This hotel is located on the south side of chiang rai next to the old airport. It is quite a remote location if the only type of transportation you have is by foot. We had a motorbike, which was very usefull. Within 6 or 7 minutes you are in the centre of chiang rai, where there are many possibilities to... More

First of all I will start by saying the staff are rude and unhelpful, not only are the rooms nothing like the photos but crawling with ants and spiders, dust and spider webs. On the day we left we asked reception to phone us a taxi, which they done so after having a 5 minute thai conversation with the taxi... More

We spent a little extra on this hotel however the location was awful, in the middle of no where so we had to rent motorbikes to get around which cost more. Do not eat here, there was ants and flying ants everywhere! The room was not clean either especially the bathroom. Very disappointing. Our balcony also had a view of... More

Having chosen badly many a time, I now book one night in advance and extend if i like a place... I ended up staying for 5 nights. The staff on reception are friendly, and speak good English. A porter assists with luggage and takes you to your room, on our first night we received an upgrade to the deluxe room... More

Can't really fault this place! It's amazing value we booked for one night and got upgraded to a Superior Room - I wouldn't pay extra though as we decided to stay a further 4 nights so had to move back to a standard room (totally fair enough). So as I've seen both I can say they're the same, only difference... More

Rooms are cleaned daily, given free water and toiletries. Great location! Around a twenty minute walk to the clock tower which has many nice food places at good prices (sanfran burgers was our personal favourite). wifi is fairly good but can cut out mid afternoon when more guests are on it. Breakfast wasn't all that, toast was the only thing... More

We spent one night in this hotel and we were satisfied. Basic hotel with clean, cosy rooms and nice ambient. A staff was helpful and we had a very good and rich buffet-type breakfast with a lot of local meals. The only problem can be a location, the hotel is qute far from the city center, but Chiang Rai is... More

The room is nice looking, there is a fridge with water, a tv, decent bedding, however, the bathroom was not a pleasant experience. There was still hair in the drain and on the bathroom floor. Clearly the shower was not cleaned well. We only stayed for one night. Breakfast is included but it's very Thai style; noodles, rice, stir fried... More
