Detailed Reviews
Central Park Hotel had a decent location overlooking the namesake park with plenty of parking spots. Proximity to the park was nice for my morning jogs although not much else is nearby. The room was spacious but the gold colored interior looked extremely tacky. The room lacked places to hang and place things especially in the bathroom. While the mattress was comfortable, the boards at the feet made for an uncomfortable sleep. The amenities were pretty cheap considering the hotel claims itself as a four star property. If the property advertised itself as a three star property and cost about twenty dollars less I would’ve been satisfied. This is definitely not a four star hotel and is basically a spacious motel room.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was beautiful and well-equipped. The hair dryer wasn’t working, but I called the front desk and they brought a replacement right away. The front desk staff were not as proficient in English as I would have expected in an area with so many tourists. My room on the 16th floor had a skylight with a retractable sun shade. I would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here for my wife's birthday and the experience wasn't bad.
The room was large and very modern, yet the hotel itself seemed somewhat outdated.
The location is great since it's close to all the outlets, malls, and department stores.
Breakfast buffet was sort of small with a weak selection, but still, not too bad.
Very great deal regarding the price.
I'd stay here again for sure.

Did not meet expectations
The airport transportation issue is a deal breaker for most people traveling by air to Incheon. The Central Park Hotel often has 2 to 2.5 hour delays between rides to and from the airport. I was stuck behind some Chinese people, who did not have their documents in order in customs at the airport and missed the airport bus to the Central Park Hotel. The next 6777 airport bus was not going to pickup for another 2-plus hours. I had to pay 40,000 won to get a taxi to the hotel, or else burn the whole afternoon at the airport.
Going back was even more problematic. The hotel gave me an inaccurate map for the location for the bus stop for the returning ride to the airport. I followed the diagram on the map, and the bus sailed right passed me enroute to the correct bus stop.
I had to walk over to the Sheraton Hotel. They helped me get a ride on an airport bus within about 15 minutes. I would not recommend the Central Park Hotel unless you have someone picking you up, or you love paying 40,000 won for a taxi ride.
Pros:
Space
Clean
Bathtub
Great furniture
Costco
nearby Central Park
reasonably priced
Con
Erratic airport transportation
Handing out bad maps and misinformation about the airport transportation
40,000 won unplanned taxi trips back and forth to airport
The electrical outlets were too loose to charge phone and computer

The service at this hotel is nothing short of arrogant and rude. The beds are short (I’m 6’3” and my feet hang off the bed). If you lose one of the cheap plastic room keys they will charge you. Although the location is great I would not recommend this hotel.

nice location and good hotel structure. no sense of customer care. how is possible to pay the toothbrush as extra and extra money if you loose the keycard? this is miserable management service. the GM should be shamed of this. he can go to manage the bathroom of the park with no front of the hotel

We stayed here after finding a bargain and this has many pluses: good location near Convensia and a subway station, nice interior, a neat bathtub, a good view (of Central Park, the sea view is meh), good service and a microwave on the tenth floor. That said, our toilet had flushing issues, no bidet, the closet space wasn't well designed and no convenience story nearby. I think the problems are easily fixable, and I hope the management will do just that.

Bad breakfast not worth the money(frozen sashimi, frozen fruits, bad coffee), very cold inside Temperature everywhere, cheap interior, totally tasteless, concept of rooms leaves a very big question mark. Lots of noise during the night (elevator) Trying to be luxurious but its not. Do Not recommend to stay there, sorry. Nice staff though. Guys, you really need to work on some stuff. Its a new hotel!

Korean Air put us up for the night on our Sydney to London flight.
Nice comfy rooms with full on bling decor of gold and crystal everything!
The buffet dinner was lovely, a huge selection of food and everything we tried was really tasty.
The bathroom in the bedroom is divided by a glass wall with blinds, a nice quirky touch.
Air con is controlled by the hotel rather than the controls in the bedroom, I was told by reception to open the window if we were too warm, strange but I'm ok with that.
I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

The hotel seems to be very new and is not yet frequented by many guests. Is was not very lively. Many staff members for example in the breakfast room do not speak English - no word. This should improve.
The rooms are nicely furnished and large. The is a bubble-bath tub in the bathroom.
The breakfast is not for Westerners! Besides bread and cheese nothing is offered for Westerners. Instead one can choose from rice porrage, sashimi, soups, salads etc .
The hotel sells tickets for the Airport bus which leaves from opposite the hotel. The tickets cost US$ 7

Probably by train. Their is a station very close by and the tourist station is right there too. They can help you. I believe you can also hire a car that will take you into Seoul and give you a tour with some stops.
Don't know , we were only there for one night as a layover. Sorry.
Hi,
There is a airport bus number 6707B comes every 35minutes, and takes 20 minutes to the hotel. And It's cost KRW7,000.
