The hotel is beautiful with big rooms and beautiful pool but the place is not maintained at all. Everywhere In the hotel is gathering dust and the hotel looks so dirty ! The mid floor has a patio outside where you can play mini golf. By the pictures it looked gorgeous but when you get there it’s so run down that you’re ashamed to take a photo. The room was big and bed was comfortable. It was so dirty inside though that I was scared I was going to catch a disease. The kitchen cabinets all falling apart and bathroom smelt of sewer. After a shower I went to out on a robe but I noticed it was all stained with food probably from the guests before. Honestly the hotel is very beautiful and staff are very friendly. That’s why I still gave a score of 3 . With a thorough clean up from top to bottom this hotel could be a top class hotel

We spend one night in a very spacious room which was well equipped and comfortable partial ocean view. The pool is very large and clean. Breakfast is served in room, we love that. Friendly and helpful staff.

I enjoyed the one night getaway I had at the Nara. Very spacious room, nice view of the ocean, a very large and clean pool. Even our included breakfast was served to our room. This apparently is standard. So very much liked the place. But the surroundings are not nice. The beach is shabby and dirty. There is no place to walk and enjoy the ocean views. We were even warned not to go into the water. Very sad. I never will understand how people are so indifferent as to trash their surroundings...

We stayed here for couple of nights, when visiting the Khao Kheow Open Zoo. There was hardly any other quests. Huge infinity pool. Clean rooms. Friendly service. OK breakfast, served to our room. Seawiev from the room balcony. Spectacular thunderstorm on the first night. Recommended.

Tipical of hotel scam to avoid, you can not see the room but you have to pay first, instead of proposing a better price than agoda they prefers to try to trick my wife and i. They were thinking that we came in taxi and that we had no choice,so bad we were with our own car .

The studio rooms have the best view. Do not bother for the duplex ones, they are quite small and have no views of the sea. The beach in front of the hotel is very dirty and smelly, but that is something normal for Chonburi area. The food photos in the menus (including the breakfast) does not match what you get. Friendly and helpful staff. You need a car to get anywhere. Great escape for a relaxing swimming pool weekend.

I had a lovely stay at Nara Residence. The room is spacious and have all the things you need. The staffs are quite helpful. The In-room breakfast is delicious. and the bed is super comfy. This hotel is perfect to change of mood or to get away from chaos in the city, when you just want to relax on a comfy bed overlook to the ocean. However, if you want somewhere that you can easily commute, walking distance to 7-11 or near shopping mall. This is not a place for you. Also,The beach at front is not for swimming. But the hotel come with pools (though its not as big as in the picture and usually occupied by kids and family who stay in duplex)

This place was almost new, and obviously not so known. It was located on the beach, however the beach is not a typical holiday beach for sunbathers, rather a mooring location for local fishing boats. The hotel has a nice pool, so this makes up for the missing bathing opportunities at the local beach. We had a room on the ground floor with direct access to the pool. This was nice. The food you could order was just average, however the price did not match as the pricing of the food was what you would expect from a proper restaurant. My advise would be, go to the local seafood restaurant and eat there. Better food at more reasonable price. Also watch out for hefty prices for laundry. Here I will give the same advise, find a local laundry shop rather than the in-house service.

sweet place here! suite is super big, nice view & friendly stuff ! notlonger than 4 days - it's nearly too calm here :) I think it's one of the best choice here around! breakfast service ok, quality ok! even if it's in front of the sea, you can not enjoy the beach...

cracking place, crazy placement - clean- friendly - food a bit westernised for a place off the track, but not by much. Hard to say i would recomend a week or more unless you had a car (brave in Thailand) but it is relaxing if not sedentary which is a shame - my room was massive - lovely view- golf putting on the roof was a novelty but cabt help feeling the whole thing has been built in the wrong place- good thing was it was full of Thai weekenders which seems to be its biggest market.
