If you are driving then the location is great! Seogwipo harbour is closely and so are the two waterfalls! I had a deluxe twin room but the view from the room wasn't great! So choose wisely! Can even ask the property i guess beforehand! I had asked for a room change but declined though practically most days i found the rooms vacant!!! Quite neighbourhood which is a plus! Few restaurants nearby including an indian one so thats a plus! One can walk to the Seogwipo Olle market which is another advantage!
A big issue in April was that the air-conditioning had not fully started which meant not so cool room ambience! Bathroom is fine with all the basic amenities provided!
All in all and OK stay but considering the price not a bad choice at all!

I went to this hotel with my wife during our honeymoon in Jeju. The room was nice. I love the bidet in the bathroom. Very comfort and unique. All controls are automatic and warm during winter. The room also spacious and comfort. But the location is far away from any attraction places to visit. Overall is ok.

Hotel Fine is a new hotel by the harbour in Seogwipo. It is down the road lined with restaurants and there is an airport limousine bus stop just round the corner so you have an easy access to Jungmun and airport. There is also free parking.

Our room was nice, clean, average size and faced the harbour. Breakfast was just ok.

We hired a car with a driver to get around the island. The staff was helpful with this even though we had some challenges with language. Anyway their English is far better than our Korean.

Beautiful, spaceous, clean (family)rooms in a very new hotel. The location is perfect: just in between the two waterfalls, which both easily can be reached by walking. Nice restaurants everywhere and city-centre is an easy walk nearby.
The staff is very friendly and helpfull and speaks fluently English.

The room was very clean and it was a good location, but the heating temperature control in the room did not work as it was set at 30 degrees!! When I talked to the manager he said all the rooms were centrally controlled and could not be changed from the controls within the room. He suggested we leave the hotel room door open!! When I said I wouldn't feel safe sleeping with the door open he looked confused and his only solution was to provide me with a small fan. I overheard another customer complaining the next morning too also saying it was way too hot! He insisted it was not broken, but why would anyone want to sleep in a room that hot?! It was so uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay in this property as the facilities is the best. They had a spacious parking space for us as we rented a car and I do really like it. There is also a bus stop just right in front of the hotel. The staff are not fluently speak English but in a nutshell I do enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommended and we will repeat our stay by next year at this property.

We arrived Jeju at the night when the typhoon was at Jeju. Hardly landed then we didn't know the which way to go in the middle of night at the bus stop. We ask the help from the man who was in charge at night from Fine Hotel on 4th Oct. He even tried to call the cab for us, then make phone call to help us to find the way.
I highly appreciated that we did receive lots of help in the hard circumstance
