So much better than expected! The hotel is quite new and very clean. Small convenience store on ground floor is great to grab a bite after checking in late at night. Gym was spacious and pretty well equipped. I think prices vary throughout the year but if you can get a good deal I’d say it’s one of the top options for a layover stay near Incheon. One thing — I don’t remember there being a toothbrush set included in the room but I travel with my own so that was fine for me.

Due to a long layover at Incheon airport, we decided to spend one night at the Ibis Styles Ambassador, and are sure glad we did. The free hotel shuttle is located right outside the arrival terminal, and the hotel is about a 30-minute ride from the airport. The hotel is nice and modern, and had a small convenience store and bar located in the lobby. The room was super spacious with a beautiful bathroom and shower. Our room faced one of the airport runways, but the hotel was very insulated and we never heard any airplane noise.
There is a buffet restaurant located in the lobby; it looked very nice but we found the prices very expensive, so we ordered room service instead. The room service food was fine and it did the trick after a long day traveling.
Of note, the hotel isn’t within walking distance to restaurants or stores, but if you have a layover at the Seoul airport and need a nice place to rest for the night, I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff is very... on the other hand, very poorly soundproofed room loud ventilation noise (even in off position), but the worst is the restaurant... 69,000 won for a buffet??? In Seoul for this sum we eat properly 4 or even only 2 around an excellent Korean BBQ, and cooked at the table ... including drinks (62kw this lunch) This is indecent. Note that I am a loyal guest used to ACCOR-ALL hotels... I wonder if anyone has supervised this property. Well I forget the welcome glass "gold member" in a cardboard cup.
In short, in Seoul... I forget this hotel.

Very close to the long-term parking lot at Incheon Airport, and close to the reservation parking lot we used about 10 minutes by car. It was nice to be clean and able to use the sauna. The hot tub temperature was a little hot, but the sauna facilities were clean and the dry sauna was very good. Running as close to the airport as the side room had a little noise at night. During the second visit, I was able to walk to the room on the other side and sleep quietly. The front staff was also friendly and there was a convenience on the first floor, which was easy to cook.

This is a well-maintained facility. The regular shuttles to both terminals of Incheon Airport ar handy, but be careful because they do not run beyond 8 PM.
We were the victim of a mix-up by a desk clerk. The clerk said he would charge us the same rate every night if we extended our stay to three nights. One night was a weekend night. We agreed to this deal. But then he accidentally only booked us for two nights! After the second night, they locked us out of our rooms and insisted that we pay the higher weekend rate if we wanted to stay for the third night. Huh? So we ended up paying for the employee's error.
Needless to say, we won't be coming back here.

I used the dinner buffet at the restaurant Laquigine on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel buffet has a high taste and quality, and the price range is reasonable. We stayed here when our flight was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight. The staff were so very kind and welcoming. They answered every question, sometimes without me even having to ask. The room was clean and comfortable with modern fixtures including: USB charging ports; full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion; shower shoes; robes; and hairdryer. The food in the dining room offered a wide selection of delicious options and the best bulgogi I have ever tasted. I would absolutely stay here again.

We highly recommend Ibis as a great place to stay before early morning flights. Our room was spotlessly clean with a good view, comfortable bed, and all the amenities needed. We especially appreciated that the hotel does not use individual mini plastic toiletries and wish more hotels would give them up. We also appreciated the speedy check-in help we got from Jacob at the front desk, and the kind help we got with all our bags from the young woman at check-out, whose name I’m sorry not to have caught. The hotel provides well-organized, large, free, shuttle buses that do frequent runs to both terminals, which was a big relief as we were traveling with a ridiculous amount of bulky luggage. Thank you Ibis for a good last night in Korea!

Great stay at Ibis Incheon. Very new, clean, modern. Rooms are a decent size and bathroom is very good with separate spacious shower and toilet cubicles.
Well thought out convenient facilities such as a well stocked 24 hour mini market in the lobby, full service restaurant until 10pm, room service and even early morning breakfast boxes to go available.
There's also a free shuttle available to both terminals.
