The three of us, my youngest son in sixth grade, and I stayed for one night in a deluxe family twin room with breakfast included.
I really walked a lot. From the lobby to the rooms, from the rooms to the breakfast restaurant, and the parking lot^^ Shinhwa World itself is large, so I just understand this and move on.
The water park is only open indoors during the winter, so if conditions are like this, it would be better not to operate on snowy days. It is an environment in which the operating staff and users suffer as well. The locker room dehydrator is broken and doesn't work... I don't know what the difference is with the landing hall. During the winter season, it would be nice to get a further discount on the landing price. It was a trip where 350,000 won for accommodation felt like a waste.

It was a trip with a 31-month-old child. I enjoyed using both the water park and the sky pool, and it was nice to be able to do everything within the resort as the restaurant and cafe were well-maintained. I also enjoyed the Marriott's Sky On 5 buffet for lunch, and the friendly staff were all memorable. I was in trouble because there were no child bed guards during my stay, but the staff provided one from the hotel next door, so I was able to use it well.

The resort staff are also very friendly.
The facilities were also very convenient to use when it was rainy, cold, or hot.
The various restaurants are also more delicious and friendly than expected.
I don't recommend this new seafood restaurant because the serving staff blatantly ignores the customers. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The resort has been consistently losing money since its opening and is oversized for the current demand, and it shows in some areas. They're desperate to fill this sinkhole. For instance, there are many tour groups of high school kids who surely didn't pay 200k KRW per night (that's discounted, 600k KRW on paper), and who you wouldn't expect to meet in a five stars resort. Obviously, putting high school boys on the same floor with families with young kids is borderline disrespectful.
As expected from a Chinese-operated resort, some corners have been cut short. The fixtures in the bathroom are comically bad in terms of quality (you can barely open the toilet door from inside, you need to pull and there's no proper handle), and the bathrobes have shrunk so much they barely cover your waist let alone your knees.
Food is very expensive for average quality. That is compensated by ridiculously massive quantities, two portions can easily feed three adults. Drinks are more reasonable.

You may not realize that the prices are much lower in September, but during the peak season in August, prices continued to rise through the ceiling. But considering the room quality, staff response, and price, there is no reason to choose this place. It's a business hotel quality, nothing more or less. It's better to go to Seogwipo KAL Hotel. There's no reason to choose this place. If you want to stay at Shinhwa World, you have to go to Somerset (high-end) or Landing (low-cost). There is no advantage to choosing Shinhwa World. The only thing worth mentioning is Shinhwa Water Park, but since the water park is included in a package, you can go there easily. But this water park has a lot to say.. First of all, you have to pay for seats to sit or lie down. During peak season, the rental fee for a small sunbed was 35,000 won. Well, that could be true, but the restaurant in the water park has no place to sit, so it is designed so that you have no choice but to buy a sunbed. Fortunately, there is a restaurant in the corner of the water park with seating, but the price is not even the highest price for pork cutlet, just 18,000 won for pork cutlet. If you go with two people, you have to spend at least 30,000 won at a restaurant here, buy a sunbed and sit down to eat, or sit in a corner and squat down to eat snacks. Also, the main facility of the water park is the water slide, but the outdoor water park is operated by several people, so circulation is good, right? However, there is only one employee in the indoor slide zone, so it takes about 8 minutes to reduce the number of people waiting in front of the slide by one. The turnover rate is so bad. The signal turns green so you can go down, but the one staff member is busy controlling the slide, so customers are just stranded. Well, let’s stop talking about the water park and go back to the resort. First of all, the food court, of course, is not cost-effective, and you know the price without even saying it, right? And the breakfast buffet, hmm, are you going to eat the breakfast buffet first? Then you have to do an open run. Even if you are a little late, you have to wait because there are so many people. The problem is not only the waiting, but the food gets dirty quickly. There are so many people that they can't control it, so it's noisy and even the floors are dirty... And the rooms, I don't know about Somerset or Marriott, but the rooms at Shinhwa Hall are not that good. First of all, water leaked from the ceiling of the shower booth, and the room was not spacious or clean, or anything like that.
Conclusion: Why? If you want to save money, go to the KAL Hotel. If you want to stay upscale, go to the Shilla Hotel. If you want to stay at Shinhwa World, go to Somerset or Marriott instead of Shinhwa Museum.
I think the hotel management will probably delete this review soon.. ^0^

The overall facilities are above average, but
Some services are unsatisfactory.
1. Check in
- I think it was a bit of a struggle, but guidance was not provided properly at check-in.
(Overall service content, usage method, etc.)
2. Swimming pool (Sky Pool)
- Maybe because not many people use it.
Even when using a dehydrator, it is said to unfold the swimsuit and put it in instead of wringing it out and putting it in the rolled up state.
While I was taking a shower with my child after taking off my clothes, the cleaner came in and kept talking to me two or three times.
3. Room bathroom cleaning status
- Overall, it was clean, but there was someone else's hair stuck in the shower.
There were some parts that were not removed, such as hair.

We made a reservation for this hotel because of the water park, and I was very disappointed that the outdoor water park is only available for waves and other slides or swimming pools are not available. We arrived on April 9th, and we can't use the outdoor water park after August 31st. I regretted switching to another hotel. There were a lot of people, but the pool was limited, so it was very difficult to play in the water. And the room was noise-proof, so the noise I heard in the hallway or on the upper floor, and I fell asleep because of the baby's crying early in the morning. I stayed in the Jiangsu Sinara Hotel for a few days before moving here to the hotel and I don't know if it was so different that I was even more disappointed. Anyway, next time we might try somewhere else. Whoa.

The bed is too stiff, so it's a bad thing to do. The overall cleaning condition, such as room cleaning or foreign materials in towels, seems to need improvement. We are visiting every year and sending you with pleasure and good luck next year.

The welcome guide was very friendly. The room was cold due to the air conditioning, but a heater was brought in at night, so the children were able to sleep comfortably. The buffet was delicious, and overall I felt like I received satisfactory service in all aspects. Thank you~

I liked that the hallways were luxurious, and I noticed that they often paid attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.
The staff are very friendly. It's also nice that there are things to enjoy and food to eat within Shinhwa World.
One of the reasons why it is good to go with family is that there is a water park and sky pool.
However, the price of karaoke, which is a form of entertainment, and the malfunction of some of the arcade machines are disappointing.
