Hi end hotel with hi end service. The rooms are very clean and the service is excellent. Everyone is very polite and friendly.
The hotel is perfect for long stays and the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette for light cooking.
All the necessary kitchen and bath amenities are provided. I was pleasantly surprised to see a washing machine and dishwasher in the kitchenette.
The room service menus are expensive, but with equipped kitchen you are safe as a supermarket is walking distance away.
I have tried the self service business center, couple of computers with a printer are available. The concierge staff are very friendly and very helpful, Youhann, Ethan, Liam and Steve are very supportive and always very friendly.
The hotel is perfect for long stays and the rooms are equipped with a kitchenette for light cooking.

Words cannot begin to describe how wonderful this place is, and what a gem of a find that we were able to come across this hotel during our most critical time of need.
My wife and I have been here the last week due to a family emergency where we forced to fly over and visit our father who was in critical condition. The rooms here are perfect for staying and basically living here for a long time. There’s a Lotte Mart next door that makes it incredibly to get good food and all your basic necessities, but regardless the rooms here already take care of all of that. Our room even had a in-house laundry unit to boot.
But the real hidden gem is the staff here. I cannot emphasize enough the level of empathy and hospitality we received from each staff member, who not only understood that we were in a state of crisis, but also went out of their way to help us navigate our unique situation. All without expecting anything in return. I wanted to give a couple special outs to both Sally and Yuna from the front desk, as well as Ethan from the concierge desk for everything that they helped us with. They make this hospital #1 in Incheon, if not the world! We would happily come back here without hesitation. Thank you, Oakwood Premiere!!

I went for a business meeting at the Songdo convention center lasting about a week, and also with my wife accompanying. The room provided was spacious and well appointed, with a decently equipped kitchen, allowing preparation of breakfast and light meals. This was fortunate, for the hotel's restaurants were quite limited in options, hours of operation, and were very pricey. The general environment was clean and well maintained, with modern features such as a washlet toilet in the bathroom, handheld and rain forest shower, and flatscreen TV with built-in links to services such as Amazon, Netflix, etc. Unfortunately, many of the features were in Korean only, and similarly, the English level of most staff could be better for an international venue like this. However, some of the staff stood out for helpfulness, such as Ethan, on the concierge desk, who helped to make restaurant reservations, confirmed church service times, and arranged local transportation very helpfully and efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with convenient location to the convention venue, and size and comfort of room being the main attractions.

A very nice and kind staff member named Raina guided us to the higher floor we had requested, and when she saw that my elderly mother was there, she recommended a room with a massage machine, so I and the rest of the family were able to rest well. Next, we went to the massage room on a higher floor. ?ㅎㅎ I feel greedy to ask for something~ Thank you! However, I feel this again after visiting for the second time, but I would like to say that the breakfast is so uncompetitive that the price/quality ratio and quality make me want to go to another hotel next door and eat breakfast alone, so I think there needs to be some improvement.

I really liked that the room was very well separated! The bedroom and living room are all separated, so there was no food smell in the bedroom and the separation of spaces was the best! And the pillows and blanket in the bedroom were really soft and cozy, so I slept well haha. I was assigned an ocean view, and needless to say, it was really nice. Also, when I checked in, they helped me very quickly and kindly with a friendly feel!! The service was so good that I made a lot of memories. It was a satisfying staycation with my family:) Thanks to you, I made good memories with my family. I'll come again next time~!

1. I had a great time at the Pentaport Rock Festival and checked in late in the evening. Thank you for your kind help. Thank you for showing me a room with a good view and facilities.
2. My wife and I like to go to hotels, so we've been to a lot of places, but this is the first time we've been to a place that has a smart TV without another dongle. There was a separate sound bar and the Samsung TV screen was sufficient.
3. The dishes were well-equipped, so I was able to cook and eat ramen well. The condition of the bed and bathtub was also very good. The air conditioner temperature was controlled well and the hair dryer and other amenities worked well.
4. Like other hotels, it is operated as eco-friendly and toothbrushes and other consumables are not included in the amenities. I think it would be a good idea to bring a reasonable amount of personal items.

Even though there were a lot of people at check-in, I was able to check in systematically and quickly. Luckily, we got a room upgrade. thank you I brought my own, but if you don't bring toothbrushing tools, they will provide them at the counter. The accommodation was the best I've ever stayed in. Even though it was a full-length window, the temperature was just right and the bedding was soft and clean. It is well equipped with a microwave, iron, dishwasher, cooking utensils, tableware, wine opener, etc. The downside is that the water pressure in the shower booth is very weak and it is cumbersome to adjust the temperature of the faucet. However, the advantages outweigh this disadvantage. I recommend this accommodation for a staycation. This is a hotel I plan to stay at again next time!

I made a reservation and visited with my girlfriend to celebrate our anniversary. I wrote down when I made the reservation that I was visiting to commemorate an anniversary, but I was upgraded to a room with a great view, so I made unforgettable memories.
I had a good rest from check-in to check-out. I liked everything, from the room condition to the amenities, and I especially made good use of the kitchen, which allows for cooking. I was able to check in comfortably thanks to the staff member named Sophie who was in charge when I checked in, and I was very impressed by the attention to detail in every detail. If I have a chance at the next event, I will visit again to feel that kindness.

I visited Oakwood to enjoy a staycation with my boyfriend during the Christmas holidays. During the Christmas holidays, there were not many vacancies and the cost was burdensome, so I made a reservation a week in advance, on Friday the 15th. Since it was the end of the year, there were a lot of different year-end parties, so it could have been hectic, but it was nice to be able to use all the facilities conveniently without being complicated due to systematic management. Above all, even though it was the week before the holiday, they were so considerate that they even upgraded the room by using the spare room. I was able to have such a great time. I don’t think there is a cost-effective 5-star hotel in the metropolitan area as good as Incheon Oakwood!

I would like to make an apology for a late response. Unfortunately, there is no Kal limo around at midnight to us. but you can have taxi to us or limo service provided by hotel by simply paying by own your payment upon booking in advance. These ways I recommend is the best way in terms of the convenience and safety.

Yes, I've had a good size one each time I've visited, but the fridge freezers do vary from room to room. The staff are very helpful and will check your allocated room prior to your visit.
