I went on a trip to Jeju Island with my family. It was really difficult to find accommodations while traveling with the family🥹I was very fortunate to be recommended The Grand Seomoreum😍😍I am very satisfied as the location is good and clean😆 The main building and new building are separated. The main building was nice too! ☺️I went back and forth between the main building swimming pool and the new building swimming pool and used the swimming pool and sauna so conveniently and had fun! I recommend it for a family trip🤩🤩

This hotel is 3 minutes' drive from the city centre of Jiangsu. It is also very comfortable and right in front of the sea. The view of the island is so good, but there is one of the most expensive hotels in Infinity Pools, which is free for guests. Didn't you say you're equipped with a jersey? It is so comfortable without nothing and especially basaltrestaurant food is so delicious that everything is resolved in the hotel. We like it because everything is resolved in the hotel without having to go out to eat uncomfortable. And the breakfast trail is so fantastic that you can enjoy a cup of coffee with a view of the sea and take a five-minute walk. This year we finished well at the Douglas Island Hotel. I'll play again next year.

When I looked at the navigation, it looked like I had to go into an alley, so I thought it was a small hotel, but when I got there in person, it was made up of two buildings and was quite large. The location was right in front of the sea, so the view was really good. The weather wasn't very conducive, so I only used the jacuzzi outdoors and used the indoor pool for swimming. There was a sauna right next to the indoor pool, so it was really convenient ^^
I got a discount on breakfast and ate a lot of delicious food for a pretty reasonable price. The staff were all friendly too.
I was thinking about going abroad, but the kids are still young, so I was worried about riding a van for a long time, so I chose Jeju Island, and it seemed like a great place. The hotel also played a part in that, so I made really good memories.

Location is far from the city centre so it’s better for those who prefer to just base themselves in a hotel and enjoy the facilities and coastal walks. Restaurants and convenience stores are about 7 mins walk along the coast.

Cleanliness of the room could have been improved as housekeeping didn’t clean the room despite us requesting for it. Disappointing as that was our last night at the hotel. But the hotel made up for it by refunding part of the night's stay.

Room prices differ based on views. Ocean/pool views cost more instead of mountain/carpark view. Some poolside rooms although more costly have a tatami bed.

Staff were helpful and always tried to assist. So-so stay overall.

We arrived at almost mid-night after a long flight and a drove from the Jeju international airport. Upon arriving, the front desk office was very cold. They just asked for my passport and let me know where is the location of my room in a mini map. No one offers to show me where it was actually located, but I have to wonder in the dark to find it. I have a baby (1 year 5 months) with me. So driving around looking for parking spot and and moving the luggages was getting a bit of a challange. Once we enter the room, it looks comfortable. We nticed that there were not many amenities such as iron and iron board, and even microwave was not there. So we have to heat up the baby food manually using hot water. The toilet was not very clean and smelly too. Good thing that they have a bath tub to cool down during the hot summer. One night, we went to the hotel restaurant for a dinner at around 7pm. There was a line where people Qed and we joined in. After waiting for 25 minutes, we were told that the retaurant is full till 10pm. Imagined having to hold a baby in my arms and even they noticed that we were there lining up, they just turned us down. I quarelled with that guy for the level of services that thay have showed us, he could pnly apologize. He then offered us for a take-away order and we did since we were very hungry and baby has started to cry. This were the moment I felt that it really spoiled my mood for a holiday in Jeju as an overall. The experiances was bad from the day one that i stepped in at the hotel. i will avoid this hotel at any cost.

This hotel was beautiful sitting at the oceanside. The room was very clean and well-managed. Staffs were so friendly and professionally trained. The breakfast was one of the most satisfactory factors to give 5 stars. If you buy the breakfast ticket in that morning, you have to pay the full price, but if you pay in the previous night, you will get about 30 % discount.

It was the best place to stay in the winter:)
The room condition is very good, the ocean view from the window is also healing, and the hot water infinity pool is deep, so adults can have fun too! The sauna, the gym facilities are well equipped, so it was just nice to enjoy Hawkins! Inside there's a basalt restaurant and the cuisine is fine. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the seasonal menu for lunch was delicious:)! The next time I go, I will return unconditionally!

The island every year.
Hotels run by hot tubs aren't as many as you think.
The island of Olm is so nice that the indoor pool and sauna are all free to guests. Recently there is a gym, so it's good to run in the morning!
The hotel is right in front of the sea and the room condition is spacious, clean and well managed compared to other hotels.
The food is delicious! It was so pleasant to go looking for a restaurant and have dinner at the hotel!
Not being too large in scale was a big advantage to me.
Too big resort is difficult to move and inconvenient, but the island of Olm is compact! I'll take my parents in the spring.

This was a great hotel with awesome ocean views, several swimming pools and a hot and cold pool sauna. The rooms are spacious and hotel staff are quick to provide anything you need during your stay. There's EV charging onsite and the parking lot can get crowded later in the night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and showcases local cuisines such as abalone porridge, seaweed uni soup, cafe quality pastries, and Jeju 's famous Tangerine juice while also offering Western style dishes like omelettes and bacon.

We stayed at The Grand Sumorum for 3 nights. It is away from the bustling crowds, right on the ocean. The hotel is quiet and calming. It is easiest if you have a car. There was a snafu with our rental car from the airport, so we took a cab to the hotel. The hotel staff gave us the contact info for Jeju Car Rental (Shilla Hotel in Seogwipo), and arranged for a cab to take us to the Shilla. We reserved an ocean view room, and it had lovely views. The room is clean and spare, and the natural light is great. There are multiple swimming pools, including 2 that are large enough for lap swimming. The pools are heated from May through November. The staff were very helpful (I speak Korean, so I don't know how their English is). We did not eat any meals at the hotel. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Bophwang town. You may see the haenyeo getting on or off the fishing boats, and there is a haenyeo center where they serve seafood caught by the haenyeo. There is a gift shop and a GS 25 store. We went to 2 restaurants and highly recommend both: 1) the takeout sushi place at the intersection of the Olle trail 7 and the main street in town (it's called Goldfinger, but there's no English sign outside) - we both ordered the golden sushi assortment. Excellent sushi. Came with a small bowl of cold soba noodle soup and a larger bowl of warm udon, and 2) Martin's Kitchen, which is an excellent European restaurant owned by a Swiss-trained chef. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
