A really comfortable hotel right in the centre of Arusha. The rooms are large with good facilities, and the restaurant overlooking the garden serves very good meals. Staff are helpful and friendly, even when you arrive late at night! For a city hotel, it has character and atmosphere. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

After a long flight we spent our first night in Tanzania at the Arusha Hotel (was booked by the tour operator). We left early morning again so there was little time to explore the surroundings but from what we could see the location was central, yet the hotel was quiet. Check-in/out procedure was smooth. Hotel staff is friendly and attentive....

on arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff at reception. Despite a little wait I was eventually given my room key and taken to the room. The room was large with a separate bath and shower, huge bed and a nice desk, which was a luxury considering I was there on business. I didn't venture out of the hotel...

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the front desk staff are very helpful . We did not arrive till after 3 AM and were surprised at the welcome of the lobby staff and night guard, as usually late at night, people are not as friendly, but they were expecting us and made us thankful we were there! The rooms...

This hotel is found in the town center next to the clock tower. The drive from Kilimanjaro airport took about 45 minutes. This is a very good place to stay. The staff have good customer service. The food is always delicious and their snacks too. Best part, there's a well equipped gym and a pool. Only downer is that the pool is highly populated over the weekends.

This is a nice hotel and it's in a good location. But washroom are not super clean for the price.... I was expecting more for the price we paid for this room. But staff is very nice. I would come back here if it was cheaper but not for almost 300$ a night.

We arrived late in the evening after 20 hours of flying from the US. We were promptly greeted and brought to our rooms. They were lovely and offered many amenities. Our stay at The Arusha was excellent. From checkin to checkout the staff was friendly and willing to help. Rooms on the garden and pool side are very nice and quiet. The staff gave good guidance for our trip to kilimanjaro and ngorongoro. Avery relaxing hotel after a trek to Kilimanjaro. I would recommend the hotel to all my friends.
