When I booked through Luxury Escapes for 5 nights it's stated the room has bedit but there was none . No coffee maker. Access to gym and pool with fees. Only 3 bottles of water. If you request they will charge you. My review was rejected. WHY?. I'm only stating my experience

From the time I checked in, I was surprised by the magnificent landing hall, and I was also surprised by the staff who carried my luggage for me, and the male staff member at the front desk, Henry? They responded so kindly that I was surprised three times even before checking in. I really liked that the room was neatly cleaned, and the temperature was controlled so that it wasn't too cold or too hot, so I was surprised once again by the attention to detail. Even though it was only one night, it was the #1 hotel for me among the 4-5 star hotels I've been to. Thank you in many ways.
I like that all the front desk staff are friendly.

I happened to have time with my lover and planned a trip to Jeju. While looking for a place to stay for 3 days and 2 nights, we found it and compared several accommodations. First of all, among accommodations in a similar price range, I decided to visit this hotel because it was very stylish and pretty even when compared through photos, and it had good facilities and amenities.

After finishing the first day's schedule, I came to check in in the evening. I was surprised by the spacious grounds, spacious parking facilities, and the nice exterior. I thought it was a good idea to come. When I unloaded my suitcase and luggage from the car and entered the building to check in, the doorman opened the door and kindly guided me directly to the front desk. I checked in right away and the staff spoke softly and softly, so I remember my first impression very well.

They also provided good guidance on events, services, and various facilities available at the time of check-in.
When I went up to the guest room floor, I was greeted by a clean hallway and well-organized rooms, so I was satisfied in every aspect.

There are separate room clean and do not disturb buttons inside the room, so I was able to use it non-face-to-face, and I was satisfied because it was clean and tidy when I left in the morning and came back in the evening, and various amenities were also provided.

I was also satisfied with this aspect as it was arranged separately so that I did not have to wait in line or spend time checking out until the last day of my trip.

I found it by chance, made a reservation, and visited the hotel, but I was satisfied from the moment I set foot in the hotel to the moment I left.

I recommend it as it is also good for bringing children or adults.

We hope that on your next visit, we will keep it as clean, tidy, and provide good service as it is now.

p.s. I highly recommend the entire confectionery menu at the Landing Building Lobby Bakery. The taste is the best and the cost-effectiveness is the best (certified as a restaurant worker)

All the staff were very friendly, and the hotel was great. thank you
I think it would be a 200% better hotel if they paid more attention to room cleaning (sink and toilet).
Oh, and if you provide a blanket rental service in the room, even if it is for a fee, then a family of 4 can
I think I can sleep more comfortably. Since there were no rooms available, I got a single + queen bed room.
I had to sleep on the floor, so I was thankful they gave me a blanket, but...
I think it would have been better if I could have rented a thick blanket even for a fee^^
I was very satisfied with the overall use of the landing hall. thank you

Condition inside the room is not good. The water pressure when showering was too weak and the cleanliness was below average. The outside is gorgeous, but the inside is like a motel. Even if you try to use the room for sleeping, it is too expensive. Disappointed.

There were many restaurants in the resort and it was good to eat and there was a variety of food around. The location of the resort was close to the coastal destination and the accessibility was good and the staff was also friendly. However, there was a sauna and wellness in the Summer Hall, which I didn't know, and the landinghouse guests were a bit disappointed to have to use the fitness in the room for €35,000.

The facilities weren't bad considering the size. Because it was large, it was difficult to find at first even though they provided a map. I think that more detailed information on the location of the swimming pool would be less confusing for guests. There were people walking around looking for the swimming pool in cold weather, but it was a shame that we couldn't see the fireworks, perhaps because it was very windy. It was nice to be able to eat leisurely at Landing Dining, but it was disappointing that snow crab refills were discontinued.

There are various auxiliary facilities, convenience facilities, cafes, restaurants, and kids cafes within the hotel, so it's great for traveling with children. The service and cleanliness were very good, and it was also nice that guests can use the theme park for free. However, the breakfast wasn't great (it wasn't tasty). It's not a problem, but it seems like there is a need for improvement ㅜ) This was disappointing.

Overall a satisfactory trip. The food, facilities, and friendliness of the staff were all good. However, the downside is that the waiting time at check-in is too long, and the hotel's philosophy is disappointing. This is not the case at Shinhwa Hall, but the landing has a 3 o'clock check-in, and since they charge money for early check-in, I understand the hotel's intention to do it from 3 o'clock, but they do not have the capacity to quickly process customers in line at 3 o'clock, and they are protecting the rights and interests of customers by making them wait for an hour. I think it is a very big disadvantage in that it infringes. Like Shinhwagwan, it would be nice to have Mirion guests check in at an appropriate time or provide express check-in through the online system. To be honest, I was satisfied overall, but when I saw the place crowded with customers like Dottegi Market when I checked in, I felt like I was there to buy a twist at Gwangjang Market. This is such a first impression that one star should definitely be lowered from 5 stars.

The cost-effectiveness was quite good, and the facilities were good, so there were no inconveniences.
However, I did not like the fact that the bedding smelled too much like disinfectant.
There seems to be high humidity in the room...the overall feeling is slightly damp~
The shower faucet was on the left, and the temperature control was on the right.
I was embarrassed when I first didn't know. I wish there were at least a guide sign.

Water park is separate as is the theme park inside the resort. Room rates are only for the room. Everything else is extra, including the swimming pool.
