This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff, an excellent breakfast and plenty of parking. There are nice views from the rooms and it is reasonably close to the town of Seogwipo-si but like everywhere on Korea the roads are steep and walking to restaurants etc is really not an option. The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner so you really need a car to go anywhere or pay for taxis. There is a small convenience store just outside the gates so simple snacks like fruit, instant noodles are an option if really tired after a long hike on the mountain.

This hotel is highly popular with locals so it will be good to book early. We stayed in the Park Suite which was very spacious and has a balcony with small table/chair facing the beautiful surroundings. Everything was very modern and comfortable.
Highly recommended for families who can opt for Park Suites or Sunshine Suite (which was booked out very early). Prices are reasonable for the Suite snd well worth the price.
Located outside city centre so you will need a car and there are limited restaurants within walking distance. Bathroom has a bathtub which was useful for aching feet after long day of hiking.
Note this hotel offers tax refund for your hotel stay but they will only provide the tax refund if you book directly with the hotel and not through third party sites like Agoda or Booking.com

Great stay at Sunshine Park with free parking. Rooms were very clean and facilities (less tooth brush, tooth paste and shower cap - to be purchased) were great. BF was also great with various types served. The Staff at front desk and restaurant were great. Note: Free coffee/tea and games at the lobby is opened daily from 1.30 pm to 9 pm. You can purchase drinks at a small fridge at the lobby. There is a microwave oven too.

Good hotel if you are considering to stay in seogwipo area, as it is close to Olle trail 7 and 2+km away from Saeyeongyo Bridge! Ample car park lots, room is clean and comfortable. We got a room with a nice view of the mountain as well.
The only unpleasant experience during our 2 night stay was a fire alarm incident in middle of night. Thankfully it was a false alarm but we had to ask the staff at lobby on status, rather than being informed proactively. There were also other guests milling around in lobby unsure what was happening. So perhaps the hotel can better train the staff in this aspect in case there is a real emergency.
There is a CU convenience store just outside the hotel. Slightly further on the right side after CU, within walking distance, there is a cosy place selling nice korean fried chicken! It is named as Byeolbit Oksang in Naver app. Just be aware their garlic version comes with real garlic slices!
And further up along same stretch of road, there is also a nice breakfast/brunch place called Blossom (you can find it on google map)

Stayed two nights with a family of 3 to explore southern and eastern parts of Jeju. Hotel has a modern setting. Room was of good size and has a modern decor. Ample parking space with country surrounding which is rather peaceful. Breakfast which was included in the rate was good and had asian ae well as western selections. It is conveniently located and is a short drive from Seogwipo and the southern attractions. It is recommended to drive when staying at this property as besides a convenient store at the entrance of the driveway, there isn't any food outlets or shops in the vicinity of the hotel. Overall, it has been a great stay and provides excellent value for a comfortable room and breakfast.

My mom & I stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. It felt like a 4 star quality hotel and the price was very reasonable.
For context, we are English-speaking foreigners and had no trouble staying at this hotel. All the front desk staff were very helpful, speak good English and understood us very well.
Things we liked a lot:
1. Located in a quiet but convenient location for sightseeing by car - about 10-15 mins drive to most of the Seogwipo attractions. If you have a car / hire a driver, this is an excellent place to base yourself in.
2. The entire hotel had a calming feeling and I really enjoyed the panoramic view from the rooftop - you can see Mount Hallasan in the distance!
3. The room was spacious, comfortable and came with TV, a hotel safe and coffee/tea making facilities. The beds were really comfortable. My only minor suggestion is to provide a few more basic toiletries (e.g. toothbrush/toothpaste/shaving kit).
4. Good breakfast with both Korean & Western foods. The spread is very decent and I enjoyed the good coffee.
5. Service was very good and fuss free. All the front desk staff we met were really pleasant, helpful and spoke good English. The restaurant staff spoke Korean but they can understand English and we had no trouble communicating.
We had a really good experience staying here and would definitely return again. Thank you for a really pleasant stay!

I have stayed at this hotel for a couple of days before going to my original planned hotel for my honeymoon. This hotel surprised me pleasantly. The staff members were very kind, the breakfast was really good and the rooms were nice. Even though this hotel is rated as a 4 stars hotel, I felt that I was in a 5 stars! Definitely staying at this hotel increased my expectations for how a 4 stars hotel should be!

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. It took around 10 minutes to walk there from city centre, but the road was not very busy. Staff at reception was nice and helpful, fluent in English and Chinese. Inside the room, all lighting systems and air conditioner were digitally controlled and only needed to deal with the touchpad on the bedside telephone. Very clean and tidy room, and the comfortable bed could take you to sleep. Shower room was neat; could not go wrong with AVEDA shampoo and shower gel. Didn't have the chance to try the restaurants on ground floor and second floor, but seemed the breakfast was good. Highly recommended for couples and families who plan for a 2-3 day trip in Seogwipo.

I stayed here for a week, while attending an international science meeting.
Pros: It is a nice, clean, and modern building. Close to waterfall (15 minute walk) and the cliffs (15 minute walk) Quiet Polite staff. There is a rooftop patio, which is nice.
Cons: Staff have minimal English. It's probably unrealistic to expect excellent English in a small-ish Korean city. The location doesn't have many restaurants very close that Western tourists might find comfortable. There are a variety of restaurants on "food street" ~15 minute walk, but they are local. It's about an hour's taxi ride from the Jeju airport. No less.
If you are vegetarian, you will not find food options anywhere in this city, and not at the hotel restaurant.

I saw a sign on the front desk saying if you write a Tripadvisor review and show it to the hotel, they will give you a coffee coupon. I am guessing the review you write better be favorable or no cuppa for you! I don't like that this is allowed as it diminishes the integrity of genuine Tripadvisor reviews.
About the hotel...it's out of the way and you better have a rental car. There's only a tiny convenience store that you can walk to. The room we got was clean and did not smell bad.
Housekeeping forgot our toiletries on the second day, and on the third day forgot our towels. Not a big deal, but basic things like this should be transparent to guests of a hotel. Why do I have to call reception twice in two days just to bring me stuff?
