Both my friend and i got the deluxe twin room and stayed there for 2days 1 night as it is very much near to Incheon airport and we were afraid that we'll miss our morning flight. This was our 2nd hotel when we were in Korea, and we came from Seoul to Incheon airport to get to the hotel.

If you have a hotel reservation in Incheon, you can head to hotel reservation's counter at Incheon airport and inform them. The staff at the counter will ask for your reservation name and will contact the hotel to fetch you from the airport immediately, so u save transportation fees. 💪

It took the hotel staff about 15-20 mins for him to fetch the both of us, and they used their hotel's own transportation to get us to the hotel.

Registration with the hotel was fast and easy. Staffs were able to speak english very well, which i shall say is a plus point. Offered to carry our luggages for us as we have to take a flight of stairs to head to the room for our case.

Room was very much big and spacious, nicely decorated with a nice toilet for us to use also. Room's toilet has a jacuzzi in it, which we were very much elated of. However, the jacuzzi might be a little bit dirty and rusty, so you might want to thing twice before using it. Room is equipped with a small fridge with 2 free bottle drinks, a sink located in the room itself instead of the toilet, a television with many channels, and a remote control that controls entirely everything in the room: the aircon, the lights and the television itself! 👍🏼👍🏼

We had a good stay with the hotel, with 7-11 convenient store located just nearby, and its pretty beach a few walks away. Therefore i shall say that the stay with this hotel was very good indeed. 😊

However, one of the staff was quite sarcastic to us and quite rude when we enquired something with them, therefore that was quite a off-turning point for me and my friend.

Hopefully this review helps! 💪

Nice 3 star hotel. Not recommended for long stay as it's not convenient in terms of transportation. Take note free shuttle is only valid till 1230pm. After that will be chargeable. Also, no more shuttle service in the evening. As it's touted as airport hotel, shuttle services should be provided 24hrs daily like many other airport hotels I know.

I stayed at the Queen Hotel one night in route to Hanoi and gave the Oceanside a try on return. Both about same price and 10 minute free shuttle from airport. Stay at the Queen! The Oceanside had good shuttle service and comfortable hard bed. That being said, here are a few negatives: Arrived solo at 9pm. Check in clerk could not get off personal phone call to help me. Just handed me key and form to sign. That's it. Pointed to elevator. Room was extremely hot and could not find air conditioning control.
Went to front counter waited as clerk continued personal call. Pointed to a TV controller to where air and light controls located. Anyway....things that really didn't matter to me but might to others: TV not working, no toiletries, breakfast clerk extremely rude.

Nice hotel to wait for your flight, rooms are mix of traditional and modern. You can operate everything in room with one remote control. Bathroom have big bath tub and every room have own Wi-Fi.
Close to hotel there are few restaurants but unfortunately they were not open at time of my visit. Also 24/7 store is near and small fishing store.

This hotel is very uncomfortable. There are no towels provided, you only get ONE handtowel to dry yourself off after a shower. Oh, and one thing you should be aware of, there is a KARAOKE bar here. So don't expect to get any sleep. It is 11pm, I am currently up and I have a 14 hour flight tomorrow, and I swear it sounds like there are wolves howling outside my room. Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for your sanity and your comfort. I paid 7200 JPY for this hotel and I regret going to cheap.

I have to write a review to vent out how bad the service was with this hotel. The only plus side of this hotel was the free shuttle to and from the airport. The rest of our stay was a nightmare as we arrived to the hotel the manager told us we had to pay an additional person for the stay, I had booked this reservation confirming 4 guests back in July and fully paid for the accommodation which confirms maximum of 4 guest in one family room of 4. I did not argue and paid the extra person charge, the manager insisted that I need to pay my hotel accommodation in advance, I looked at him and pointed clearly from my printed confirmation receipt shows that it was paid in full back in July, then the girl at the reception desk confirmed to the manager that I was right and that the computer shows that it was already paid. They gave us the key to our room and as we went to the 3rd floor there were construction materials and crews working on our floor (this was at 4 pm). The construction was very loud and our room was at the end of the hallway as we entered in our room the bathroom was half done constructed with no mirror on the wall and the lights were flickering in the bathroom whenever the construction crew was using heavy machinery. We left our room to go out to dinner and realize as we tried to lock the door with the key card it did not allow us to lock the door, so I went downstairs to ask the front desk to see why the key would not lock and the guy at the front desk was very helpful and said they will have it fixed by the time we come back from dinner and he had went upstairs with us to lock the door temporary. When we return back from dinner at 7:30 pm the rude manager that I had talked with earlier was sitting in the front desk. It was a nightmare of hell in that hotel we all did not sleep well and the door was never fixed and the construction crew started work at 9 am the next morning and I had complained to the front desk that this is not acceptable at all and that the manager from yesterday was rude and did not fix the lock in our room and the construction did not help either. (The front desk staff did not disclose the manager's name - he is a medium built guy in his early 30's Korean never did he apologize to us at all, instead the staff apologized to us on his behalf).

I've only stayed here once and that's all I'll ever stay here. I was not impressed. First off, there's nothing near here. You're kind of off in some kind of run down industrial district. If you stay at the Sevilla or Zeumes, at least you can go to the convenience store or a restaurant. I think there was a convenience store but I was hesitant to go outside due to the shady neighborhood.

The elevator here is really weird. It doesn't let you off on your respective floor. The elevator drops you off in between floors. I think I stayed on the 6th floor. The lady behind the desk said I should take the elevator to the floor above and take the steps down to the floor I was staying on. How weird is that?

When the driver took me to the airport, he had to drop somebody else off at the cargo part of the airport first. He's was hauling [-] and running red lights and stop signs because he thought I was going to be late.

The plus side of this hotel is that you get a mediocre free breakfast, the price is cheap and you don't have to rely on shuttle times.

I just think there are better options if you have to stay near the airport. I recommend Sevilla if you're on a budget or Best Western if you're looking for something a little more modern.

Long story but we thought we should share our horrible experience.

We arrived Gimpo airport around/past midnight. Prior to our trip we asked the hotel staff how to get to their hotel and they told us to call them when we arrive at the airport and they would arrange for someone to pick us up.
So we called them and someone told us to wait at gate xx and the driver would be there within 15mins or so. We waited in the cold winter night for a really long time, no sign of anyone else other than us and 2 ladies waiting nearby.

Anyway, at the 2nd or 3rd phone call the hotel staff asked us to wait at another gate.
We moved and shortly after, a man finally came to pick us up.
However, it turned out that he didn’t come for us, he was there to pick up another group of 4 (whom was also waiting at the same place). We asked the group to go ahead first since the driver originally came for them, and the mini van didn’t seem like it could accommodate all of us plus our luggage, but in the end the driver asked all of us to squeeze into the van and he would send us there in 1 trip.

When we arrived at the hotel, the 2 ladies we saw earlier were at the reception.
We realised that they were actually waiting for the hotel transport which never came so eventually they took a taxi which wasn't cheap. I told them I read in reviews that many tourists got a refund for their taxi fare and they could try asking the hotel staff.

They did but the man at the counter quite fiercely said NO NO NO and insisted they don't ever refund transport fare. Really????
No customer service at all, no smiles or welcome the whole time we were waiting at the lobby.
We had no idea what went wrong such that all of us, 3 groups of tourists plus the taxi driver, had to be kept waiting. Eventually he settled the group of 4 first then us, and the 2 ladies were left waiting again............

Finally stepped into our room at 1plus or 2plus in the morning (lost track of time).
First impression - it smelled horribly strong of smoke. We had specifically asked for a NON-SMOKING room. Gosh, can't they even do this right?! Bedsheets and blankets all smelled of smoke. Great.
The bathroom was disgusting. There was an insect (alive) in the bathtub. Yes, there was a bag of freebies - showel gel and whatnot, but who cares?! I could not even take a shower!!
The basin was placed next to the bed, nevermind that.. but it was designed in such a weird way that you could NOT turn on hot water. It was blocked. We had to use freezing cold water to wash our hands and face and brush our teeth.

In summary, nothing was right about this hotel and we could not wait to get of that place.

I stayed at this hotel overnight between flights, booked last minute and so paid a premium price. Thank goodness I could walk the beach nearby as it took the sting out it somewhat.

The staff, particularly Ju at the front desk, was really helpful and spoke excellent english. I also got the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport which was prompt and pleasant.

The lobby and room were decorated with wrought iron, antiques and attempts to give a cottage-like feel which, for a hotel, they achieved. A comfy couch in the lobby and a bench outside would be crowning touch, as the wooden benches inside didn't encourage a relaxed sit in which to plan your day.

I was given 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels which was adequate for me and along with the bedding were nice and clean. Bed was a queen sized double and very firm, which I prefer, so I was happy to sleep there.

There was also a small bar fridge, big TV, good AC and overall it was pretty quiet. Wifi was free and fast!

As for cleanliness, the bathroom was quite disgusting. The cup by the sink was not well washed, the grouting in the bathroom had mildewy grunge in many places, the tub housing was coming apart and splatters of previous tenants' bath products were seen on the tiles. Out of curiosity, I tried to wipe off some of the stuff on the bathroom walls and it came off quite easily. So, housekeeping is pretty slack here.

They provided slippers and flip flops for the room/bath but they were also so grotty I couldn't bare to touch them let alone slip them on.

So overall, nice people, adequate hotel, subpar cleanliness. I probably won't be back.

The hotel area is a dump, the place is run down, room had bad sewage smell, and van ride put us in danger. Drove over 120 KPH in the rain. Hotel is not "newly built" as described in the website. Overpriced at over $140. It is a $40 hotel at best.

There is a menu and as I recall it is not expansive but does some simple tasty dishes at a reasonable price. Local dishes can be ordered if required.

Yes there is definitely a free shuttle and the staff at the hotel desk at the airport will order it for you. It took about 10 minutes to arrive.
