A bit expensive but if you can swing it and you’re not a local, better to stay here. Lots of food choices and stuff to do with family. The Shinhwa Theme park is in the resort and if you check in you get free tickets. My husband loved the robot that delivers your grocery orders lol. Breakfast has really good spreads.

We were very impressed by the front-line hotel staff as everyone speaks good English and are very personable. The room was booked through their online booking platform, a little tricky as I had to use google translate to choose the correct room. Other than that it was a good deal which came with breakfast and also 3 tickets ride to the theme park and free entrance to the water park. This part of the tickets used was not very clear during booking and could only be cleared during check in. In short, outdoor water park is closed during winter but you could use their sky pool and also water park (which has a dedicated lift that bring you to G with direct access to the water park). There were 2 water rides, and the rest was a lazy river: hot spa pool and kids' pool. The room in which we stayed in was very clean and had a balcony. The bed and pillows are comfortable. They also could provide kids' bath robe. Food choices are a plenty but the food court style eateries inside the building close at 8pm and that means last order could be between 7.20-7.30pm - which can be a mad rush. Outlet outside the building near the theme park close at all a later time like 9pm - 12am. All in all a very all in location from sleep, food and play. Worth a visit =) …

The room was okay but given the stars of the hotel the bathroom could have been bigger in size and they must include bathtub in the bathroom. The interiors of the room including bed, lighting and the views was very good.

한번도 숙박해 본 적이 없어 호기심에 1박했으나, 욕실에서는 시멘트 냄새가 나고 샤워기는 고장나 물이 심하게 새어나옴. 입고 있던 옷이 홀딱 젖어 아침부터 기분이 나빠짐. 홈쇼핑을 이용한 게 아닌 정상가격을 지블했으나, 가격대비 엉성하고 관리낙 되지 않는 호텔임. I was a little curious about shinhwa hotel in jeju because i saw its sales promotion in TV shopping so many times so I decided to stay just one day. But it wasn't good choice because it was smelly in bath and the shower of bath was out of order. It made my mood so bad because made my cloth wet. I won't recommand to stay there. It doesn't have a proper maintainanace. And that made me feel not to safe when we visited to amisement park in shinhwa world.

Nice hotel with some shops, but rooms are bit small and there is no in-room service. Nearby the theme park but the theme park is very small with very limited rides. No queue though since it is winter.

Jeju Shinhwa World (Marriott) Water Park 제주 신화월드 워터파크 Recommend: Giant Double Leaf (green) Super Creeper Coil (blue) Big Cup (red) It is not so large scale but everything necessary in there. For me, the Blue one was the best and my children and I myself enjoyed it almost 10 times!

This is a great hotel for families with children or groups of younger people. This is not a hotel for couples. Restaurant prices are high. Three hotels located together. Lots of restaurants to choose from, but most are quite pricey.

too big, sometimes it was very hard to find the destination, but waterpark and skypool were quiet good. it was good for family trip. but price of foods was some high. I did not recommend gopchang restaurant.
