The Grand Hyatt Incheon garners praise for its friendly service and efficient shuttle, though some guests find the service lacking a personal touch. Its clean, modern rooms are popular, despite occasional critiques of a sterile atmosphere and bland decor. Proximity to the airport is a highlight for travelers seeking convenience. Cleanliness is a strong suit, with spotless rooms and facilities.
The spacious rooms are commended, but issues with temperature and lighting are noted. Amenities like the fitness center add value, yet some suggest improvements. While generally seen as good value, opinions on cost vary.

When I tell you this was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I MEAN IT. I traveled to incheon to attend all 3 days of concerts for TXT’s Act : Promise Ep. 2 World tour. This hotel is amazingly located less than five minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes to the Inspire Arena where the concert was being held. The staff was amazing from beginning to end, always being so helpful. My room was clean, comfy and really cozy to come back to at the end of each concert day. Room was clean upon entry and cleaning staff did a great job tidying up around tons of kpop purchases over the course of our stay. But my favorite part had to be the breakfast that was included with my stay. Omg. So many stations to choose from, so many options, all the chefs and staff greet you so nicely with a good morning and you could eat as much as you want. Everything tasted amazing! All the staff are fluent in English and so helpful so no need to worry about the language barrier. And they had an airport shuttle that was free so you didn’t even need to take a taxi when it was time to check out. Literally worth every penny and I plan to come back either family. If you’re just staying in incheon or need a place to crash for the night before making the journey into Seoul, splurge on this place and stay here. You won’t regret it.

We had two one-night stays at the Incheon Grand Hyatt in August and September. It is a perfect transit hotel. For us, the best thing was that they allowed us to check in early. We arrived before check-in time. The front desk staff mentioned that check-in begins at 3pm, but she said that since the room had been cleaned, we could check in early. This helped us immensely. We were feeling exhausted after a long flight and very relieved to be able to get into our room, take a shower and relax.
Rooms are very clean and spacious. A large bottle of complimentary water was provided in the room. We needed more so we phoned Guest Services and Housekeeping quickly delivered two more (complimentary) bottles.
We had lunch in the Lounge and the food and service were very good. We had one dinner in Restaurant 8, but on our second visit, it was crowded and there was a 25-30 minute waiting time for those who would like to order a la carte rather than having the dinner buffet. Rather than wait, we had dinner in the Lounge. Food and service were good, but the menu is a bit limited.
There is free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which makes the hotel very convenient as a place to stop over.

The Grand Hyatt Incheon is the best airport hotel for me in terms of service - so professional and wonderful especially Mr Nico Jang.
After wrapping up a rejuvenating holiday in Jeju, we boarded a flight bound for Gimpo airport. Upon landing, we hailed a cab to transport our entourage—4 pieces of luggage along with a carry-on containing three delicate boxes of strawberries—to this hotel. Our arrival was met with the warm and welcoming demeanor of Mr. Nico Jang, whose cheerful disposition instantly put us at ease.
This marks our second stay at this hotel; previously, we spent a night at the Incheon Grand Hyatt eight days ago, following a late-night arrival from Singapore en route to Jeju. However, it's the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Jang that has truly elevated our experience this time around, leaving us thoroughly impressed and content.
Concerns over the fragility of our strawberry cargo were promptly addressed by Mr. Jang, who graciously offered his assistance—a gesture for which we were immensely grateful.
Our accommodations in the newly renovated West Tower Deluxe room provided both comfort and charm, accentuated by a splendid view. The room itself exuded cleanliness and simplicity, while room service offered reasonably priced meals served piping hot and with remarkable efficiency. Yet, what truly sets this experience apart is the exemplary level of service provided by the staff, particularly Mr. Jang.

We had a buffet breakfast on the 1st floor for 26 days. The guided staff selectively recommends breakfast coffee to anyone who doesn't even give guidance and feels very bad. All recommended for breakfast coffee.
Who recommends and who does not ask? Discriminate people? Do you come without clothes of luxury?
And, if you want to remove the whole dish from the buffet in the morning, remove it as soon as you can see it.
I was sitting right behind the first floor buffet desk. Only the men who wore glasses were busy cleaning up the dishes, and the women who saw that the dishes were packed up, but they did nothing but do their own.
I'm wondering how you've trained the staff. I wonder if this is happening. If you want to put a compliment on the hotel side, you only have a customer center number and no email or other window, do you want to get feedback from the hotel side?
Disappointment...Grand Hyatt Incheon

Hotel staff was excellent. Check-in and out, flawless. Concierge team amazing. They arranged a private car/tour of Seoul for me that turned out to be wonderful. Mr.. Jung was the owner/driver and "Jenna" was my guide. They made me feel so welcome, and I thoroughly enjoyed my day with them. Stayed in a Club level room, slightly more expensive, but includes a full breakfast and dinner/cocktails each day. The restaurant was very good. Room was large, well appointed, and the bath towels are exceptional. Met another American couple briefly at the lobby bar and they have stayed here for over a decade...says alot no? So glad I made this choice. Thank you Incheon Team!

This was my second stay, and just as good. I was on layover before a flight the next morning. Getting to the hotel is so easy with the free bus rides the hotel provides.
Once there, I was greeted by 2 men who ushered me toward a very welcoming man at the front desk. Check-in was quick.
While I haven't seen or experienced the hotel's facilities and I just wanted to shower and go to bed, I can say the rooms are exceptionally well-appointed for an airport hotel - probably the nicest I've seen from any airport hotel around the world. The bed is quite comfortable. The lighting is relaxing, and the bathroom with both a shower and bath was very refreshing.
I also needed a razor, and they brought 1 to me in under 5 minutes of the request.
This is the hotel to stay at if you need to be near Incheon or have a layover, and I intend on staying here every time I'm here on layover.

The furniture must have been purchased at a second-hand market, it was old and out of sync, and there was dust on the desk. The TV in the living room was smaller than a normal home, so it felt like I was in a second-rate hotel. However, the shower room was beautifully finished with small tiles, so it was only fun when taking a shower.

We requested an Indian tent, humidifier, and air purifier in advance and installed them well. The baby ate breakfast very well. You can see the moon and airplane takeoffs and landings clearly from the accommodation.

I stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover and was happy I chose to stay here. It's incredibly close to the airport and offers complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport.
The room, located in the West Tower overlooking the airport, was a good size and comfortable. I should disclose that this was an award room. Rooms come with what looked to be 1.5L of complimentary water, and the bathroom featured a rain shower and bathtub.
All of this is to say, it was a pleasure to have stayed here. In fact, I already have another reservation.

The hotel is nice and sparkling clean. Shuttle service is also convenient. But if you’re traveling with small baby I’d be extra careful and rethink to stay at this hotel.
We have a long layover from USA and booked the hotel almost 3 months before the stay, a nice suite room and requested a crib for our 5 months baby. Once arrived, the staff simply said “we don’t have a crib” without apologizing/ any explanation and carelessly ignored to help in anyway. The room was not cheap at all compared to any hotel around there and we just wanted our baby to be comfortable. We’re traveling with 2 kids, 1y7m old and 5m baby; 3 of us on the bed and the baby in the crib but there’s no crib so my husband had to sleep on the blanket on the floor with my baby. We could have just stay in the airport hotel and be more comfortable than sleeping on the floor of thus top brand name hotel.
We were super tried from the 16 hours flight from New York and got treated poorly from the careless staff. Would not recommend anyone family traveling with small babies to stay here or you would have to make sure that they will provide the crib for your baby.

My apologies for late reply! I only just found your question. Perhaps you’ve already taken your trip. In case not: the airport shuttle is easy to find. But it’s a little confusing determining which one to get on. Easiest solution is to ask the driver if Hyatt is on route. Truly, everyone is so nice in South Korea, you’ll have no troubles. Do note that there’s a short walk to get to the hotel and that there’s both an east tower and west tower and they are separate buildings with separate lobby and reception.
Hello!
The towers are really close together and linked from inside the hotel. The check-in is done at the same place for both towers, and the shuttle will bring you close to the check-in area. I have no doubt that the helpful personnel will be glad to take care of your luggage and bring it all to your room, from the moment of your arrival by shuttle.
I believe there is a day use at the Hyatt which is very comfortable.
If you are only transiting another option is a spa and sleeping room available on the lower level of the airport arrival. You can check in with your luggage. Take a bath/shower/sauna and then sleep in a personal private and quiet room. Wake up, get dressed and take an elevator to your check-in withought evervleaving the airport.
There are more places to choose from in the Incheon area.
