Stayed for one night prior to departure back to Kuala Lumpur because I wanted to avoid having to travel to the airport too early in the next morning. As member of marriott Bon Voy, mobile check in was very convenient and i also informed when will my room be ready. Size of the room was just nice. I stayed in the room near the lift, fortunately it wasn't noisy. However, the room was too hot I have to totally switch off the aircond in the middle of the night and surprisingly it makes it better.(tried to adjust the temperature to cool as it was set to heater before that but still uncomfortable to sleep). The front desk staff was ok, unlike some review that mentioned some staff were rude etc. Maybe it was my lucky day that i did not met such staff.
There are many eateries within walking distance and lotte mart about 400 m next to the hotel.
Traveling from Seoul took me 1 hour and 15 minutes by rental car (i was from City Hall, Seoul) and almost 1 hour by bus (airport limousine) from the hotel to terminal 1 Incheon airport. Couldn't find any nearby metro station. Overall i would probably stay here if I am going to Seoul for business/work related trip in the future because the town wasn't crowded and the hotel has all facilities needed for such trip. But for leisure, visit/holiday the hotel may not be the best in the list.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night just prior to taking the early morning flight to the US. We like to stay at this hotel which is much closer to the Incheon airport rather than staying at a hotel in Seoul. We stayed at this hotel about a year ago when the Executive Lounge was not as good. We have Platinum status with Marriott and were upgraded to the club level. Jason Lee, the lounge manager, was very courteous and helpful with our check-in process and also reserved a taxi for the next morning at a discounted rate of about 30 USD. The food and drink selections at the lounge were much better than in the past. We were also given complimentary breakfast for two in the first floor restaurant as Platinum members. The selections in the restaurant have decreased from a year ago, maybe since the flight crews are provided with breakfast on the second floor restaurant instead. We really like this hotel as a place for an overnight layover in Korea or for an early morning flights out of Korea.

Although the hotel is not close to ICN, transportation T/F the airport is quite convenient. Taxi costs about KRW 40,000 and takes 1/2 hr. Scheduled shuttle bus operated bt Korean Airlines charges KRW 7,000 per person but takes 1 hr to reach the hotel due to multiple stops.
I got a room upgrade to an Executive Suite with the beautiful park view. The staff in the executive lounge are all extremely helpful and friendly. I would like thank them all.
They also artistically wrote a lovely welcome message on my window (see picture) for me. Certainly look forward to coming back!

As a former Platinum member with Starwood, I have a fair share of hotel experience and with Sheraton so far all very positive. I and my wife wanted to have a short breakaway and we selected this hotel because it has overall good reviews. The fact that it was very busy may also reflect this. Unfortunately we got a room directly next to the elevator and it turned out to be very noisy. First we did not realize where the random noise comes from and we thought the noise comes from outside. However in the morning when people started moving at 6am, the noise shook us out of bed and it did not stop from then on. As I could not sleep, I went to the pool and at the desk I asked for a locker key to get changed. I was told I could not get one as I did not reserve a room with Sauna access. After some negotiation that I will not go back to my room to get changed and promising that I will not use the Sauna, I eventually received a locker key.
After my swim we went for breakfast and we were told that the restaurant is open until 10am. At around 9:30am, one of the service staff came to our table and said in a blunt and rude way "you need to leave now". I replied it is only 9:30am and we will leave before 10am. I could not figure out what his intention was as he just walked away to the next table.
Overall, the staff appeared unprofessionell and rather impolite for a hotel in this category. In conclusion, our stay was not the relaxing couple breakaway we expected with the noisy room and the unfriendly staff.

I could totally agree with a previous review written by Ian A. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt at a Marriott property. I have never felt disrespected where the manager, I believe his name is Donny Bae has accused me of lying. I have top status at Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, IHG & Wyndham and our company has a factory in Incheon so I have added my colleague as an additional guest. When one of my colleague tried to check in front desk person said the room is not ready since the rooms are fully booked. When I checked the Marriott website, there were so many rooms that are available to book. They would not honor my Marriott Platinum status because my additional guest doesn't have status with Marriott. I have explained to the manager that this has never happened to me and other Marriott properties have honored my Marriott status. He then told me that he has never seen anyone like that and started to go on "logical mode" trying to defend himself. As a Korean-American, I am really shamed by the customer service that this property has provided. If you ever need to book a hotel in Korea, please save yourself time and money and do not stay here. Grand Hyatt Incheon and Paradise City Incheon Hotel will bring far superior service than this hotel.

Overall an excellent experience. Hotel is clean and maintained in an oiutstanding manner. For business in Sondo an ideal location. Also a good location if one is travelling in or out of ICN. What truly sets this property apart from others in Sondo and Seoul is the staff. Across the board, they were professional, able to communicate effectively but also went the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Two employees merit special mention. Chris who not only worked the front desk, but doubled as a bellman. With almost three weeks between stays, he remembered preferences and ensured that an ADA compliant room was available (needed due to accident one day prior. The other individual warranting special mention, is an unnamed bellman, parking attendant and really the first image of the hotel. Not only did he allow parking in the valet area (without the charge), but also took care of luggage. What was most impressive, was his refusal to accept any form ofgratuity,

A first class hotel with a first class staff.

This is a modern high-rise semi-luxury hotel.
Positives:
- located directly at the Convensia conference center and walking distance from numerous restaurants and shopping, and across from the beautiful park
- very clean
- friendly staff, the housekeeping spoke English and was super friendly
- water filter in the room and French press and water cooker in the room so you can bring your own coffee
- environment friendly features
Negatives:
- no microwave in the room
- Only three elevators for a very large hotel. Long waits during busy times. I once had a 10- minute wait.
- Breakfast buffet grossly overpriced
- Lobby area has limited seating for such a large hotel
- Free airport shuttle runs only once a day!

Good hotel for business travelers and foreigners. The front desk spoke English and they were wonderful and very helpful even to annoying customers like me. The room could be renovated but was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure in the shower could not be better however it could use more and better towels. Although a platinum elite member I was not on the club floor but said I was upgraded to a park view. The club lounge in the evening served a cocktail hour which was like a small dinner buffet, other than that the drinks were fine (not much variety) but the snacks were terrible. Stale chips, cookies and jellybeans. I also wish they had "to-go" cups available since you weren't allowed to take the glasses or plates out of the lounge, but you had to ask for them and much of the time the desk was unoccupied. Looks like even Korea had to economise. As a member we also got free breakfast buffet in the morning which was surprisingly good. They had everything from Continental to Korean foods, salads, cereal, fruit...etc. Cordial-pleasant service and plates are cleared away your dishes as soon as you are done. However one big minus was the housekeeping. Our room was never cleaned the 3 nights we stayed there. Went out in the morning and came back in the afternoon and had the sign on the door each day and the room wasn't touched. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. I'm giving them 4 stars due to the service at the front desk and the breakfast.

Note: There is a card in a holder that you have to push down to turn on the lights and AC when you walk in. No light switches, its all on an electronic pad next to the bed. The Central Park view rooms get very warm so I suggest you close the curtains before you go out. The AC was not very strong.

Hotel with a magnificant view!

Everything was great- the staff, room condition, business lounge, breakfast buffet and everything!

Especially at the check-in time, thanks to the help of Donny Bae, I was able to stay in a great room with such a scenic view, although the hotel was overall jammed with people!

The hotel locates nearby Songdo central park and since there are many bikes around, it was great to hang around over the park.

Definitely recommend this hotel and willing to visit again :D

Quick before it’s over-December 2020 only. And Friday and Saturday nights only ( lunch fri, sat, and sun).
Bene steakhouse is taking reservations for a culinary experience of a lifetime. I’m not sure how they can make these beautiful edible works of art, but so happy they can. First feast with your eyes and then with your mouth. We couldn’t stop oohing and ahhhing over the masterfully beautifully stunning plates set before us. Do yourself a favor and splurge - you won’t regret it! The experience will take no less than 2 hours- Enjoy!
