Like another reviewer, we happened upon this by chance driving to Ilchulbong and needing a coffee. Firstly the coffee was the best flat white on the island and that alone with the chocolate chip scone made the break worthwhile. Then the owners encouraged us to take a look around the site. Lodges in the grounds, camping plots, Airstream caravans and a VW Camper Van and trailer for decoration which was used by numerous visitors for photoshoots! We were so taken with the place that we asked about staying the following night, even though we already had a hotel, and booked a lodge for the four of us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a galley kitchen and dining area with an outside dining area on decking, complete with hammock. We duly arrived the next day for our stay, took advantage of the swimming pool and generally relaxed surroundings. For dinner we opted for some items off the barbecue menu which were delivered to our lodge. That was the best meat we had during our two weeks in Korea. Absolutely delicious and with enough salad and grilled vegetable accompaniments to satisfy our vegetarian. We spent a great night in comfortable beds, went and had the delicious breakfast back in the main building and stayed around the pool until checkout. If we had known about it in advance we would have stayed there the whole time. Can't recommend it highly enough

One day I was going to Ilchulbong, the symbol of Jeju, when my wife and I noticed this place with eclectic houses. We passed by and it made an impression on us.
Not long after we went there, and it's probably one of the most impressive places you can stay on the island. The little huts are more spacious than they look, we had 2 kids with us and did not feel cramped. The interior decoration, quite frankly needs an award. It has many leather straps with tubes all around that help hang things like clothes but also some of them have lights in them.
The beds were extra comfortable, kitchen had all the utensils needed, etc. But in my opinion the star of the show has to be the outside bath. On top of our suite there was an outside bath, it's private because the walls arrive up to your neck, but when you take a bath it still feels like you are doing so outside, with the stars in plain view.
There's a sand pit that kids can play in and plenty of place to run around. This place even had some renovated airstreams, again, all very impressive. I've been around many hotels and fancy places in Jeju, but Around Follie probably is my most memorable experience.

Around Follie is a special place, the lodges are spacious and welcoming and completely luxurious. The location is far away from the city bustle yet near enough to access the beaches and anything you may need. This is nothing like a hotel stay but rather a Luxury apartment to yourself, surrounded by Jeju's horse farm land. The area is quiet and serene. The apartments are self catering with a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue outside. The pool apartment is special with a pool and Jacuzzi to yourself. The decor and architecture is modern yet welcoming.
