We had a wonderful time un Jeju Island, especially because of this Hotel. The staff are nice and very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage for a while.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is near the Seogwipo Market, around 10min walk. There are also nearby convenience stores and bus stop. The hotel is near the coastal area and there is a wonderful park, just walking distance from the hotel.

Our room has an ocean view and it was perfect. The room is big for two people. And although we do not request room cleaning, they would still provide fresh towels and water daily.

The hotel also has a rooftop garden and jacuzzi. Will be back to experience this, though.

We had a wonderful experience.

Hello, I'm Hotel Bridge Seogwipo. Thank you for using our hotel and leaving valuable reviews at the same time. I'm glad that you were satisfied with our hotel's staff service, the location of the hotel, the room view, and the most importantly, the cleanliness of the room. We clean the room every day, and if there are no additional requests, we basically replace the trash can, replace bottled water & towels, and arrange bedding. If the button "DO NOT DISTURB" is pressed at the entrance of the room, we do not go into the room for maintenance, but we only deliver towels and bottled water in front of the room door. I'm very proud and happy of the hotel because you seem to be satisfied while using our hotel. Thank you for choosing our hotel among the many hotels in Jeju Island, and we will constantly think about providing better service on our next visit. Thank you for your visit and valuable reviews!

Great value for money. My room was fairly spacious and the bathroom was large with a separate shower cubicle which is not always the case in South Korea and they give you proper size to bath towels. It even had a high tech toilet!

The staff was really helpful despite their limited English. My car didn't start one morning and they helped me and talk to the rental company and the mechanic to get it fixed.

The hotel has a free underground car park but it is first come first served so you might have to park elsewhere if you're unlucky.

I stayed here on a family trip. This time, we stayed in a three-bedroom room, which was very spacious. The building itself looked old, but the interior had been renovated and was very clean. You can leave your suitcases for free before check-in or after check-out and go sightseeing. You can also call a taxi on your smartphone and it will arrive within 5 minutes, so it's cheaper than a bus in the hot summer. Seogwipo Olle Market is also nearby, so you can enjoy a walk. There is a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away, and the ocean-facing rooms have a great view, so it's the best.

1) Dirty & Shabby
Pillowcase are full of dirt marks & black spots, wallpaper in my room all peeled off, door lock is so rusty that you don't want you touch.

2)Poor hygiene
I found a Euro coin on the carpet of my room upon check-in & it should be belonged to the previous customer. I suspected they don't even clean the carpet before we moved in.

Hotel provided the reusable slipper (not the normal hotel disposal slipper) but I found that they don't even clean & then passed the same used slipper to the next customer.

3) unfriendly & unhelpful staff
The morning shift front desk lady is so unfriendly (no name on her name plate just marked STAFF). We arrived early & asked for early checked but she just told us come back at 3pm. When we came back to check in at 3pm, the other staff told us we can pay ₩10,000 /hour for early check in.

From check-in, I was able to start family trip very pleasantly with the bright smile of the front desk staff and the good scent from the lobby.
The room was flawless, super clean!! and all the staff greeted me with a smile, and it has been three years since I came to Korea, but I have never seen such kind Koreans. On my first trip to Jeju Island with my family
I think choosing Hotel Bridge Seogwipo was the best choice.
The price was excellent and the prices such as souvenirs, wine, coffee, vending machines were so reasonable that they were compared to other hotels.
It was the best trip to Jeju because it guided us to delicious restaurants and tourist attractions nearby and even received discounts.

Thank you to the HOTEL BRIDGE SEOGWIPO staff!!!. cheerrrrrrs!!

I'm going to revisit sooooooon!!

Executive Room (Ocean View) Room is very nice and satisfying
We booked for a low price, the room is spacious and the ocean view is not the usual ocean view of the beach, but the ocean view is beautiful at a glance.
The bathroom is clean and satisfying.

The point is the narrow parking space (you try to make a lot of parking spaces in a narrow area, of course, because the passages for the car are too narrow (you can only walk in one direction) so when you meet a car coming from the other side, you have to take the car backwards to the end (to the bottom floor or to the ground).

Clean rooms with excellent beds.
Too bad that reception was not very friendly and hardly spoke English.
They charge different prices for the breakfast buffet, it is unclear when you get a discount or not. Here too, language proved to be a problem.

At the breakfast buffet itself there was a very friendly and helpful lady who spoke good English. She somewhat made up for the uninterested rude behavior of the reception

This wasn't my favorite hotel but if I were returning for just a night, I might stay there again because it is the location I wanted and had a parking garage.

Things I liked: walking distance from Seogwipo Olle Market and Jeongbang Waterfall; garage; clean; friendly lobby staff; hairdryer; cold fridge; balcony overlooking the port; roof with more than 180° view which was quite stunning.

Things I didn't like: it was a bit smelly; only 1 key for the 3 of us and you needed the key to activate the A/C; hard beds; parking was a tight challenge; elevators took forever; no seat on the balcony; only a hotpot (not a coffee maker) and if you buy your coffee elsewhere, you aren't allowed to drink it in the lounge area.

Things I didn't use: fitness center; restaurant (breakfast was so expensive!); personal Jacuzzi bathtubs on rooftop that you reserve.

Hello, this is Hotel Bridge Seogwipo. Thank you very much for your visit to our hotel and valuable reviews. Our hotel has consistently placed importance on room cleanliness and hygiene since its opening, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused while you were staying at our hotel. Although the parking space has an underground parking lot, a limited number of parking spaces are available, and if it is full, it is guided to an external public parking lot. We will also discuss the improvement direction at the hotel by referring to the reviews you told us. Thank you very much for praising our hotel's location, room outlook, and employee service despite many inconveniences. Thank you for choosing our hotel among the many hotels in Jeju Island, and I hope you had a pleasant trip to Jeju Island. Thank you.

We stayed at Hotel Bridge for 5 nights and the hotel staff were exceptional - special shoutout to Ms Eunbi Heo, Mr Logan and Ms Autumn who were at the front desk, who helped us with translations, taxi bookings and finding Korean destinations on our Kakao T, as well with some of our other requests. Ms. Eunbi so kindly helped us with our crampons and made our Hallasan climb possible! Mr Logan spoke to the driver ensuring we get to our destination. Ms Autumn patiently helped with taxi bookings while managing check-out crowd. Top notch professionalism. Rooms were well cleaned daily. What a gem they have in the staff team! They are a key reason the family enjoyed Jeju so much. Hotel is excellently located, few minutes walk to Ollie Market, and close to walking trails, waterfalls etc. Highly recommended, and hope to visit again soon!

Room condition is good. It was clean.
There is no bath, but the shower is large.
There is a balcony and you can see the sea from the balcony.
When parking is late, it is difficult to wait, so we recommend going early.
In the hotel there is a gym, an unmanned cafe.
I don't have a toothbrush, so I'd like you to pick it up. If you don't, you can buy it at Ammanity.
