Our stay at Zawadi was incredible. We were arriving late to check in due to an accident on the road. By late I mean to say dinner is finished, the kitchen is closed and everyone is asleep. Emmanuel and Nicole knew we were due to arrive and because they had not seen us as yet, they contacted our tour owner/ operator...

My wife and I stayed at Zawadi House before our Kilimanjaro climb and then after our short safari. It is an excellent, reasonable priced, place to stay. Hot water was readily available (not a given in many places) and the customer service was great (particularly from the customer service manager). Lastly, I have to say the food was among the...

We spent in total three nights at Zawadi House before and after our Kilimanjaro climb and cannot be happier with this place. The bed is comfortable and there is uninterrupted supply of hot water (perfect for an overdue shower after Kili climb) and fast wifi connection. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and we really enjoyed the chicken curry dish which...

I stayed at Zawadi House with my two girls on a 3-day safari holiday. Zawadi House can be a bit difficult to find, especially when driving from Moshi, but when you get the right exit from A23 (Arusha-Moshi Road) and after passing a narrow bridge, the lodge is well sign-posted. When we arrived in Arusha, there were road works along...

I stayed in Zawadi House in July for one night and was impressed. The hotel is a nice boutique one with comfortable bed and hot shower in Tazania standard. The food is very good. The hotel has the warmest staff I have seen in my trip, with Ivy being very helpful, professional and kind in doing everything she can to...

We stayed at zawadi house on the last night of our safari tour enroute back to nairobi for our flight back home. We were given a warm welcome by ivy who sits at the reception. She is a darling, always attentive & full of smiles. The rooms are basic but clean. Warm water aplenty and pressure is good. This is...

Like other reviews, the drive to the lodge is a bit bumpy/rough and off the main road. But once you arrive at the gates to the lodge it's very peaceful and welcoming. Staff are super friendly and make you feel at home. Emmanuel (manager) was excellent. There were few options on the dinner menu but he was very helpful and...

Wonderful one-night stay! Wish it had been longer! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and meals were excellent and served with beautiful presentation. Not easy to find, but definitely worth the effort. We hope to get back some day!

Great place to stay in Arusha if you need a serene slightly hidden environment. All the staff were really helpful and friendly during the stay - Emmanuel in particular went out of his way to make sure everything was ticking. Oh the masala tea was the best! Zawadi house is a gem. Definitely coming back

Though a bit of a challenge to get there once inside we didn't regret the bumpy drive that lead to this gem! From beginning to end of our 3 days the hotel staff waited on us as if we were royalty. The rooms were beautiful and sparkling clean. The breakfasts were huge and wicked good. We also had dinner there...
