Getting there
Somewhat walkable
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel serves its purpose. The price is somewhat too high for the standard offered.
The interior is functional (and rather sparse due to the lack of decoration), and the rooms are clean. One thing we found annoying was that the lighting in the entrance area of the rooms (as well as in the wardrobe, which cannot be fully closed due to the sliding door only covering one half at a time) is controlled by a motion sensor and cannot be deactivated. This means that every trip to the bathroom at night automatically turns on the (quite bright) light, which is rather disruptive. I don't understand why there isn’t a switch to disable the motion sensor.
There is a (free) airport shuttle service, but it pauses around midday (from 12 to 2 pm). The shuttle from the airport must be booked in advance with the hotel (preferably online), while the shuttle to the airport must be reserved at the reception. It operates on a first-come, first-served basis. A word of caution: If only one bus is running (sometimes they use two buses, one for each terminal) , the shuttle to the airport stops at Terminal 2 first before heading to Terminal 1, significantly increasing travel time. In that case, the journey to Terminal 1 takes a little over 30 minutes.
However, the hotel is very easy to reach from ICN Airport via the AREX all stop train (Unseo station, then about a 3 minute walk). This train also provides a convenient connection to downtown Seoul in about 50 minutes.
The hotel has a (rather basic) bar in the lobby area and a convenience store. There are also shopping options around the hotel (e.g., Burger King, Pizza Hut, 7-Eleven).
The staff is polite. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on it.
One more "good to know" note: The housekeeping staff starts very early — we saw them well before 6 am. Since the rooms are relatively poorly soundproofed, this can lead to considerable noise in the hallways in the morning.

I stayed overnight because I had a layover in Incheon.
(Service) I arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked if they could store my luggage, and they said to leave it behind the escalator. I'm used to traveling abroad, but wouldn't they normally store my luggage in the cloakroom or in the lobby where I can see it? I was told to come back at 3:00 p.m., but I was worried about leaving my luggage behind, so I negotiated if I could check in early for an additional fee, and they said it was possible for 50,000 won. I wish they would suggest this before the customer asks for advice.
(Facilities) I booked a residence because I wanted to do my laundry, but the washing machine in the room didn't have a drying function, and there was only a rack like a free-standing clothes dryer. I ended up not using it. The bed was noisy, with the frame creaking every time I turned over. The shower space was the type that is often found in cheap European hotels, with only half of it separated by glass, so it was soaking wet all the way to the sink and toilet. I had to wear the rubber sandals they provided. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. The bathroom amenities were minimal. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soap. No razor, toothbrush, tissue, cotton swabs, cotton, etc.
(Surrounding area) There is a hotel in the same price range across the street. There are many restaurants around. There is a 24-hour yakiniku restaurant, a restaurant that serves delicious samgyetang, a coffee shop, Lotte Mart, a convenience store, a cosmetics store, etc. The town is not lively and not crowded, so it is good if you are on a layover and want to relax.
This time, I booked because the reviews on the reservation site were good, but next time I will choose a hotel closer to the airport.

We booked two rooms for 4 adults because this hotel was so close to the airport and they offered a free shuttle to the airport. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Our room had a comfortable chair and a chair at the desk. Our friend's neighboring room had no chairs. The air conditioning in both rooms did not work. The temperature in both rooms was 25C (80F). We had the thermostat set for 22C (74F) and the rooms never cooled off. We could not open the window in the evening because it was raining. Also the bathroom fan in our room did not work. A call to the front desk did not resolve anything. Now the airport shuttle; You receive various information on the free shuttle. To get a transport from the hotel to the airport you need a room number which you do not receive until you check-in. If you check-in late (like we did after a full day tour) the airport shuttle may already be sold out. Luckily we got on the 7:00AM shuttle. Hotel restaurants were closed so we had to go out, in the rain. When I was checking out I mentioned everything to the front desk and was basically shrugged off.

Spent one night in this hotel very close to Incheon Seoul airport as I arrived from the Philippines and the day after flying to Milan. Clean and spacious rooms, mostly Korean breakfast, very little sweet choice and terrible coffee so better to have breakfast at the airport. Unseo metro stop, exit 1, you will find the hotel in front of you. They have a shuttle service to and from terminals 1 and 2 but it is an inefficient service in fact we went by metro which we have done before. Upon arrival at the airport, you must book the day in advance, it passes every hour and max 10.35pm for the hotel. we landed at 9.30pm between full immigration and very slow baggage collection we didn't have time. Upon arrival at the hotel (10 min on the metro) I wanted to book the shuttle because the following morning at 8 am it was full. Availability after 9.15 a little because full also at 7 and 6. This type of service is poorly managed and organized for a 10 minute journey, they set timetables every hour. I repeat, the metro that arrives inside the airport is much better, fast, convenient with a place to place your luggage and which everyone uses.

I booked for Residence Twin Room (aka Studio Twin Room) for one night on 1/1/2023. Wanted this hotel so that i cud make use of their airport transfer shuttle service in the morning and wanted this specific room so i cud use the amenities like the kitchen n washing machine. The room is bigger space compared to standard room, so that we could unpack and repack our luggages before we depart.
When i arrived, the room i got was not the one that i had booked. I had to make 3 trips to the reception and change of access card until i finally got the correct room that i had requested for. First i was given a Double Bed room, second time change i got the Standard Twin Bed room, it was only the third time that they got my room correct, which was room R419.
However, once checkin, i realize there was no dishwash soap and detergent provided so it kinda depicts the purpose of booking this room. If i had knew, i wud hv just accepted the standard twin room instead. TV initially had no network connected and was not sure how to navigate the aircon and remote, as it was all in korean, so had to call for room service to assist with both. The guy who assisted was kind enough to set the tv to english and adjust the room temperature for us. The toilet door was not able to shut fully, faulty door. Had to shower with the door opened slightly ajar. Since i was only staying for 1 night, i decided to just make do with it. Coz i was too tired to make another feedback call or another trip to the reception counter.
Would be great if there was some kind of manual on how to use the amenities in the room, this would be helpful for non Korean guests. Also, i feel like the residence room is huge but lacks of basic needs, like iron, ironing board, hair dryer, dishwash soap, detergent. Every cabinet door i opened was majority empty. I guess that explains why i was informed that the hotel room is more expensive than the residence room. I kind of expected more from a residence room.

Wonderful stay! The hotel is impeccably clean, rooms are very moderately priced, and the desk agents speak English. And the bathroom has a bidet! One downside is no washcloth or loofah provided but the shower was great. You can reserve a shuttle to/from the airport at no cost. Buffet breakfast is available for 22,000 won but it is mostly a Korean meal. Don’t expect pancakes and bacon. There is a small CU convenience store in the lobby and the hotel is located in walking distance from many shops, restaurants, and a walking trail. There is a Lotte department store across the street. A wonderful choice for a hotel near the airport. I will definitely return when back in Korea.

It was my first night. Coffee service, airport shuttle bus service and convenience store in the hotel were very convenient. The bed was also comfortable for me. The floor of the shower room is very slippery and dangerous when wet, so you should wear the slippers provided. I was also surprised to hear the squeaky sound from the next room.

Very affordable, front desk speaks English and are helpful. Their is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, just have to fill out a reservation form if going from Incheon Airport to hotel or cab ride is around 13,000 won. To reserve from hotel to airport you just reserve at the front desk. Good restaurants right outside lobby, especially the Chicken and Beer spot.

The attention received by the hotel staff was terrible. We booked a double room for two people and they flatly refused to give us two keys. The key had to be set to use the electrical appliances in the room, so if one left the room and took the key the light could no longer be used. Incredible such stupidity for such an easy and logical request.

It is convenient for transfers to Incheon Airport. You can take the hotel's free shuttle from the 14C bus terminal after leaving Incheon Airport Terminal 1! If you want a transfer, you need to make a reservation, but if you make a reservation, you can also take a bus at a different time!
It's next to Unseo Station, which is two train stops away, so you can get there by train! It's convenient.
It was right in front of Lotte Mart! I was able to go shopping even in the rain! I warmed up the delicious food I bought at Lotte Mart in the microwave for dinner! There is a microwave near the elevator on each floor.
Breakfast was on the second floor. You can make your own Korean-style bulgogi, and dim sum! It was delicious! Of course there were egg dishes and bacon!
There is a coffee shop and a convenience store called CU on the first floor. Welcome coffee is given to those who don't drink coffee, and sweets and bread are also available.
