The hotel is cheap. You pay 350-600max for a standard room and you can get either air con or fan depending on how much you pay. It's central. Right next to night markets that are a must see as they are cheap as chips. The wifi is great and the staff are friendly. Perfect place for a backpacker to stay...

We enjoyed a lot the town, great food at the night marketing. Lovely people at the desk, clean rooms, hot water, just good value for money!! I'll stay again Información at he desk. Coffee bar next door. Central location.

This place was just perfect. Got a shuttle bus for 100baht and it drops you off just around the corner. ask for directions and then look at the side of buildings for their sign. They helped us arrange bus and boat transfer to Koh Phangan for 320 baht. Rooms were clean and great size. They had a small restaurant next...

I had a single room. It was clean, spacious e. G. with wardrobe and desk and two sockets and as it's located in the center a little noisy. The bathroom with cold showerwas outside but the ambience in that big old building was excellent. And it was well cleaned! The people in the reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Just...

Price was good, location, cleanliness. Breakfast can be purchased at the hotel's cafe starting at 7am if you are catching early boats or transfers to the islands. Hotel can arrange for tickets, very efficient, simple and practical. I can't ask for more. To the left of the hotel entrance, walk about 50 metres where you can get food at the...

Stayed 1 night before catching train north. Only thing letting this hotel down is lack of elevator and tea/coffee making facilities in room (you can ask for kettle and cups....) Service from staff was excellent. Room was clean and ready for us to check in even though we arrived earlier than their official check in time.

The hotel is in a great spot for ferries to islands and the bus terminal. The service and staff are excellent - welcome notice on arrival and in the room and a postcard when you leave. They also give a map and recommend good restaurants - e.g. Lucky restaurant - and the night market is a two minute walk away....

Thank you for the personal touch. Our name on the arrival boards, welcoming message in our room and finally a postcard at our check out. While the hotel lack of room amenities and luxury, it excel in customer service and location. Close to the Tapi river for food and night market. Price wise, just ok. I would think that is...

Very near to halal food stalls. Just opposite of the hotel (beside the Government Savings Bank). The front desk staff provide us with a simple map of where to eat, sightseeing, shopping etc in Surat Thani town.

Comfy bed, clean, good value, free water + fridge, good wifi and great location (walking distance from the bus we were dropped off by from Donsak pier, and walking distance to the bus station for the bus we got the next day to Hat Yai). I had emailed in advance to ask details of the buses and when I arrived...
