Stay here for 1 night. Encounter bad experience with the customer service staff. Call to request for hair dryer, they seems to ignore, no one sending to the room, called 2nd time at 1st was told fully taken, but then after re-confirm again they said ok will send to the room, again no one turning up. Until I came back...

A somewhat old fashioned sort of a place but clean and reasonably comfortable, the bed was a bit quaint, not really a bed in fact, in my twin room there were two mattresses placed on a raised wooden platform which spanned the entire length of the room, more like a hostel style than a four star hotel. The platform was...

We got there at 9 pm and we use to stay there when they opened up the business. We check the price which we had before over The phone and they said 700 bahts and when we got there since it was late staff made us to pay 1250 bahts and when I complain she said that is the Tomorrow's...

This is a perfectly adequate hotel, the room is on the small side but not such that it was a problem. My issue was with the way that the shower is configured in the bathroom. As is usual for this part of the world, the bathroom is a wet room set up, so when you shower, the floor of the...

The hotel, breakfast and location are fantastic. Best of all for me is the ability to rent a motorbike at the hotel. A rental company delivers a bike to you and picks it up. Great service. My room was large with a full bath. A refrigerator was in the room.

We were able to book the three rooms for our group of six a few hours before arriving in the early evening hours. The important parts of our rooms were clean, no one in our group complained. Breakfast was good. My only major complaint is that the metal door casings are dangerous for tall, tired people who are walking to...

Good Location. Very basic room. Staff treated us like we were in the army! On checking in we were told exactly what to do! They even gave us the wrong room until I pointed out we had booked a balcony room. Only stayed one night. Moved to a much better and cheaper hotel.

Had one night here for our last day before departing, the standard rooms are a little small and somewhat basic so go for a better one. Ours had no wifi so the staff kindly moved us to a better room. The pool was great for the kids in the afternoon, and the night bazaar is only 250 meters walk away....

We did not feel welcome when we arrived. The staff looked tiered and not a smile from any of them. The room was small and unpleasant. We upgraded to superior room. They wanted us to wait to The next day to do this, to not be bothered with The hussle to move us across the corridor. But we insisted so...

Upon arrival late evening people in the front desk was not really interested to check us in.. The room we had booked looked like a jail cell, so we had to upgrade to a deluxe room. Cold decorated with a sad balcony including one old wooden chair. Day after we took contact with the tourmanager but he was more interested...
