Booked to stay in a bungalow by myself, after a breakin in phuket I felt safe in this room, as both doors were double locked. The Internet did have some issues, which led to being kicked out several times a night, but the rooms were cleaned every day and free water was provided. The cleaner sang most mornings pretty loud...

We just returned from a 12 night stay at this hostel. The hostess was fantastic - spoke good english, was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much. The rooms were spotless, spacious and cleaned every day. The hostel in located on the main road of Khao Lak, walking distance to all shops, restaurants and many supermarkets. It is less...

Great spot in main drag of Nang Thong, Khaolak. Very central, fairly quiet & staff very friendly & helpful. Was arriving very late, stayed up to get me checked into my room. Cleaning staff very good, spotless everyday. TV pretty useless as in either Thai or German I think, no English channels except for 1 fox sport station. Air-con crapped...

The hostess of wandee was really really nice and helpful. She had forgotten our booking on our first visit but made up for it with free breakfast. The rooms are really simple and clean. Due to the price we are not able to give her more points. There are cheaper options and its on the edge of "town"

... 1) the hostel is located directly at the dox-line highway with trucks driving by throughout the whole day and night. Thus, it's incredibly loud even with closed windows 2) the service is quiet bad: the hostel was quite empty with at least five open rooms. For the a.m. reason we asked for another room but this was denied. Wouldn't...

I spent 6 nights at Wandee B&B and I really enjoyed. The place is located on the main road of Khao Lak. That's why it is a little noisy sometimes, but it wasn't disturbing at all! The room was completely new built and very clean! My room had an A/C, hot water, a fridge, TV and a balcony! So for...

We have stayed 5 nights at this place since I wanted to do my open water diving certificate in Khao Lak. Even though we did not like Khao Lak since it is occupied by tourists and has nothing to do with a real Thailand experience we enjoyed very much the time at Wandee Hostel (and dives in the Andaman sea...

I ended up staying there 5 days after I had to cancel my liveaboard trip. I booked via booking.com for the cheapest room 600 bhat, I think. It turned out it wasn't low because of early booking, it's always the price for the worst room there, booking online or walk-in. The room's the worst one I’d been to, even worse...
