Visited Tanzania for 8 days on business. Stayed at the Arusha Hotel. The hotel is right in the city and has beautiful gardens. Rooms are nice and clean, service staff are very friendly and work to make your stay comfortable. Presently the hotel is under construction so many services not available. The pool was supposed to be open as of...

A Classic in the very centre of Arusha. Decent rooms, decent breakfast and dinner. I believe it is a one-night-hotel in a busy city, growing very quickly. Nice and positive staff and clean. Served our purpose well!

We stayed one night, arriving late. Staff were excellent. Even though it was late the "bar" was still open, so I could get a couple of beers. The room was pretty basic, but adequate. Bed was comfortable and had mosquito netting, although we saw no mosquitoes. Breakfast buffet had many choices. I have no idea what rooms cost as it...

I spend one night at this hotel. Even though, it is in a good location, has colonial charm, the rooms are fine and the staff are nice, it is not worth the hefty price charged for the room. My main problem was with the breakfast. It was a buffet with the only edible dish being the baked beans. I requested...

We just stayed one one night at this hotel. We were exhausted after a tiring flight from Mumbai to Kilimanjaro International Airport via Nairobi and the drive from the airport. However, the staff, the facilities, the room and the dinner and breakfast all fell together quite nicely to prepare us for the adventures ahead. The old guest register in a...

We stayed two years ago and loved the restaurant that spilled onto the balcony overlooking the gardens. Unfortunately owing to renovations this whole side of the hotel is not in use and the restaurant is a large canvas room with no atmosphere. The rooms are very good with small balcony overlooking gardens and swimming pool. There is a free gym....

We had a dinner for three person. Stated with a French onion soup and had afterwards threw local main courses. The soup was too salty as two of the other dishes as well. The taste of the the other local main courses where not very good, we left half of it on the table. The service was friendly and kind....

The room was great though the floor was very creaky... maybe it needed to be replaced... I'm not an expert so I don't know about that... all I know is it was creaky and it got annoying after a while. It was also small and faced the street so it got noisy at night and early morning. The food was...

Very comfortable hotel, relatively quiet for being centrally located, small grocery store across the road. Good restaurant, very nice staff and wonderful pool. A great place to relax for a few days before starting your visit to Tanzania.

Stayed one night before we went off on Safari. On arrival they had bookings muddled. I had booked a room for one, but they had me in a room with another person that I didn't know! It took quite a long time for them to sort it all out and for us to get to our room. There wasn't any...
