk did not know any english.
We stayed here for one night before an early morning flight. The hotel is in a good central location, a short walk to the shopping district and a very quick tax to the airport.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean.

Old and lousy hotel with poor facilities. Towels provided were very old and stained. No tea coffee making facilities. Neither were toiletries provided. Bathroom and toilet are dirty, especially the bathtub.
Buffet breakfast served are lousy with not much choices. Food quality was poor.
This is an older hotel that caters to tour groups that are mostly Korean. The staff does not speak English and the 10000 won breakfast was horrible. Avoid the hotel bar which is overpriced. There is no internet in the rooms and the maid never...More
