The restaurants are pricey so most guests eat out. Seems a shame not to lower prices a bit then the restaurants won’t be almost empty. I needed extra pillows and towels because I was in a triple and they only gave 2 sets one day but Housekeeping / front desk didn’t answer after many rings. Had to tell them at the lobby. Need to have more staff answering the phones. The kids pool is crowded in the evenings but the adult pool is fine.
It's one of the biggest resort in Jeju also one of the oldest 5 star.
The grounds is huge with a lot of trails connecting to the beach
and resorts next to it.
It is a little outdated and older but their service is top notched and great for FAMILY fun. Also the there are a lot of food restaurant option on site but it is $$$$.
If you are a couple looking for a quiet tranquil getaway i would stay here.

Hard to believe this is a five star resort. Not worth the money. I’ve stayed at three star hotels that were nicer.
Take a look at the attached photos. The carpet is worn and dirty. The walls and doors are chipped. The furniture is chipped and scratched.
There is no privacy in the toilet. The bedroom is separated from the bathroom and toilet by a window with a metal blind that does not completely cover the window. There is no separate door for the toilet.
The electrical outlets were dirty and dusty. See the attached photo.
The phone and electrical controls are not modern and were difficult to navigate.
The only reason for not giving a one star is the restaurant servers were nice. (I never saw a manager.)
It’s also not on the beach. Maybe a 20 minute walk away.
See the attached photos.
Stay elsewhere.
It's Christmas, but I was looking forward to having a Kids Friendly and a Monkey event.
First understand room aging
But the door is cut, so the toilet door doesn't close.
It's not cut and the thread doesn't stick to the lock.
That's what room aging said.
It smells weird from front of the 5th floor Elbe to the room.
I smelled something first, and the other guest in Elbetashin said it smelled like pesticide.
There's not even a pool show on Christmas Eve, so today's the worst performance. I think he's too poor for Kenshire.
It's winter, there's not a lot of people. There's no slippers in the pool.
I don't think I'm gonna come again.
It's not friendly, most of them are college students, and they don't have any staff. If they die, they're too messy about what's going on with Jeju.
The hotel is for couples or families without children. The pools are limiting small children. Some pools and jacuzzis are only for adults. No special pool for small children. This is complicated for parents with kids of different ages. Good buffet breakfast and excellent musical group singing by the pool.

GAO Pro is a great place to spend time with kids
Breakfast is expensive but good quality
There are performances in the pool.
Better than the entire Jeju Myth World
I would never trust The Shilla brand ever again!
