Really cheap price for what you get. Little and basic room with good shower. Free toiletries, 2 bottle water. Great location, 5 min from bus station and night market. Delicious breakfast... scramled eggs, fresh bread, coffee, juice, fruits. 11 € for night and with breakfast for two people is reallly cheap.

We stayed 3 nights here while exploring Chiang Rai. It's perfectly located. It's 1 km walk (5 minutes) from the bus terminal and all the night-time town happenings, and close to the non-tourist diners and markets, too. The morning breakfast is home made, substantial and delicious. The rooms are bright and basic and super clean, with strong, hot showers and big thick towels. And a full-sized fridge in the hallway to store foods if needed. This home-away-from-home was even better because of the owners. Kind, helpful, and caring. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The room is ok, the lights next the bed were not working but in general very cosy with air co and 2 beds. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger but fine. The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We definitively recommend thisbplace to spend some great time in Chiang Rai.

The guest house is in a great location, only 5/10 minutes away from the bus station, the clock tower, the walking street (only takes place on Saturdays). The breakfast every morning was lovely, fruit juice, tea and coffee, freshly baked bread, scrambled egg, fruit. The room was comfy and clean, with a large bed. The owners were lovely we booked our boat trip through laos on the mekong with them aswell which made things really easy. The price is excellent also. They also had info on other attractions such as the white temple and the black house.

We loved this hotel! The bed was sooooo comfy and the room we got was massive! The best thing was the shower, the pressure was great and so hot. The breakfast was fantastic as they also have a bakery so the fresh warm bread in the morning was really nice. The owners were really friendly and gave us plenty of advice and what public buses to get on. Will defo come back if we come back to Chiang Rai.
